The Crow Park is in a row of similar hotels and bed & breakfasts. There are stairs to get up to these properties and more stairs to get up to the rooms, but we didn't mind as we had a lovely view out our window from the top of the hotel. Our main issue was that the room was quite warm--lucky us! That meant that we had perfect weather! The front desk provided us with a small fan, which helped! The cooked to order breakfast was delightful, and the hotel was close to the lake and to town--very walkable. We were able to park on the street for free. We loved our stay in Keswick!

Fantastic hotel. It’s clean, well maintained, in a great location and the breakfast was superb. Staff are friendly, polite and gave excellent service during our stay. Parking charge of £6 wasn’t an issue for us as we were allowed to park up before our check in and able to leave car there after our check out time until we were ready to go home. Will be staying again at some point in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Completely remodeled rooms, very nice. Our room has a distant of the lake, as good as any hotel can have there. The parking was an add-on for us, but available, good in a crowded town. There were several options for the breakfast. We were on the second of three floors, which can get to one after a while.

Great location for town centre with convenient parking at the rear of the property. 5 mins walk to town centre. We chose a large double room with a lovely view over Cat Bells. Hotel standards are excellent. Staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options and all local produce. Will definitely return.

The hotel was in a good location if you want to go into the wonderful town of Keswick. Parking is £6 for the night unless you book direct. The room was clean and airy, the floors are a bit creaky but so are a lot of old hotels. The staff were great from check in, breakfast and check out. Breakfast was really tasty, with a good range of food on offer.

Lovely hotel near the centre of Keswick and not too far from the lake. We booked a lake view, the room was comfortable and warm. The room comes with a good breakfast to start your day. Parking is a bonus, we had to pay for this as we had not booked direct with the hotel. You can park for free out the front of the hotel if you are lucky to get a space. Staff are polite and friendly. fantastic hotel,the hotel is spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is there are no lifts and the stairs were a bit of a struggle, but all in all a very lovely hotel

Brilliant from start to finish. Check in was quick and friendly. Every staff member we came into contaxt with was lovely and so helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the lake. Breakfast was excellent and perfectly cooked. Cannot fault our stay at all.

I stayed for 1 night. I have used many B & B's, so was a little apprehensive. However, all that apprehension was a waste of energy. The B & B was lovely and the staff very nice. I did not score 5 on all points due to a couple of very minor issues. I had a double room no. 24 on the third floor. Please note no lift - So if you have climbed Helvellyn you may not want to take the extra steps up. Room and bathroom were cleaned to a high standard. Vegetarians please also note that although they do not actually cater for vegetarians and specialist diets, which I thought was strange they did go out of their way to permit me to pick foods from the list given. I would stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location easy walk into keswick. Room warm and spotlessly clean. Impressive breakfast lots of choices all served to your table by very pleasant staff as well as the beautiful views from the dining room. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Crow Park. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were there while a Rick Steves tour was on, and the staff went extra to assure we were welcomed and well looked after too. They were super accommodating about answering our questions, and friendly - clearly seem to enjoy learning about us as guests. The hotel was full, yet we were well cared for. It was an easy walk too to get from the bus to the hotel, and then into town.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Hope park. The room was immaculate, the bed was great, bathroom spotless and the views have to be some of the best in Keswick. ALL the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was also fantastic with everything local and fresh. All in all a fantastic place to stay, thank you.

Good sized room, massive comfortable bed, excellent views toward the lake, clean, decent bathroom (shower no bath but a good shower). Sat in the bay window reading our books after a long walk with window open, just very relaxing. Parking was £6, seemed to be plenty of spaces. Derwent water is an easy stroll post dinner if you want to walk it off. Breakfast was full service as table, plenty of space and room, staff were lovely, food was good. Can’t think of a single downside really and I’d happily stay there again.

The location was good. Room was comfortable though small. The view was lovely but the window through which we could see it was also small. Breakfast was good, served by pleasant and friendly staff but we probably wouldn't book again because having to make breakfast for 9.30 didn't feel like much of a holiday! All in all, a pleasant stay but felt more like a large guesthouse than a hotel and really quite expensive .

Check in was easy, room was compact but absolutely fine. The hotel was nice and quiet and the bed comfortable, and I slept well. The shower was lacking a bit in power, but was nice and warm. There was also a good choice at breakfast, and the service was excellent. The hotel was in a great location for exploring the town and the lake. Would have been nice to have decaff coffee / tea in the room.

We loved our stay at Crow Park. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We were there while a Rick Steves tour was on, and the staff went extra to assure we were welcomed and well looked after too. They were super accommodating about answering our questions, and friendly - clearly seem to enjoy learning about us as guests. The hotel was full, yet we were well cared for. It was an easy walk too to get from the bus to the hotel, and then into town.

Perfect for our short stay in Keswick, fantastic location with great views of the lake and mountains. Very convenient location for access to both the lake and the town centre. Clean room and quiet surrounding area. Topped off by a brilliant breakfast before our departure.

Great location for town centre with convenient parking at the rear of the property. 5 mins walk to town centre. We chose a large double room with a lovely view over Cat Bells. Hotel standards are excellent. Staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent with lots of options and all local produce. Will definitely return.

Lovely hotel near the centre of Keswick and not too far from the lake. We booked a lake view, the room was comfortable and warm. The room comes with a good breakfast to start your day. Parking is a bonus, we had to pay for this as we had not booked direct with the hotel. You can park for free out the front of the hotel if you are lucky to get a space. Staff are polite and friendly. Great weekend, thank you.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location easy walk into keswick. Room warm and spotlessly clean. Impressive breakfast lots of choices all served to your table by very pleasant staff as well as the beautiful views from the dining room. Would definitely stay here again.

OK for overnight only. Reception on arrival very poor - No one behind the desk and no bell to ring for attention . Cannot fault the attention given in the morning for breakfast which was superb.

The hotel was in a good location if you want to go into the wonderful town of Keswick. Parking is £6 for the night unless you book direct. The room was clean and airy, the floors are a bit creaky but so are a lot of old hotels. The staff were great from check in, breakfast and check out. Breakfast was really tasty, with a good range of food on offer.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location overlooking Hope park. The room was immaculate, the bed was great, bathroom spotless and the views have to be some of the best in Keswick. ALL the staff were very helpful and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was also fantastic with everything local and fresh. All in all a fantastic place to stay, thank you.

Staff were all very helpful. Our very clean and comfortable room on the third floor had a wonderful view over Hope Gardens, Catbellsand beyond. Breakfast was very good. Really convenient car par parking but we were rather confused as whether or not it was free to hotel residents. No decaf tea available. A lounge would have been nice.

Very good except for stairs. Staff helpful in taking up and bringing down suitcase but the second floor is a long way up and there are another two floors! Excellent view down Borrowdale.

Property needs a bit of a spruce up as decor a bit dated,Television in room on the small size,breakfast very nice and staff very helpful. A word of warning if you have a room on the top floor it is a bit of a struggle to climb the stairs if you have low fitness levels.We managed to park outside and avoided the six pound a day parking charge ,as we hadn't booked direct.
