No hot water, power kept going out in my room, cheap cardio machine in workout room and had a five night stay and had to ask the front desk three times to have my room serviced. Overall not booking with best western again !

Water was barely warm enough to shower with, power kept going out in my room, washing machine was not working, cardio equipment was sub par, stayed 5 nights and had to ask three separate times to have my room serviced. Night staff was feckless !

The shade in the room was broken upon arrival. After rolling it up, some additional light was helpful. Not sure when the shower floor was cleaned last, either. The bed was fine, location was fine. Asked for a later checkout and was told NO. See the picture of what the parking lot looked like at 3:50pm.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and organized. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice and warm. The kids loved it.
