We were very disappointed in the overall quality of our stay. As far as cleanliness goes we found a large, dead ant stuck to the wall above the desk, the windows, in and out were very dirty. The microwave had crumbs that were not cleaned out. We also found that the gym was apparently not cleaned during our 3 night stay because a used towel remained on floor for 3 days. After our first night's stay, we never received housekeeping services that next day until we went down to the front desk to complain. We tried using the in-room phone, twice to get housekeeping service, but got no answer. The furniture in the room was chipped and outdated. We could actually hear the people in the next room talking, loud and clear through the bathroom fan. Last, but not least, the bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet everytime we went in and out.

Decent breakfast. The gym had no water and one of the treadmills had an error message displayed. I liked the addition of a mat on the tub floor for better footing. No poop bags at the pet waste station.

The room, lobby and adjoining common spaces were nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff were helpful as well. The front of the building was well maintained However, the outside of the back of property, with the exception of the pool area, was very run down. The pool area was lovely. The room windows were in need of a heavy cleaning, the doors painted, and the whole area a power wash. It was quiet and pleasant but the grounds in the back and the side area made it feel a little unsafe. There were a few run down/ broken down vehicles parked in the back lot. Being it was just aesthetic changes, I wouldn’t say don’t stay there, just be aware that the back definitely does not match the front.

Room was furthest away from lobby and I have mobility issues. Elevator filled with broken potato chips and breakfast was unappetizing except for waffle machine. Very basic if needed.
