Guild Hotel Fitzrovia

Location perfetta. Purtroppo ho avuto problemi con la doccia o usciva bollente o ghiacciata. ho segnalato il problema ma non l'hanno risolta. Hanno compensato con due colazioni offerte ma mi hanno detto che no potevano compensarmi meglio in quanto avevo prenotato con EXpedia e non direttamente con voi

Buona posizione centrale e ben collegato con metro e bus. Camere molto pulite e personale molto gentile e attento ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti

Best hotel breakfast in London!

We would have been better staying a Premier Inn.

Very disappointing, I emailed through the week before the visit asking if there are any extras I could buy to decorate of make my fiancé's birthday special. I didnt receive a reply. When we checked in , our room was so far from the lift and down numerous corridors. When we cane out of the lift, there was building works we were not informed about. On opening the door to our room , I was very shocked at how small it was. There was just enough room to get around the bed. Tiny room. We were woken Saturday morning to the sound of building works and then later to a maid trying to access our room to clean it. Of all of our stays in London this was probably the most disappointing. Surely someone should if informed us on the sound of building works in the morning before we booked?
