Desde que entramos a la propiedad nos gustó mucho el lugar, toodo el personal muy muy amables, un lugar muy bello y tranquilo, la habitación excelente, la comida exquisita!! El spa genial, pasamos una noche increíble! Muchas gracias! No cuentan con estacionamiento propio ya que se encuentran justamente en el centro, pero justo enfrente se encuentra uno y el hotel nos reembolso $100 por ese concepto muy amables.

Un hotel de primera , a pesar que está en el centro de Qro. Tiene una paz relajante cerca de todos los lugares turísticos . La atención del personal del hotel fantástico especialmente Jesus gracias por tus recomendaciones. El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero enfrente hay uno público lo cual lo hace práctico. El restaurante con su decoración facinante . En si todo el edificio es muy bonito Sin duda si vuelvo a la ciudad de Qro. No lo dudo y me hospedaré en ese lugar Gracias por existir Julio R.

We have loved this place for over a decade but sadly after this last stay we will not be returning. We stayed here three nights. Our hot water wasn’t working. We told them two days in a row, they said they’d have someone look at it but it was never fixed. Also, the beds are rock hard - like no give at all. The staff wasn’t as friendly as they have been in the past. Overall, really bummed how it went. They’ve cut back on what’s included in the breakfast but at least they still had a full breakfast menu you can pay for.

Mi esposo y yo reservamos la habitación Master principalmente por el Jacuzzi, mismo que no funcionaba a la perfección ya que la presión del agua para llenarlo era mínima, y el agua se enfriaba rápido, por lo que había que estar cerrando la llave para que se volviera a calentar y continuar llenándolo. Esto fue molesto, porque nos tardamos 40 minutos en llenar la tina, y nos metimos con agua tibia. De ahí en fuera todo nos gustó mucho, el servicio del personal, la limpieza de la habitación y áreas comunes, los alimentos, la ambientación, la seguridad. Recomendaría hacer un convenio con los estacionamientos aledaños para tarifa especial de huéspedes; también limpieza profunda de la regadera, ya se ve blanquizca por el jabón y el agua no sale bien porque los hoyitos de la regadera tiene mucho sarro

The staff is beyond exceptional: gracious and incredibly helpful (thanks in particular to Perla but also Jesus and everyone there). The spa is outstanding. It was so fun to have our little respite paradise amidst the fun hubbub of the city before Christmas.

It’s a comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant. Pros; excellent location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Cons; we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on each time we wanted to use it. Never did use the jacuzzi tub because of this. No coffee in the room.

muy bonito lugar, y con una gran ubicacion; el personal fue increiblemente amable y atento. El hotel cuenta con buenas instalaciones pero podrian mejorar; el no tener estacionamiento es fatal por la zona donde esta.

The hotel was a little shabbier than I expected, but clean. At first, I was assigned a room right off the reception area with absolutely no sound insulation and no windows. I asked to be moved, and they gave me a much quieter room, but smaller and not as nice. I had to ask for a chair for the desk, there was only one drawer to put cloths, and the fan was old and noisy. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast, off a menu, was good. All and all, the price was a tad high for what I got.

The staff is amazing. The are helpful, knowledgeable of the area, and very pleasant. The hotel is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. We didn't have time to take advantage of the spa... next time. The amenities were great with an ice machine, water, and snacks (you pay for) available 24/7. There is a cool museum and church across the street, a good restaurant next door, and a coffee shop across the street. Ours was an overnight stay, but we enjoyed it.

Room #6 had steps up and down inside which made it a bit difficult for older folks like us. Probably could have asked for a different room but did not. Overall a good visit, giving it a 7-8 rating overall. Street walking quite difficult with narrow sidewalks.

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene muchos detalles en cada espacio. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer el corazón del centro de Querétaro y se puede disfrutar de una estancia tranquila. El único problema es que el internet es malo y casi no hay señal en los cuartos de la planta baja. Fuera de ahí, todo es espectacular.
El hotel es muy bonito y tiene muchos detalles en cada espacio. Está muy bien ubicado para conocer el corazón del centro de Querétaro y se puede disfrutar de una estancia tranquila. I have now stayed at the Atrio three times in the past 5 years. This was my first visit since Jan 2020 (just before the pandemic). The people, the location, and the service is outstanding (as always). I would stay here again for just those reasons. I do feel the this hotel might have suffered economically during the COVID years. The rooms are getting just a bit dated.

