This B&B is located steps from the main square in Bruges. It is near the museum, the belfry and all of the restaurants on the perimeter of the square. Numerous shops are all within walking distance. The structure is a beautifully restored 800+ year old historic building. It's decorated with period pieces and keeping with the historic regulations of the area. The ceiling beams and floors are original. Our room was quite large and the bathroom was amazing! There is a very tiny lift to transport luggage, but the spiral stairs are very easy to navigate and add to the charm of the space. The restaurant is located in a separate building, just around the corner. The breakfast provided was a delicious spread of local bread, fruit, meats, eggs, coffee and tea. We we also given cherry smoothies that were also delicious. It was the perfect way to start our day. They are also a full serve restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners greeted us personally and were completely divine. I highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again.

we stayed in an interesting old property close to the restaurant . Our room was on the very top floor and not as nice as the rooms we had last year . Apart from this everything was excellent and the location couldn,t have been better .

This property should say clearly in its description that they have no elevator. I’m 69. When they told me I was on the fourth floor I looked at room tested wifi which did not work at all and booked another hotel in the area by visiting it first. Fortunately, it was off-season. Unfortunately, I had a nonrefundable stay so gave up that money and will never choose that option again.

Its a cosy and charming B&B run by the Verdi restaurant downstairs, as central in Bruges as you can get. We booked 2 doubles (we think there are only a total of 3-4 rooms), but they are best regarded as large suites. There are no lifts, so its a walk-up with one room per floor. Each room had a living room (with table, chairs, fridge, Nespresso) and bedroom (with en suite). Our rooms were LaTraviata and Rigoletto (geddit?). Rooms were comfy and warm. Continental breakfast was served in the restaurant, with some served and some buffet items. The only downside is that the rooms face a busy tourist street, so expect some road noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum. Smaakvol ingericht trappenhuis. Wij hadden de zeer ruime zolderkamer. Is twee trappen op, maar er is ook een kleine lift aanwezig. Kamer is zeer ruim met moderne inrichting: comfortabel 2 persoonsbeschrijving, 2 heerlijke fauteuils, schone badkamer, waar zelfs een 2 persoons jacuzzi inzit. Daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt en je moet er voor bijbetalen. Verder een aparte toilet ruimte en voldoende kleding opbergruimte achter het bed. Het ontbijt was prima in restaurant Verdi: vers en smakelijk. Dan nu de minpuntjes. Amper / geen WiFi in de kamer, dat is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Het toilet is veel te hoog geplaatst: de benen van mijn vrouw 156cm en ik 172cm bungelden in de lucht. De waterdruk van de douche liet te wensen over en dan verliest de aanwezige regendouche haar waarde. Tenslotte vond mijn vrouw de gordijnen van de daklichten onvoldoende en kon ‘s ochtends vroeg niet meer slapen van het binnenkomende licht. Maar ik ga afsluiten met weer wat pluspunten. Prijs/kwaliteit was prima gezien de locatie en de inrichting en netheid. Verder een compliment voor de vriendelijkheid en service. Persoonlijke begeleiding naar de ondergrondse parkeergarage bij aankomst en vertrek. We konden op onze vertrekdag de bagage achterlaten en mochten onze auto die dag ook nog laten staan zonder bijbetalen. Eindoordeel: een 9 op een schaal van 10

En restaurant som disponerer tre rom fordelt på tre etasjer (uten heis) i samme bygning. Like ved Grote Markt og vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen vår. Vi parkerte et stykke unna og spurte verten hva vi skulle gjøre. Han ba oss parkere på fortauet utenfor restauranten for å ta ut bagasjen, deretter kjørte han bilen til parkering - veldig bra. Stort rom, litt mykere seng enn vi liker. Veldig hyggelig vertskap.

Als je geen hoge verwachtingen hebt van de deplorabele toestand van een ruime kamer, maar hier tegenover een geweldige gastheer ontmoet op een perfecte locatie... dan is deze B&B beslist de moeite waard.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé juste à côté de la Grande Place de Bruges. Le personnel est vraiment serviable et gentil. L'hôtel est très propre. Le seul petit problème est peut-être le bruit pour les chambres côté rue le matin des palettes sur les pavés pour la livraison du magasin d'en face. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

Lovely spacious room just off the main square. Walking distance to everywhere. Staff very friendly. Breakfast OK. Unfortunately on the Saturday and Sunday nights, extremely loud music went on very nearby until approximately 4am. Thumping bass and the sounds of people shouting throughout the night was quite exhausting. On the Monday night, there was none of this - if every night had been the same it would have been an absolutely brilliant stay. I know this isn't the hotel's fault but ultimately it really affected the quality of our stay and we wouldn't go back because of it.

Excellent location and very spacious room and bath. Negative was lack of A/C or even a fan on a very hot night requiring leaving the windows open above a very busy street with a very loud street crowd till we’ll after 2am.

This was a great option for our stay in Bruges! Check in and check out was easy and we were even able to store our luggage in the restaurant before we left. The B&B is RIGHT in the middle of everything, which is awesome. Only thing: we happened to be staying there in the middle of a heatwave, so we were pretty hot at night, and with the window open, we could hear everything going on outside. Including a fan in the room for warmer months would be helpful. Otherwise, it was a great stay and lovely and spacious room!

