Check in was friendly and pleasent. She printed receipt for me.which showed 54.00 but Hotels.com charged me 72.00 for room. Not happy with Hotels.com I won't be using this rip off site again. Hallways had strange smell. Ice machine did not work. No ice bucket in room. Had to go to desk to ask for ice and they gave me small bag of a frozen chunk of partially melted together ice cubes in my hand until we walked to another room so she could give me an icebucket. The bed was comfortable. The towels were threadbare and scratchy. The shower water was lukewarm. Breakfast was included. Breakfast was a joke. They had 6 slices of white bread and six bagels with juice and coffee.

This hotel was run-down and in desperate need of repairs from top to bottom. A lot of important things were either old or just broken. No real breakfast for their guests. No cleaning service to come clean the room. Some of the door locks were broken. Never again at this specific location.

Bathroom faucet leaked and did not work correctly when showering. Laundry was folded in dining area and looked like mold on bathroom exhaust vent. Ac worked but never got cold cold. Wi-Fi was also continuously dropping. Breakfast offerings were next to nothing, bread and juice only and cabinet for juice door was not locked.

The check-in manager was exactly what a customer wants; cheerful, helpful, capable. The check-out (early morning) attendant was the polar opposite. The morning coffee/breakfast was not prepared, he was asleep when I had issues with the door lock, treated me as if I was a problem for him. The complete opposite of a good customer experience.

The bed was hard as concrete. The “continental breakfast “ was toast, bagels and coffee, no juice or waffles. The toilet only flushed half of the time. No ice machine. The sofa sank down extremely low when you sit on it. Would not recommend.

DRIVE AWAY! Walked in to check in, dirty sheets and towels all over the tables in the eating area. Outdoor locking door does not close. Smells like weed and smoke in hallways. Blood on lamp shades, stains everywhere. Lock on room door did not work. Rat crap in around ice machine, wish I could post pictures on here. Went and tried to get a refund of course that was denied. I took the loss and went to another hotel.

The staff were friendly. No issues at all with employees. The room itself was beyond disgusting. There was trash and ponytails on the floor, you can tell the room had not been vacuumed or shower/bathroom wiped down. The second day as we were leaving, a roach came up on the counter from under the sink. The beds felt like cardboard. This was just extremely unpleasant.

The room was one of the worst hotel rooms ive ever been in. The bathroom had mold all over the shower curtain and so did the tub. The towel had some sort of staining inside of it and the towels all had stains. The beds looked clean enough but the carpet had red stains in multiple places that were concerning. The lamp shades even had stains on them which was gross. The A/C unit was busted up and seemed to barely be working. We ultimately decided not to stay the whole night because of how grossed out we were. We tried to get a refund through expedia since we were there for less than 2 hours before deciding to leave and for some reason expedia couldnt track down the property to approve the refund so I ended up with a onekey credit from expedia and no refund for the hotel room. I understand expedia did what they could, but the hotel itself should've been better about this situation.

Today was horrible and room was filthy nasty. I could not get them to give me a mop so I can clean the bathroom, so I had to use the dirty sheets! It was so nasty I went and bought cleaner you clean myself because I did not feel it was sanitary to use the shower without cleaning first. The Indian guy got mad because I used the dirty sheets to clean the bathroom that was not clean properly before I got there. I seen the owner pull up sheets and I've been using the night before and remake the bed before renting the room out of somebody else without cleaning and washing the sheets. It is not a good idea to stay at they have different rooms for different customers based on whether or not the owner likes you or not. If he doesn't like you will put you in a dirty room, with that bed that has the sheets remade instead of changed. Welding employees will validate this

We understood there was a renovation; however, the room they told us was just done was not. There was mold in the creases of the tub. The microwave was dirty inside. The walls while patched were not done well or painted. The hallway smelled like cigarettes. Outside were either the workers doing the renovation or guests but they were outside drinking and smoking. We didn’t feel safe. My husband and I both have respiratory issues. This was not the place for us. We forfeited our payment and went somewhere else. We thought Days Inn was a safe choice while traveling-apparently not.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The front desk attendant was unprofessional and smelled strongly of marijuana, which immediately made me uncomfortable and set a terrible tone for the stay. When I got to the room, things only got worse. The room was very dirty, and the bed sheets looked completely used — messy, wrinkled, and clearly not changed, as if someone had just gotten out of the bed. The overall condition of the hotel was extremely poor, and nothing about the stay felt clean, safe, or well‑maintained. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I arrived late at night, the desk clerk was unfriendly and took awhile to register me. I got to the room, the headboard was sitting on the floor not attached to the wall and the bathroom floor was sopping wet (leaky toilet?? ew). However, the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. All for the bargain price of $62.

