Best Western Premier Liberty Inn & Suites

Overall a good hotel with the pool and slide it made it enjoyable for a family. Rooms are very tight and a couple spots were showing the age of the building and usage of the rooms. Breakfast was always ready and available which is nice. Would definitely use them again for a quick couple night stay!

It's was absolutely amazing.. I went with my 2 teen daughters and they absolutely love the pool.. To many kids when we went but everyone seemed very very friendly.. we will most definitely be going back .

The staff was pleasant and the waterside was fun. The breakfast was great, great location.

The hotel looks fairly new and very clean and comfortable. Staffs at the front desk were very nice and friendly. But they were obviously under-staffed! Breakfast was not ready when it should have been. Trash cans were overloaded. Very hot days during our stay. Very disappointed that the pool was not in service!

Our shower was broke, no where to get ice except the top floor they need ice on every level especially the main floor. The water fountain in workout room was broke. Also breakfast stops at 9:00 during the week they should move that to 10:00 when your on vacation you like to sleep in then get ready.

Washer broken laundry facilities

Stayed on a Saturday night to enjoy the bar and let my daughter swim. There was never a bartender there, so bar never did open. We had to ask for towels by the pool 3x as there was never any. The pull out couch for my daughter had no sheets and none in the room.

It was pretty good,but went down to the bar on a friday night ..said he left..no back up plan..bummer

Nice hotel. Breakfast was ok. No coffee on one morning. Pool was closed for construction. Kind of a bummer. Wish we knew that when we booked.

Parking felt safe

The hotel looks nice but it stinks. Like trash. And even the bedding smells like they didn’t use soap. Or maybe they didn’t even wash it. Idk. But the entire place stunk. Hallways were bad. Smelled like rotting trash. Literally. Everything appeared clean and well taken care of. It just smelled awful.

I had high hopes for this hotel. I normally dont stay at a Best Western since it is still a new build. The lobby was nice and the hallways. I would like to be able to stay more thongs , but thays were it ends. The room smelled lokes someone smoked then tried to cover it upbwith perfume. The room was not fully cleaned. There was still food in the mini fridge from that person. The used toiletries was still in the shower. The room was already falling apart. The couch had stains all over it. The hotel only gave you 2 towels, when I asked for more, as we we staying multiple nights. The response I got was no, they had a towel shortage. The shower door is extremely loud when you go to slid the door open. I could keep going on, but I think I made my point. We will definitely not being staying there or any other Best Western again.

We stayed here because our usual hotel was full. This hotel is equally convenient and the staff were extremely friendly. I give it fewer stars because, although newer than our preferred hotel, it is already looking a bit “overused”. In addition, it was not overly clean. There was pink mildew all over the shower and the common spaces were not all that clean either.

Excellent hotel. Super clean. Staff very friendly. Decent breakfast options. Did t use the pool but it looked nice and had a water slide. Comfortable beds.

First morning we went to have breakfast and the scrambled eggs were green and like rubber. In the three mornings we were there the food was low or empty and not once did we see anyone tending to the food area! Not replacing anything or wiping the mess down. Also in the four days we were there we saw a cleaning cart once but never a maid or worker at all on our floor! Our shower looked very neglected! Thankfully I bring wipes to wipe down and disinfect.Subpar management!!!! Never will we stay there agin and I will share my experience!

The check in was a long process when we checked in the room smelled horrible and the room was dirty with hair etc in the shower. When we went back down stairs we had to wait 10-15 min for the manager to come when she came she helped us with another room that smelled better and was actually clean.

They were very understanding and moved us to different room immediately. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options from cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs etc. We will definitely stay again.

Our room had no curtains and the parking lot lights and early morning were disruptive to our sleeping.

Very clean hotel. breakfast was amazing! The only part I didn’t like was other guests were very noisy. You could hear everyone’s conversations kids running up and down the hallway yelling all night. Rooms need sound barriers.

