Hotellet overraskede meget positivt og vi nød virkelig vores ophold. Maden i restauranten var meget varieret og af høj kvalitet Stedets Recidence Tennis Coach var helt fantastisk og et stort plus. Ting som trak ned og gør at de ikke får 5*. 1) Deres guided hiking tur var udelukkende på Italiensk 2) Generelt havde en del af personalet udfordringer med engelsk. 3) Der manglede betjening i cafeen/baren om dagen så hvis man brugte en dag ved den fantastisk hyggelige pool så var det svært at få et glas vin eller en snack.
