I booked this unit for my family including 5 adults. 25 minute drive from the airport. Check in was convenient and the unit was clean. The unit is located next to the recreational building which provides a pool and gym. It was very convenient being so close to these amenities. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the supply’s we needed to cook family meals. However the kitchen knives were in bad shape. The laundry room was a great amenity. It was stocked with detergent and everything was in working order. The unit had a garage where you will find beach equipment (folding chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) The community was nice a quiet and everyone staying here was friendly. The beach was a five minute drive, and an excellent shopping mall was right dow the street which provided several great restaurants and a Longs for grocery shopping. I would stay here again!

We took advantage of the pool and spa which were a hop, skip, and jump away. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 9p, and the dryer in the unit did not do a very good job drying our clothes. Other than that we had an excellent stay, and would definitely stay again.

The unit was just as described online. Kitchen was well stocked with all plates, utensils, and all common kitchen needs, bathrooms were spacious and stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and many towels. Laundry room was ready to use, including soap. Grounds are beautifully manicured, BBQ areas easy to use, nice pool, workout room, and hot tub.We were able to walk about 12 - 15 minutes to the beach and used the boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. provided at the propery. The beach umbrella was small and the wind took it down easily, so next time I might rent a larger one. The walk to the town of Koloa was too far, so driving was necessary. The shopping you could walk to was fancy and pricey; the town of Koloa was much better to spend time in.

We would absolutely stay here again! We loved the layout of the place. To basically have two master bedrooms as well as two rooms for kids upstairs was perfect. This place offers plenty of space to feel very relaxed and at home. The pool was incredible for my kids. It was a great size, temperature, fun to hang around by, and has a great hot tub. Assuming everything went well through our checkout experience, we knew we’d be giving it 5 stars.I wouldn’t call it beach front though. It is about a 1 mile walk to the beach. We did that walk a couple times and didn’t mind it, but it just isn’t beach front. That didn’t bother us though.

We tried to utilize one of these portable units in the kitchen, however, it wasn’t able to cool both the living room and kitchen where it felt comfortable. Property management had an AC technician come out but when I texted and asked for an update, I did not receive a response back and by that point we only had another day and a half left and the portable ACs were sufficient. Upstairs AC did not have issues and felt great so this problem only impacted downstairs. Other than the AC issue downstairs, I would still recommend this condo as long as they continue to provide the portable AC units for use.

Great place near Poipu Beach, restaurants and shops. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to Lihue and the airport. The condo was equipped with plenty of plates and utensils as well as beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling gear. The pool and grills were just across the parking area. We had no complaints at all about this place.

Poipu beach is also kid friendly. I would happily stay here again. Merrimans, Brennecke and the Koloa Rum Train/tasting were highlights.

The vents were filled with dust and kicked up our allergies but other than that, it was a great stay.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! All the kitchen things were there down to soap, trash bags, ziplocs etc. The condo is very close to the pool. Lots of restaurant options near by and close to the best beach for kids on the island. We would definitely stay there again if we're back in Kauai.

We stayed in Kauai for a family trip. The place is spacious for five adults and a toddler. We loved the four bedrooms and appreciated having use of the pack-and-play and high chair. The location is convenient, with the beach, shopping center and dining within walking distance. The lanai is a wonderful spot for dining and to watch the sunset and the roosters. We enjoyed going to the pool often. The kitchen is beautiful and well-stocked, but as addressed in other reviews, it still would be nice to have some of the basic cooking items in the kitchen such as oil, spices and sugar, instead of having to buy more than is needed for your stay. Aside from that, the condo was well-equipped with beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. We also used the barbecue once, which is a nice feature. Both the primary bedroom and second bedroom had great layouts with walk-in closets. The upstairs AC is very loud. The fan in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The upper area had some dust and garbage under the beds and was not as clean as the main level. The property manager answered any questions we had before our trip. We received several instructions by text and email. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great trip. I would give the place a 4.5 rating.