ROOM: Our first room had no blackout curtain, just the sheer one. And our room faced an incredibly bright car dealership. Since we booked our room online, the only thing they could do was move us to a ghost room (her words) which was not clean and had actual blue painters tape on the floor covering the chipped tile. The room also had no computer chair. But at least it had the blackout curtain. We stayed for four nights, and there was no maid service the entire time. Our trash was regularly overflowing, so we had to take out our own trash and use our own trash bags. The room itself was very dusty. The beds themselves were actually very comfortable. BREAKFAST: We stayed for four nights, and breakfast was the exact same every day. It would’ve been nice for some variety. Breakfast was just average, but the lady who worked breakfast every day was incredibly nice. Cereal and bread were always very old and stale. LOBBY: The restrooms and lobby were always very clean. The lemon water and iced tea in the lobby was very appreciated. POOL: The pool was amazing for our kiddos. They had a blast! AREA: The area was awesome! Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. There was a movie theater nearby as well. The guest laundry was out of order, so we luckily found a laundry mat nearby. Overall, I would return if in the area again. Just check to make sure that your room has a blackout drapes before you unpack your entire room and your kids are in their pajamas already! :)

Stay was wonderful, the beds were exceptionally comfortable!

Awesome place, the only complaint is the shower head was not flowing straight. They need to clean them.

It's a nice place but it is very noisy. You can hear all the doors shutting in the hallway. You can hear all the conversations in hallway and through walls. Do yourself a favor and stay for a much affordable price at the Micro hotel in the parking lot right next door it's much quieter and just as nice.

Room needs blackout shades. There was a very bright light outside our room that kept me awake.

No shades in the bedroom.

Toilet seat was loose, window blind was broken, could not open, bathroom sink was clogged. We came in too late to get help that night.

The only reason I can't give five stars is because the shower had issues with the shower head and curtain. Everything else was great and I have already scheduled my next stay, I'll just make sure I ask for a different room if they try to give me the same one again.

I made reservations. Went in and the system was down. They couldn't do anything. Made us wait for an hour in the lobby. The on duty general manager did not pick up the phone to help the gentlemen at the front desk. When he finally did. He was no help. Never again

Understaffed! Front desk was breakfast hostess. Replenishment of food and coffee was nonexistent. Ice machines on 1st and 3rd floors were out of service. Staff was friendly and doing the best they could but needed more help. This is the 3rd and last time we will stay at this property.

This property is the perfect example of how management matters. Brand new hotel that is poorly managed, check in process was a prolonged due to lack of training, gym had no water, room key wouldnt work for the gym at 9am, etc etc.

It was short staffed. Room was not ready when checked in at 5:30pm. (which was an hour and a half after check in time). The was a funny smell on the 3rd floor. Wait time for check in was longer than expected. Lady checking in was busy talking to everyone and complaining how short staffed they were. Ice machines on all floors where NOT working. However their breakfast was amazing. Everything was fresh and hot the ladies were very accomadating,.THis place was immaculate when first open.

This was an exceptionally nice 3* hotel. We have plans to return. Staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. We even lost our car keys and they sent out a search party to help us find them! They went above our expectations as we just asked them to let us know if they were found. The lobby area is beautiful and made a great backdrop for some photos of our group dressed up. The rooms were wonderful. I have a couple minor complaints that honestly didnt detract much from our overall stay. The shower head could really use a cleaning. Theres lime build up on the waterfall shower head that blocked a few of the holes from spraying water, and the toilet seat was quite possibly the most uncomfortable seat ive sat on. Again pretty minor things since i dont get a hotel room for the bathroom. I still managed to sit, and take a shower. So no big deal. We will be back! And if youre reading this, seriously, book here. Its worth it. Also! Need to add their complimentary breakfast is TOP notch. En fuego. The buiscuits and gravy and the bacon are definitely the best parts. The buiscuits are made in small batches so theyre always fresh when theyre stocked, and the bacon is made by some awesome person who somehow knows how to make bacon that is both crispy and still soft enough that you dont feel like youre chewing on crunchy leather. Dont skip out on the breakfast for real.

The property looked promising. Premier suggested something above average. Check in was slow, new employee. Shower was moldy in the bottom, house keeping left only one bath towel, and breakfast, while delicious was only available till 8:00 am. We felt rushed to leave

Had a minor cleanliness issue in my room; when I reported it to front desk, they immediately found me a different room and it was a smooth process. Very good customer service.

Nice new hotel very close to restaurants

Nothing that the hotel can do, however, it would be great if the city had sidewalks in place so that shopping and food locations could be visited by walking safely. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Ample parking.

I liked the easy check-in with courtesy and friendly staff! The Lobby Area & dinning were clean and smelt clean & the breakfast was good! The 3 things I didn’t like was the mini fridge didn’t get cold enough for ice packs; There was No Toilet Paper Holder on wall and peep hole flap on door didn’t work ! The Beds were very comfortable ! I would stay again when construction in that area gets a little better.
