I loved this hotel! I would definitely stay here again. It is beautiful, right on the beach, friendly staff, and nice bar. Our room had a private pool in front of the room and was very convenient for relaxing.

All the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The transfer arranged too and from the airport was great. The hotel is better than the pictures, the breakfast each morning was different and lovely. The pool areas and the beach beds well kept and always beds available. Would definitely stay again.

The entire set up of the property is different. It feels as if you have your own private suite and outdoor area. Very relaxing and the staff is always available to assist. Also my husband and I both got massages - it was our 3rd in Greece within 10 days and by far the best!

We booked this based on reviews and were so pleased we did. The room with a plunge pool was beautiful, floors mopped daily, new towels and so picturesque. The pools were cleaned daily, it having the choice of two and the beach was incredible. Plenty of choices of restaurants; our favourites were Seaside, Ntoamini, Pyrgos Restaurant and Athermi Restaurant in Megalochori. If you stay here, no need to hire a car. The buses are frequent (but not on time!) and we went to Fira, Oia, Pyrgos and Megalochori this way. The beach sunbeds were luxurious, chill music played and there was bar service. If you ordered a large bottle of water, it was only €3.50 and it came in an ice bucket…great touches. The breakfast was delicious, it changed everyday and was well presented. We would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay! I stayed here last year with a friend and loved it so much that I came here again this year alone. The studio I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, loved how the gym had all the equipments I needed. It is also right in front of the beach and I highly recommend watching the sun rise. The staff were so helpful and nice. Several restaurants around the hotel and very safe.

The hotel was just what we wanted - the room (43) was the perfect size - small kitchenette, spacious room with bed and two large sofas (ideal to lounge on out of the sun) and bathroom with a walk in shower. All looks fresh and clean. Large balcony where we had the sun until 8pm. The hotel now has a beach front so you can use the sun beds without cost, they provide you with named towels so staff know you are staying there. Two pools although limited beds - it was relatively quiet when we were there so not an issue. Very helpful staff and on check out we were able to leave our bags in reception. They have facilities for you to use if leaving later in the day - two different areas of showers/toilets. They will provide you with fresh towels to use. Breakfast was varied and constantly topped up; local delicacies, eggs and bacon (sausages are frankfurter type), Greek and fruit salad, toast and condiments, croissants and cakes. We were in Heaven.

Anastasia Princess was terrific. For those who are looking for a secluded and peaceful experience in Santorini, we highly recommend this location. We loved the vibe, the accessibility of the beach and dining options, and the connections to other services like private vans and vehicle rentals. Smaragda and her staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, too. Our only complaints about our stay would be that our tap/shower water was salty (though this is apparently not uncommon in Santorini and other island destinations), and that our bathroom had a residual smell (but that may have just been in our room). Otherwise, everything else was terrific. We also highly recommend the massages offered - they are some of the best we ever had. We definitely recommend Anastasia Princess!

10/10! We had an incredible stay and cannot wait to return! This is the most visually beautiful hotel we have stayed in. It was the perfect balance of authentic and modern. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet, so we slept very well. We loved exploring the local shops and restaurants along the beachfront. Because the hotel is so conveniently located, we could go back to our room as often as we needed. Breakfast was delicious. There were many fresh and new options each morning. We really liked the outdoor seating too. Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the hotel. Service was superb from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were sad to be leaving such a beautiful and welcoming hotel.

Its one of a rare place in Santorini with nice beach and sea, the staff was very kind, breakfast was ok, but the towels could be more dry and smell nice, and daily , they didnt't renew our shower gel and water.

Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. It was not busy when we were there so plenty of subbed on the beach and around the pools, which were cleaned every day. Our room was cleaned perfectly and always had clean beach towels every day, by the lovely Olga. Loved this hotel and we will definitely go back, hopefully next year.

