We like the hotel, but we were stranded as we didn’t have a car. We would have had to hire a taxi to go anywhere. We decided to to walk about a 1/2 mile to a local sandwich place for lunch as there were no other options. The hotel provided a nice breakfast and a restaurant for evening meal but nothing for lunch. So we walked along a very busy road, to the restaurant, i fell fortunately the cars noticed and got over. It could have been a lot worse. Our recommendation is if you have a car it’s a very nice place to stay, if you require a place to stay for the airport and don’t have a car stay closer to the airport as this hotel is in the country with little to no amenities!

Ho apprezzato molto ogni aspetto della struttura e sicuramente la considererò alla prossima occasione di viaggio. Tuttavia vorrei fare 2 osservazioni. Il parcheggio è totalmente privo di illuminazione notturna e questo rende difficile e relativamente pericoloso l’accesso all’edificio durante le ore serali e notturne. La doccia è priva di porta o tenda il che provoca l’allagamento esteso del pavimento del bagno furante le normali procedure igieniche rendendolo scivoloso e pericoloso.

Property was listed as 3.25 miles from Malpensa. It was 7 miles. Staff person was cold and very indifferent. Bar wasn't really a bar. Just a small counter with a few drink selections. (eg, two bottled beer brands to choose from.) Would not stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. It is close to Malpensa Airport but remote. The reception staff were slow and miserable and we found out when we got there that there was no dining room that night. The air conditioning was noisy so we had to switch it off. The card machine did not work when checking out and they asked me to go to a cash machine and get cash!!

Excellent location for overnight stay before flying out of Malpensa. Their shuttle ride is a taxi service that they always use. 35 euros or 40 if early morning. Right on time. Have restaurant on site. Small menu but delicious.

A 15 minute drive from the airport in beautiful countryside. Staff were lovely and very helpful, in particular to organise airport transfers. Dinner at the hotel was very good.

It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The poor lighting in the bathroom probably contributed to this being overlooked, but it seriously affected the overall experience. With better bathroom hygiene, this place could be a solid budget option. Until then, I’d be hesitant to return.

We arrived late to the hotel and were not pleasantly surprised to find out that air conditioner was not working in the room. We tried to fall asleep but by 2am we were boiling inside the room, temperature was showing 30.5 Celsius. Receptionist was nice but there not much he can do, he offered us his little fan that he had. In the morning we were shocked to see how dirty the room was, spider webs, mold all over the bathroom and the cherry on top was finding used toilet paper underneath the bed( my son dropped his toy that why I looked there( I wish I didn’t). This is not a 4 star hotel, more like 1 star motel. Staff is nice that’s about it

Would not stay at this hotel again. They advertise a hotel shuttle which does not exist. They only have contacts with taxis in which they arrange a pickup and then you pay the taxi company directly. The price is not €35 for one way and ranges between €45-90. Overall felt scammed with the experience and the room smelled heavily of smoke.

Great place overall, perfect for the airport and rather quiet. Room and bathroom were very nice but: mosquito net needs replacing, some dirt in hidden spots, a bit loud through the door (can hear other guests moving around in the morning). Great staff and amazing breakfast. Overall, a very good place. I would go back.

I can’t see how this can be a 4-star hotel. It’s all very old and worn, and the interior looks like it’s from the seventies. Most importantly, the walls and doors are paper thin, so you can hear everything in the corridors and the neighbouring rooms.

Hotel ist 20 Minuten vom Flughafen weg, sehr abgelegen.Man braucht ein Auto.Auf meine Frage an der Rezeption mach einem Lokaltip im nächsten Ort, hat man nur gemeint es gibt nur das Hotelbistrot.Man wollte nichts erklären.Internet ist unterirdisch, einfach nicht stabil.Im Zimmer hatte ich keinen Mobilfunkempfang.

The room was very hot, the airconditioning wasn’t working, I went downstairs to reception to ask about it and she said she changed it from the computer at reception and it made no difference. I had to sleep with the windows and curtains open and lots of mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was not good at all. Overall very old rooms.

This was the best sleep I have had for many years the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work but it didn’t bother me but the coming from airport and going back in total was 90 euros so not cheap and abit far .

Whoever answers the phone at their number on google , the Indian guy, I think the owner, was trying to overcharge me for taxi service. He said it was €60 to the airport, and when I told him that is BS because my friends only paid €30, he said “you can take the bus then” and hung up on me. Very rude. Very shady. The girls at the front desk were drinking at the bar until 11, but when asked the price of a drink they said they don’t know and they’ll figure it out when I checkout. Just bad business. the man in the morning shift was very nice and booked my taxi . Breakfast was good. Serves its purpose but don’t expect hospitality

Awful service at checkin. Very unfriendly staff at reception. Room was ok but air conditioning didnt work. Neither did internet which miss congeniality at the front desk blamed on trees and says its never worked. Only convenience is 10 minutes from dropping car rental off at Milan airport. We would never stay here again.

Property was listed as 3.25 miles from Malpensa. It was 7 miles. Staff person was cold and very indifferent. Bar wasn't really a bar. Just a small counter with a few drink selections. (eg, two bottled beer brands to choose from.) Would not stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. It is close to Malpensa Airport but remote. The reception staff were slow and miserable and we found out when we got there that there was no dining room that night. The air conditioning was noisy so we had to switch it off. The card machine did not work when checking out and they asked me to go to a cash machine and get cash!!

We like the hotel, but we were stranded as we didn’t have a car. We would have had to hire a taxi to go anywhere. We decided to to walk about a 1/2 mile to a local sandwich place for lunch as there were no other options. The hotel provided a nice breakfast and a restaurant for evening meal but nothing for lunch. So we walked along a very busy road, to the restaurant, i fell fortunately the cars noticed and got over. It could have been a lot worse. Our recommendation is if you have a car it’s a very nice place to stay, if you require a place to stay for the airport and don’t have a car stay closer to the airport as this hotel is in the country with little to no amenities!

Hotel is located in a remote area, real struggle to find transportation to get there. Airport taxi charge €40 and it was around 20 mins from the airport. Check in was smooth, breakfast area was good with some decent selections . Will not stay that far again as the price you pay to the property addition cost to get there and back to the airport is not worth it so much time wasted and efforts

The staff was excellent and the rooms clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Overall a reasonably priced and adequate place to stay. However, although the hotel's website says it is close to MXP Malpensa airport, it is not. The hotel is out in the country and 11kms from the airport. A good place to stay if you have a car, but not if you are relying on a taxi. We were quoted 40 Euro for a taxi to MXP terminal 1.

Como chegamos tarde e precisávamos sair cedo, nem reclamamos. Muitos insetos na região, janela precisa ficar fechada ou telada sempre. Prepararam um café da manhã "to go", que não tem nada de especial, apenas algumas torradas e brioche industrializada. The breakfast was not acceptable at all with 45 minutes to closure nothing was left. It was extra paid on top of room fee. The staff was impolite and refused to refill the items. The room is noisy with limited sound insulation.

I had a nice stay at Villa delle Rose. I was flying out of Malepensa in the morning and chose this hotel. They were helpful and friendly. My room was clean and quiet. They had parking for my car.
