The room was very unclean. The sofa bed had dust and dirt all over. The sheets on the sofa bed were used with dirt and stains. The Bedroom bed was clean but small bed. The microwave had dried up food all over. It was a very disgusting and disappointing experience. Not at all a 3 or 4 star.

The check-in experience was unpleasant and rude, but the parking was excellent. The furniture was battered, the vanity had paint marks and was worn, and the floor had cracked tiles, some replaced with mismatched tiles. The air conditioner did not work, we had to leave the door open, traffic noise and street light and heat keep me awake most of the night. For an apartment, it had no sink. Only one wardrobe to store clothes and the dishes were also stored in there. Very unsatisfactory

The Coffee House as always was excellent. In Central Rockhampton. The Breakfast/Lunch Restaurant provided excellent food and Coffee at Reasonable cost. The Managers are Friendly and Chatty.

The check in process was a little more labored than expected - I was 'reprimanded' for not replying to an email from the motel, that required me to log into another site (that I had to register for), because the booking site does not provide the motel with my information. The message/email was in relation to 'late check-in arrangements' (NOTE: we were not late, checked in @ 14:15), this did not stop the receptionist from 'guiding' me through the 'late check-in process' anyway.

Room was clean but quite dated. Bed was comfortable. Curtains were dusty and had holes through them. Great location as it was close to cafes. Nice amenities. Gated parking is such a great plus. Room was clean but quite dated. Bed was comfortable. Curtains were dusty and had holes through them. Great location as it was close to cafes. Nice amenities. Gated parking is such a great plus.