Really a great place. More than exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful (offered to help with our luggage when they walked by us when we were leaving). They rooms were clean, and well maintained. Public areas were clean and well maintained. The pools were great. The close proximity to the beach as well as the free use of beach lounges were a definite plus. The breakfast buffet while not expansive, was excellent. Since it is family owned and they were actually working there, they went out of way to ensure that everything was good. While there were a few minor irritants, listing them would be nit picking. If we ever go back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again.

Property and rooms are beautiful. Location is only convenient if you have a vehicle. Missing some basic amenities like tissues and wash clothes and body lotion. Water out of tap and shower is salt water.

It was not busy when we were there so plenty of subbed on the beach and around the pools, which were cleaned every day. Our room was cleaned perfectly and always had clean beach towels every day, by the lovely Olga. Loved this hotel and we will definitely go back, hopefully next year.

Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. The hotel was just what we wanted - the room (43) was the perfect size - small kitchenette, spacious room with bed and two large sofas (ideal to lounge on out of the sun) and bathroom with a walk in shower. All looks fresh and clean. Large balcony where we had the sun until 8pm. The hotel now has a beach front so you can use the sun beds without cost, they provide you with named towels so staff know you are staying there. Two pools although limited beds - it was relatively quiet when we were there so not an issue. Very helpful staff and on check out we were able to leave our bags in reception. They have facilities for you to use if leaving later in the day - two different areas of showers/toilets. They will provide you with fresh towels to use. Breakfast was varied and constantly topped up; local delicacies, eggs and bacon (sausages are frankfurter type), Greek and fruit salad, toast and condiments, croissants and cakes. We were in Heaven.

All the staff I met during my stay at Anastasia Princess was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I felt at home and as part of the family. From the day we got there, Emerald welcomed us with warmth at the reception and provided valuable information throughout our stay. Whenever I interacted with the cleaning staff, servers, bartender , they had a way of brightening my day with their welcoming smiles and energy. The food was amazing, from breakfast, snacks, drinks and lunch items. Celebrated my birthday here and they did something for me which made me feel extra special! The property was so peaceful and clean at all times and I would definitely go back and recommended staying here. It be great if the bar and snack bar was open longer but there are lots of restaurants around the area so it wasn't much of a hussle to get food. All the staff were so attentive and welcoming. The transfer arranged too and from the airport was great. The hotel is better than the pictures, the breakfast each morning was different and lovely. The pool areas and the beach beds well kept and always beds available. Would definitely stay again.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in Santorini at this beautiful hotel. The staff was truly amazing, friendly, helpful and more. Emerald greeted us when we arrived and took care of all our planning needs for our stay. She recommended amazing restaurant choices and was able to set up all reservations and transportations for each night. The beach staff were also very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food and drinks were delicious at the hotel. This hotel was very modern and kept very clean. The staff works extremely hard all day long as they all perform many functions around the hotel. The owner Stavros is always around greeting his guest and helping his team as needed. The owner is very committed to creating a great atmosphere for all his guest and staff. This family owned business was a pleasure to stay at and I recommend it to all. Best vacation spot I have ever visited.

The service was exceptional. I was greeted when i got dropped off. I was giving a tour of the property and not just pointing out where things were. Our room was upgraded and awesome. The beach was right there with plenty od lounges. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and some shops. It has 2 beautiful pools, good breakfast, etc. It's location is quiet. Highly recommend the hotel.

Property and rooms are beautiful. Location is only convenient if you have a vehicle. Missing some basic amenities like tissues and wash clothes and body lotion. Water out of tap and shower is salt water.

10/10! We had an incredible stay and cannot wait to return! This is the most visually beautiful hotel we have stayed in. It was the perfect balance of authentic and modern. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet, so we slept very well. We loved exploring the local shops and restaurants along the beachfront. Because the hotel is so conveniently located, we could go back to our room as often as we needed. Breakfast was delicious. There were many fresh and new options each morning. We really liked the outdoor seating too. Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the hotel. Service was superb from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were sad to be leaving such a beautiful and welcoming hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay! I stayed here last year with a friend and loved it so much that I came here again this year alone. The studio I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, loved how the gym had all the equipments I needed. It is also right in front of the beach and I highly recommend watching the sun rise. The staff were so helpful and nice. Several restaurants around the hotel and very safe.

