Being someone who depends heavily on reviews I hope mine is helpful! I booked this hotel a couple months ago based on the great reviews, location and price. The night before we arrived I noticed the hotel had been given some meh reviews which made me nervous. Upon arrival I was greeting by the manager, we were pretty early but our room was ready and we were able to check in. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The building itself is a bit outdated but we felt safe and really loved the location. Easy walk from the arena, lots of food options across the street too. The only complaint I had was the complimentary breakfast was probably my least favorite of any hotels we have stayed at. The options felt lacking and the coffee looked and tasted very watered down. I definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we found ourselves back that way. It was also very quiet which was a plus! Its in a great location, easy access to everything and a very comfortable stay.

We’ve stayed twice recently. I didn’t realize the second trip was the same hotel. It is not clean. There were used Q-tips in the bathroom, they DID bring clean towels this time, tv didn’t work and the AC made a horrible noise. Thankful it worked, before the AC didn’t work, there was a drill still in the room sitting beside the unit and we had to be moved. Overall, I’m going to do my best to avoid this hotel. Front desk lady was very unfriendly, we didn’t see any other staff.

We were given 2 rooms on the first floor. Upon entering one of them I counted 5 live bugs within the first few minutes. There was a strong moldy smell and the ceiling was covered in water/mold stains. Once I saw the bug on the wall above the bed I was done. Thankfully they had a room on the 3rd floor. That one didn’t smell quite as bad and there were no bugs. However the light above the bathroom mirror didn’t work so we just had the overhead light. How hard is it to change a lightbulb? The other 1st floor room was also smelly and there was 1 live bug on the wall that they saw. They were braver than us and stayed in the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