We were just looking for a place to sleep and take a shower. The entire room was run-down and out dated, including the tv that had very few channels and poor reception. The bathroom had a bathtub that wasn't clean and needed a lot of TLC. It had mold on it and the carpets were in dire need to be shampooed or replaced. On the upside, the evening and night managers were very nice. The "Continental Breakfast" was fresh and tasty and the coffee was better than most truck stops. We left there early after foregoing the shower and having coffee and bagles and creme cheese.

The furniture was broken. They were dirty washcloths in the bathroom. The refrigerator was moldy. I told the front desk clerk that the couch was collapsed and broken and he said he already knew that, but didn’t care and it smelled terrible.

The desk staff was friendly. The room was clean when we arrived. We stayed two nights and the made did not come in our room at all. We had left our bath towels in the bathroom floor for the maid to pick up. She did not come in at all, I had to go the desk and get clean towels. The wet towels in the floor, caused my mother to slip and ended up breaking a piece of the tiolet lid, scraping and cutting her back. I called the manager and did not apologize, he was just silent and then said he would call me back, he did not. I called wyndham and they apologized and give me reward points toward another night's stay. Obviously, it won't be at this hotel.

The check-in manager was exactly what a customer wants; cheerful, helpful, capable. The check-out (early morning) attendant was the polar opposite. The morning coffee/breakfast was not prepared, he was asleep when I had issues with the door lock, treated me as if I was a problem for him. The complete opposite of a good customer experience.

They charged my credit card twice, I called my credit card and they said yes it's been approved two times. The manager could not get it to appear on his computer screen. I got charged twice and was not given a room. I had to book at different hotel. It was a total dumpster fire. You can't fix stupid and I'll never book with Days Inn or Expedia.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I arrived, the experience was unacceptable. The front desk attendant was unprofessional and smelled strongly of marijuana, which immediately made me uncomfortable and set a terrible tone for the stay. I took the loss and went to another hotel.

When I got here I stood at the front desk for 5 to 8 minutes calling out asking if anybody was here and no one replied. So I called and then the front desk person came to answer the phone and saw they had a customer. He was busy painting. I would think the front desk person should be at the front desk. The lobby is in a state of disarray because of repairs they're making. As soon as I walked in the hotel I smelled mildew and musky smell. It was especially bad in my room. Would not stay here again, though.

Property is old and run down. The propertys hyperlink for address took us to a place 1 hr away. When we finally googled address and arrived at property 1hr later 9:25 pm, it looked like the property had shutdown. Didnt feel safe at all. Towels and washcloths were so hard, you could have sanded cars with them for paint prep. Recommend spend extra$ for nicer hotel.

The property was very nice the staff was very nice and the owner Meat was very professional! The property has improved a lot I felt very safe the accommodations were very clean and I would recommend this place to anybody that is in the area. They do not put up with any type of illegal activity, any type of disrespectful or belligerent Behavior and are willing to accommodate anybody and everybody including those with a disability to the best of their ability. The best Wyndham Hotel in the area hands down!

The bed was hard as concrete. The “continental breakfast “ was toast, bagels and coffee, no juice or waffles. The toilet only flushed half of the time. No ice machine. The sofa sank down extremely low when you sit on it. Would not recommend.

Absolutely worst Days Inn I have ever stayed in. It was dirty and smelled awful. We were greeted by a very small roach. There were stains on the rug, the bed skirts and even the quilts. The sheets were bearable. There were a bunch of dead gnats on the AC. It felt like I was going to fall through the tub. Lastly, the breakfast was stale bread and bagels with jelly, the individual at the front desk stated that there was no butter because the owner said it was too expensive.

This hotel was like staying in section 8 housing with all the unsavory characters drug dealers/users/alcoholics and just dead beats in general. They did the jailbird whistles (jail/prison notification that someone was coming)to let the others know we were walking down the hall to my room. Doors opened to look and check me out and note they did the same with my battle buddy that also had her own reservation at this hotel/section8 housing. The place was run down as it was an older hotel and was semi clean. The room smelled clean but was not cleaned very well. I had my service dog as I am retired from the USARMY as an MP (Military Police) and she went quickly from service dog to security and protection mode cause she sensed that we were not in a good place and heck the door lock in the inside of the door was broken and the other piece was missing so it would have never locked So I used the ironing board against the way to lock the door while I showered before leaving abruptly due to the unsavory characters. My battle buddy wasn’t able to get in her room key card didn’t work just a few doors down and had to return to the front desk. They in turn moved her to a room directly above me and she also received the same treatment when walking down the hall on the second floor as we did on the first floor. After only being there approximately 2hrs we decided it was best for our safety and belongings to leave and drive on to W. S. where her home is and I’d get a hotel there.