We had a wonderful stay at Pili Mai 10B. This condo was so spacious, with ample room for all 7 of us, and was very well equipped. There was everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and toys, and our 4 year old especially enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards! Also, the large beach bag came in very handy! The pool area was a great spot to lounge, and our 4 year old loved swimming in both the large pool and the little wading pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed to prepare some great meals, and the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy them. Great views and stunning sunsets. The location was good, quite central with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also within walking distance, although we preferred to drive as we took beach equipment with us. Only downfall was walking at night, as it was pretty dark. The complex itself could use a little more lighting in the common areas, and walking down to get to Poipu Shopping Village was dark in the evenings. Definitely helpful to have a flashlight! Overall an excellent stay, and a wonderful condo. We would definitely return.

Past complaints about the temperature being too warm in the living area are somewhat warranted. The thermostat is limited to 73 degrees max cooling to avoid a frosted A/C units. However, we found the temperature to be tolerable with the ceiling fans. They also had portable A/C units in the garage which could be easily used in the living area. The only complaints we had are that the couch is totally worn out and needs to be replaced (it’s not dirty but the cushions are shot). The other issue is minor, the upstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced.

Beautiful location to watch the golf course and the sunset. Very spacious for our family of six. My only complaints were the hot water running out after one shower as well as the bottom bedroom smelling like urine. I am guessing it’s because the closet had all the baby stuff in there.

Location was perfect for our family. Close enough to the pool and easy to get out to the main road. Walked to Golf course and restaurant often. Enjoyed the walk to Poipu Shopping Center for many great food options. Having the crib set up was very helpful for our tired infant. The pool and hot tub was enjoyed by everyone after our long hiking days. Sunsets over the golf course sitting outside on the balcony with a table big enough for eight was perfect. Kitchen had everything you might need and having great beach towels made our stay wonderful.

We had six adults and this place fit us perfectly. The home was clean and spacious. Everything was in great condition. The location was quite, and we had access to the facilities. Check-In & out was a breeze. The management kept us updated through the entire process. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for my family of 7. Every couple was able to have their own room and ample common spaces and bathrooms made this place exceptional for us. The home has everything you need and more. Questions were answered promptly even during off hours. Home was very clean and beds were comfortable.

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai. Proximity to the beach (short drive), the pool (very short walk), Kauai’s attractions was perfect. Condo worked very well for us. Upstairs air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived but they were able to fix it within a few days when AC guy was available. Would recommend staying here.

Property was exactly as described and very well laid out as well as stocked with the essentials. Check in was seamless and management was super quick to respond with answers to questions. Pool area was clean and close with a very short drive to beaches. We would absolutely stay here again for a south shore vacation. Thanks for a great home base on our vacation.

This condo is a great home away from home. There was more than enough space for 6 adults to spread out and have spaces of our own. I particularly enjoyed the number of bathrooms (3.5) for the 4 bedroom condo. We had an issue with the door keypad, but were promptly helped (even on Thanksgiving!). On the last day we were there, it absolutely poured. We were able to entertain ourselves with the puzzles and games in the condo. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was so responsive and accommodating to our requests. The condo was beautiful, clean and exactly as pictured. We loved the kitchen and the fact that there was central AC. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the location was perfect for our family! We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect choice! Great beds,view,supplies. Couldn't have asked for better communication -had very minor issues with garbage disposal needing reset-- it was taken care of very quickly. Close to beach, with great food very close. Absolutely wonderful stay! 10/10 choice.

The location was near everything we planned on doing during our stay. There was also some places to eat, do some shopping, and a general store - all within a 10 minute walk. The beach was also walking distance but would take around 20 minutes. A car is still recommended to get around to other locations on the island. The property was as advertised, clean with all working amenities. It was located in the corner so we didn't hear the roosters too much. This property does have neighbors, so be aware that there are people underneath and around you. Management had great communication with us and was very nice. If we needed anything they responded quickly and would accommodate if possible. Will definitely be considering this location for our next stay.

We stayed her last week and loved it. The condo was perfect for our party of nine. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The property was beautiful and the pool area was perfect. The property is near the Poipu shopping center which offers many good restaurants and shops. It is also near two other shopping centers. It is within walking distance of beaches if you want a nice a stroll. Parking was easily found if you go to the beach early. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was just as described online. Kitchen was well stocked with all plates, utensils, and all common kitchen needs, bathrooms were spacious and stocked with toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and many towels. Laundry room was ready to use, including soap. Grounds are beautifully manicured, BBQ areas easy to use, nice pool, workout room, and hot tub.We were able to walk about 12 - 15 minutes to the beach and used the boogie boards, chairs, towels, etc. provided at the propery. The beach umbrella was small and the wind took it down easily, so next time I might rent a larger one. The walk to the town of Koloa was too far, so driving was necessary. The shopping you could walk to was fancy and pricey; the town of Koloa was much better to spend time in.