Perfecte locatie midden in het centrum. Smaakvol ingericht trappenhuis. Wij hadden de zeer ruime zolderkamer. Is twee trappen op, maar er is ook een kleine lift aanwezig. Kamer is zeer ruim met moderne inrichting: comfortabel 2 persoonsbeschrijving, 2 heerlijke fauteuils, schone badkamer, waar zelfs een 2 persoons jacuzzi inzit. Daar hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt en je moet er voor bijbetalen. Verder een aparte toilet ruimte en voldoende kleding opbergruimte achter het bed. Het ontbijt was prima in restaurant Verdi: vers en smakelijk. Dan nu de minpuntjes. Amper / geen WiFi in de kamer, dat is echt niet meer van deze tijd. Het toilet is veel te hoog geplaatst: de benen van mijn vrouw 156cm en ik 172cm bungelden in de lucht. De waterdruk van de douche liet te wensen over en dan verliest de aanwezige regendouche haar waarde. Tenslotte vond mijn vrouw de gordijnen van de daklichten onvoldoende en kon ‘s ochtends vroeg niet meer slapen van het binnenkomende licht. Maar ik ga afsluiten met weer wat pluspunten. Prijs/kwaliteit was prima gezien de locatie en de inrichting en netheid. Verder een compliment voor de vriendelijkheid en service. Persoonlijke begeleiding naar de ondergrondse parkeergarage bij aankomst en vertrek. We konden op onze vertrekdag de bagage achterlaten en mochten onze auto die dag ook nog laten staan zonder bijbetalen. Eindoordeel: een 9 op een schaal van 10

This B&B is located steps from the main square in Bruges. It is near the museum, the belfry and all of the restaurants on the perimeter of the square. Numerous shops are all within walking distance. The structure is a beautifully restored 800+ year old historic building. It's decorated with period pieces and keeping with the historic regulations of the area. The ceiling beams and floors are original. Our room was quite large and the bathroom was amazing! There is a very tiny lift to transport luggage, but the spiral stairs are very easy to navigate and add to the charm of the space. The restaurant is located in a separate building, just around the corner. The breakfast provided was a delicious spread of local bread, fruit, meats, eggs, coffee and tea. We we also given cherry smoothies that were also delicious. It was the perfect way to start our day. They are also a full serve restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owners greeted us personally and were completely divine. I highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, breakfast was good, and the location couldn’t be beat being so close to the Belfry and the city center. We had a wonderful stay at B&B Verdi and I recommend staying here!

En restaurant som disponerer tre rom fordelt på tre etasjer (uten heis) i samme bygning. Like ved Grote Markt og vanskelig å finne parkering for leiebilen vår. Vi parkerte et stykke unna og spurte verten hva vi skulle gjøre. Han ba oss parkere på fortauet utenfor restauranten for å ta ut bagasjen, deretter kjørte han bilen til parkering - veldig bra. Stort rom, litt mykere seng enn vi liker. Veldig hyggelig vertskap.

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la chambre, la localisation et le petit déjeuner cependant nous avons été déçu par le service. En effet, l'hôtel possédant un restaurant, nous les avons sollicité pour savoir s'ils avaient du riz car malheureusement mon amie a été malade pendant le séjour et devait manger du riz pour stabiliser son transit intestinal. Le restaurant a répondu ne pas en avoir et quand nous avons demandé si dans ce cas, ils accepteraient de nous chauffer le riz si nous en trouvions ailleurs, il nous a été répondu " tu te crois où? nous ne sommes pas là pour réchauffer les plats vendus par l'autre". Nous avons été choqué par la teneur de la réponse qui reflète notamment une absence du sens du service et un manque d'empathie notoire. Pour ces raisons, je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

Lovely spacious room just off the main square. Walking distance to everywhere. Staff very friendly. Breakfast OK. Unfortunately on the Saturday and Sunday nights, extremely loud music went on very nearby until approximately 4am. Thumping bass and the sounds of people shouting throughout the night was quite exhausting. On the Monday night, there was none of this - if every night had been the same it would have been an absolutely brilliant stay. I know this isn't the hotel's fault but ultimately it really affected the quality of our stay and we wouldn't go back because of it.

Its a cosy and charming B&B run by the Verdi restaurant downstairs, as central in Bruges as you can get. We booked 2 doubles (we think there are only a total of 3-4 rooms), but they are best regarded as large suites. There are no lifts, so its a walk-up with one room per floor. Each room had a living room (with table, chairs, fridge, Nespresso) and bedroom (with en suite). Our rooms were LaTraviata and Rigoletto (geddit?). Rooms were comfy and warm. Continental breakfast was served in the restaurant, with some served and some buffet items. The only downside is that the rooms face a busy tourist street, so expect some road noise. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé juste à côté de la Grande Place de Bruges. Le personnel est vraiment serviable et gentil. L'hôtel est très propre. Le seul petit problème est peut-être le bruit pour les chambres côté rue le matin des palettes sur les pavés pour la livraison du magasin d'en face. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.

Perfect location to the city square. The extra treat was our host Benny who greeted us and then PARKED our car and retrieved it two days later for our departure. We ate our meals at the host’s restaurant ‘Verde’ and enjoyed both the excellent food and the quiet dinners just off the busy center! Staying so close helps you enjoy the center before the crowds arrive! Thank you Benny and all who made our visit so restful!

Don't recommend people stay during the summer. The room got very hot, and there wasn't much air circulation. The property had a fan, which helped but it was still very stuffy. Left the windows open but got attacked by mosquitoes. Otherwise, the property is great. Very well located right next to the central square. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is very nice. Would stay again but not during warmer months.
