Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty and did not feel properly cleaned, which was particularly concerning from a hygiene point of view. The breakfast was also really poor, the place where we could take a cheese and ham from was disgusting. I felt unwell every night, and we became increasingly concerned about risking another night feeling the same way. As a result, we decided to leave one night earlier. We appreciate that the hotel is dog-friendly, unfortunately, this is the only positive aspect. The cleanliness, breakfast and overall experience were not acceptable, and having to leave early made it even more disappointing. The member of staff at the hotel was unable to assist me and was contacting someone else to find out how to process guest check-outs (which I found really unprofessional). As a result, I reported the matter immediately online however after 30 days and many emails I got response from Regional Manager that I won’t get the refund and that their position is “firm and final”. Please avoid this place.

Rooms in need of a bit of TLC wallpaper Coming off the ceiling ,dirt in shower and shower head,bed okay but not the best night's sleep and noise from bar below. Food very average ,and unfortunately no other alternative to continental ( which was quite nice to be fair ) but a full ebnglish would have been great for price we paid. Staff excellent and very friendly and welcoming ,but rooms just a bit of a let down sorry to say. Good points great beautiful location, and great staff.

The staff were lovely and the included continental breakfast was nice, but the hotel needs an upgrade as there were lots of areas that were looking grubby. The carpets at the entrance were dirty and definitely need replacing. Our room was ok but looking tired. The window frames were a mess, the bedding and towels were good and there were toiletries in the bathroom. We didn’t eat an evening meal as the hygiene standard was a 3? There is no where else in the area to eat. The bar was a welcome addition. There is a small amount of parking. Ok for what we paid but won’t be going back.