El hotel es muy bonito con una linda decoración. Esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, se puede visitar todo el centro a pie. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, solo que en el techo hay un domo que permite entrar la luz, tanto de la luna como del sol a las 6.30 am nos despertó. Vimos un letrero que decía que si queríamos podían tapar el domo, no nos pareció necesario pero creo que es indispensable. También podrían mejorar la presión del agua en general.

The staff was kind and accommodating. The hotel itself is lovely and charming and we loved the very high ceilinged rooms. It was difficult to cool it down (took most of the day) but the biggest issue was the shower: it took 10 minutes for the hot water to get hot for me and it stopped being hot after 15 minutes. We waited for at least 5 hours until my friend showered but it *never* got hot for her. And the square-shaped rain shower only put water out of about 1/3 of it's available holes. Other than the shower, we loved this place.

Our requirements for an excellent hotel are (1) quiet (2) firm bed mattress (3) bathroom with counter space and (4) shower with constant tempature. They had all 4. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. No children or dogs. Congenital staff. Great location. This is a winner!

Un hotel de primera , a pesar que está en el centro de Qro. Tiene una paz relajante cerca de todos los lugares turísticos . La atención del personal del hotel fantástico especialmente Jesus gracias por tus recomendaciones. El lugar no cuenta con estacionamiento propio pero enfrente hay uno público lo cual lo hace práctico. El restaurante con su decoración facinante . En si todo el edificio es muy bonito Sin duda si vuelvo a la ciudad de Qro. No lo dudo y me hospedaré en ese lugar Gracias por existir Julio R.

What a wonderful find. This property was clean, quiet, filled with the nicest staff. Pepe has done a great job running this hotel. We highly recommend staying here and don’t worry, you won’t go thirsty… they have a wonderful honor bar!

The staff is beyond exceptional: gracious and incredibly helpful (thanks in particular to Perla but also Jesus and everyone there). The spa is outstanding. It was so fun to have our little respite paradise amidst the fun hubbub of the city before Christmas.

Nice, comfortable and quiet property. Super friendly staff. We had an early flight and they arranged breakfast for us before the usual open time, that was very much appreciated! We would stay here again with no hesitation.

Our requirements for an excellent hotel are (1) quiet (2) firm bed mattress (3) bathroom with counter space and (4) shower with constant tempature. They had all 4. Great breakfast. Quiet rooms. No children or dogs. Congenital staff. Great location. This is a winner!

Although we didn’t have time to enjoy the spa, we loved knowing it was available, and the concierge gave us a fantastic dinner recommendation that ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. The location is perfect—right in the heart of the action. We loved strolling around the historic center at night and felt very safe and comfortable, even walking to the aqueduct after dark. La Casa del Atrio is our favorite hotel in Queretaro. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the property is very pretty and the breakfast is lovely and set up to enjoy in a courtyard area. We look forward to returning. It’s also located next to Tikua, which is a fabulous restaurant.

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was surprisingly amazing! We were not expecting that much beauty! This is a true gem hidden in downtown Queretaro. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a cute bar and restaurant that you cannot miss. We definitely are coming back when we return to Queretaro, super recommended!

Our shower was clogged and had to wait 20 minutes in between people showering for water to drain. Carpet in room was dirty and needed cleaning. A few cockroaches found in room as well. Shampoo/conditioner were nice and liked that they were provided. We did feel safe, but room needed some basic maintenance/cleaning

This is a charming hotel near the best sites in the historic heart of town. We had a large room in a courtyard. It was quiet and the king size bed was great. The bathroom had a huge shower. I particularly liked the staff. The manager, Perla, speaks excellent English and she helped us with navigating the city and seeing the sites. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and the honor bar. We had to leave at three in the morning and a staff member was there to help us with our bags. I would stay here again.