The hotel is in the perfect stretch with shopping, lots of food options and right on the beach.For as much as they offered on the strip, it was still very quiet and private at night. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely come again!

We spent 2 weeks traveling in Greece and this was our favorite hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and spacious. Two wonderful pools. Beach access right across the street. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurant options right outside. Easy walk to the bus. I would have spent my entire vacation here!!

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Anastasia Luxury Beach Hotel. The family are the most beautiful hosts and really care about every detail. The hotel is immaculate and in a beautiful location with the beach literally on the doorstep. Everything about our stay was stunning and the breakfast was amazing… I am grateful to have travelled to several luxury hotels where we have had breakfast. But I can say that the breakfast at Anastasia Luxury Beach hotel was the most delicious of them all, having a different selection of the finest and freshest food, fruits and juices each day. Truly outstanding. This hotel hands down is the best hotel in Santorini. Thank you to all the family and staff for making our stay very special and memorable.

We booked this based on reviews and were so pleased we did. The room with a plunge pool was beautiful, floors mopped daily, new towels and so picturesque. The pools were cleaned daily, it having the choice of two and the beach was incredible. Plenty of choices of restaurants; our favourites were Seaside, Ntoamini, Pyrgos Restaurant and Athermi Restaurant in Megalochori. If you stay here, no need to hire a car. The buses are frequent (but not on time!) and we went to Fira, Oia, Pyrgos and Megalochori this way. The beach sunbeds were luxurious, chill music played and there was bar service. If you ordered a large bottle of water, it was only €3.50 and it came in an ice bucket…great touches. The breakfast was delicious, it changed everyday and was well presented. We would definitely stay here again.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Anastasia Princess. It was truly a 5-star experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, and peaceful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen facilities, which made it easy to enjoy food or bring breakfast back to the room. Housekeeping was regular and always done with great care. The pools were spotless, and even when the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded. The atmosphere was always quiet, calm, and relaxing. The beach is very close and the surrounding area is lovely. We stayed during the first week of August, and thanks to the nice evening breeze, we rarely even needed the air conditioning. The hotel also arranged our airport transfers and booked a catamaran tour for us, which was one of the highlights of our Santorini trip. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Anastasia Princess again. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Anastasia Princess. It was truly a 5-star experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The hotel is beautifully maintained, very clean, and peaceful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated the kitchen facilities, which made it easy to enjoy food or bring breakfast back to the room. Housekeeping was regular and always done with great care. The pools were spotless, and even when the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded. The atmosphere was always quiet, calm, and relaxing. The beach is very close and the surrounding area is lovely. We stayed during the first week of August, and thanks to the nice evening breeze, we rarely even needed the air conditioning. The hotel also arranged our airport transfers and booked a catamaran tour for us, which was one of the highlights of our Santorini trip. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Anastasia Princess again. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent hospitality!

Staff were very accommodating, kind, and professional throughout our stay. The room was very clean, and breakfast offered many tasty choices each morning. Our only complaints were the noise from the room above it often sounded like furniture was being moved and the jacuzzi was cold. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service. Thank you and we will be back.

My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Anastasia Luxury Beach Hotel. The family are the most beautiful hosts and really care about every detail. The hotel is immaculate and in a beautiful location with the beach literally on the doorstep. Everything about our stay was stunning and the breakfast was amazing… I am grateful to have travelled to several luxury hotels where we have had breakfast. But I can say that the breakfast at Anastasia Luxury Beach hotel was the most delicious of them all, having a different selection of the finest and freshest food, fruits and juices each day. Truly outstanding. This hotel hands down is the best hotel in Santorini. Thank you to all the family and staff for making our stay very special and memorable.
