It was all about service and food, rooms were dated, had some issues, had to report number of things, most were fixed next day. Raised a partial refund request, was rejected despite issues reported. Hotels.com credited some amount back. Property - 5 star Service - 5 star Rooms - 3.5

Tall trees is an amazing resort immersed in nature! A relaxing and scenic environment with many wonderful activities such as nature hike, tea tasting and evening bon fires. The restaurant has amazing food. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely property. It’s quiet, the rooms are nicely furnished with good amenities, bathroom is great, balcony and living area all good. Room service and restaurant are both excellent. Service from all staff is professional, friendly, warm and helpful. I would stay here again, thank you.

2 days here were enough for us to feel relaxed and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were excellent and food was good with a wide variety. As we were hoping to do bird photography and didn’t see many birds amongst the tall trees so we were a little disappointed. But all in all it’s a beautiful resort if relaxation and quiet time are what you need.