We would absolutely stay here again! We loved the layout of the place. To basically have two master bedrooms as well as two rooms for kids upstairs was perfect. This place offers plenty of space to feel very relaxed and at home. The pool was incredible for my kids. It was a great size, temperature, fun to hang around by, and has a great hot tub. Assuming everything went well through our checkout experience, we knew we’d be giving it 5 stars.I wouldn’t call it beach front though. It is about a 1 mile walk to the beach. We did that walk a couple times and didn’t mind it, but it just isn’t beach front. That didn’t bother us though.

This was a very nice condo for our family of four. While not right on the beach, we enjoyed our walks (about 15 minutes) to the beach and the shops. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby and the condo kitchen was great for meal prep too. I would stay here again.

Property management had an AC technician come out but when I texted and asked for an update, I did not receive a response back and by that point we only had another day and a half left and the portable ACs were sufficient. Upstairs AC did not have issues and felt great so this problem only impacted downstairs. Other than the AC issue downstairs, I would still recommend this condo as long as they continue to provide the portable AC units for use.

Great place near Poipu Beach, restaurants and shops. It’s about a 20-30 minute drive to Lihue and the airport. The condo was equipped with plenty of plates and utensils as well as beach chairs, an umbrella and snorkeling gear. The pool and grills were just across the parking area. We had no complaints at all about this place.

We stayed her last week and loved it. The condo was perfect for our party of nine. It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The property was beautiful and the pool area was perfect. The property is near the Poipu shopping center which offers many good restaurants and shops. It is also near two other shopping centers. It is within walking distance of beaches if you want a nice a stroll. Parking was easily found if you go to the beach early. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Pili Mai 10B. This condo was so spacious, with ample room for all 7 of us, and was very well equipped. There was everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the beach chairs and toys, and our 4 year old especially enjoyed the sand toys and boogie boards! Also, the large beach bag came in very handy! The pool area was a great spot to lounge, and our 4 year old loved swimming in both the large pool and the little wading pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed to prepare some great meals, and the lanai was a perfect place to enjoy them. Great views and stunning sunsets. The location was good, quite central with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was also within walking distance, although we preferred to drive as we took beach equipment with us. Only downfall was walking at night, as it was pretty dark. The complex itself could use a little more lighting in the common areas, and walking down to get to Poipu Shopping Village was dark in the evenings. Definitely helpful to have a flashlight! Overall an excellent stay, and a wonderful condo. We would definitely return.

Past complaints about the temperature being too warm in the living area are somewhat warranted. The thermostat is limited to 73 degrees max cooling to avoid a frosted A/C units. However, we found the temperature to be tolerable with the ceiling fans. They also had portable A/C units in the garage which could be easily used in the living area. The only complaints we had are that the couch is totally worn out and needs to be replaced (it’s not dirty but the cushions are shot). The other issue is minor, the upstairs shower curtain needs to be replaced.

I booked this unit for my family including 5 adults. 25 minute drive from the airport. Check in was convenient and the unit was clean. The unit is located next to the recreational building which provides a pool and gym. It was very convenient being so close to these amenities. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all of the supply’s we needed to cook family meals. However the kitchen knives were in bad shape. The laundry room was a great amenity. It was stocked with detergent and everything was in working order. The unit had a garage where you will find beach equipment (folding chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) The community was nice a quiet and everyone staying here was friendly. The beach was a five minute drive, and an excellent shopping mall was right dow the street which provided several great restaurants and a Longs for grocery shopping. I would stay here again!

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything needed to cook and serve. We ate breakfast at the deck table everyday and dinner in two nights. The pool is perfect especially for the kids. Poipu beach is also kid friendly. I would happily stay here again. Merrimans, Brennecke and the Koloa Rum Train/tasting were highlights.

The condo was wonderful! It was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed! All the kitchen things were there down to soap, trash bags, ziplocs etc. The condo is very close to the pool. Lots of restaurant options near by and close to the best beach for kids on the island. We would definitely stay there again if we're back in Kauai.
