The stay was fabulous, very close to Keswick town centre with a park opposite for the dog. The staff were lovely and provided a great breakfast and couldn’t do more for you. The room is lovely and warm. Our dog was able to stay and come down for breakfast which made the experience so much better.

Nice sized room. Matt was such a friendly host. Made my wife and I a great breakfast. Very convenient location to the Keswick market. Only a 5 minute walk. 20 minute drive to Grasmere village. We would definitely stay here again.

Matt was very helpful and has a lot of good suggestions for things to do in the Lakes District. Location is excellent and you can walk to town in a few minutes, which has a wide range of shopping and dining. The nearby foreshore is beautiful. The only thing that wasn't quite as expected was the parking, which was challenging to find and on occasion, took a lot of time to find something within a hundred yards or less. The property details stated that parking was included, but there is no onsite parking, so you take your chances in a very congested area.
