Check in was terrible. The front desk lady was talking on speaker phone, on a personal call, the entire time she checked me in. It was rude & disrespectful. Then we got to our room. & there were signs that the room wasn't cleaned well. There was black debris all over one night stand. We asked for a new room & we appreciated that. After we moved rooms, we discovered we didn't have black out curtains. The shower wasn't particularly clean. The fridges were tiny & the freezer was basically non existent.

The only reason we booked this location was because of the pool and the slide however, the pool was closed. The room definitely had a musty smell to it. The breakfast was decent.

Our rooms were double booked when we arrived. They tried to give us 1 king suite with a pull out couch instead of 2 rooms with 2 queen beds per room, which is not acceptable for four grown men after we already paid over $500 for the rooms. Receptionist was overwhelmed easily and struggled to find a solution. Once they found two rooms for us the sheets were wet and there were no shades/blinds for the windows in either rooms. Water pressure for the sink was inadequate. Quality of breakfast was also poor. Not worth the amount of money we paid.

The hotel at first glance looked really nice, but it was definitely lacking in various areas. Check-in was extremely difficult and took much longer than it should have. This was very frustrating after traveling for 10 hours and the fact that the room was already paid for prior to my arrival. The pool was closed due to "chemicals needing to be balanced". This was unfortunate, given that the pool was the selling factor for us and my kids were really looking forward to it. The ice machines were broken and we had to go to 3 different floors before finding one that was in order. The air conditioning seemed to be off or not working in the halls of 2 of the floors and they were very warm and humid. Everything in our room felt very damp and smelled musty and moldy. It was so bad, we had to crack the window open. There were a lot of breakfast options and it was close to the highway which was nice, but I would not stay here again.
