I know the power outage was mot there fault but room was supposed to have ac so I tried to do early check in and they told the that I would get would have no ac if I did the earlier check in. So I said I would wait for my room with "ac" come to find out no working ac in my room that I waited for that room was hot like 95 degrees horrible just horrible well I told them next morning and they just responded with a look of whatever. Just horrible1132 avoid room 1132

I love Real del Mar Golf Resort. However, I will give it an unbiased and honest review. The golf course is great, especially after the renovations in recent years. The common areas are beautiful, including the hotel lobby, pool, and jacuzzi area. Customer service is great. The restaurants are very good. The cons and room for improvement: The rooms themselves have maintenance issues. Old refrigerators. Some work, some don't. Air conditioning does not work in all rooms. Some windows do not have screens or have broken screens and mosquitos can get in. Some basic maintenance would go a long way to making it a true five star experience. I really enjoy their restaurants on site. However, unfortunately, they close at about 4:30 or 5 pm it seems, so Uber Eats or Oxxo are the only dinner options. All that said, I love this resort and highly recommend it to others, especially golfers.

When we first arrived, it looked nice from the exterior. It was nice that they had private security at the gate. The coble stone entrance is beautiful, and the golf course and beach views are a plus. One cool thing is they have an OXXO on property. Reception area was well kept and was very clean. We got our room and the AC was not working so they moved us to a new room. Room was clean but the carpet in the living room was filthy. Dark and a bit sticky. Beds were clean and sheets were very nice and soft. Pillow were standard and they did the job. TV did not have any channels to watch but that is ok, I guess. The most disappointing part of the trip was the pool and spa. The pool was cloudy and dirty, the jacuzzi was not working the water was cold. This was one of the things we were looking forward too, very disappointing. It was an ok experience. For the money I paid I expected a bit more.

El lugar está excelente y el personal fue súper atento. Si acaso solo recomendaría que ajustaran la descripción de los servicios, porque por ejemplo indica que hay restaurant y servicio de lavandería, pero en realidad ninguno está habilitado. Fuera de eso, totalmente volvería, súper familiar y la limpieza excelente.
El lugar está excelente y el personal fue súper atento.
