I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. I stayed here once before with my friend and everything was fine, so I decided to book again. This time, however, the experience was completely different. The receptionist was extremely rude from the moment I checked in. I had already paid the full amount for my room, and I politely asked if my friend could simply come up to meet me for a short time. The receptionist immediately refused in a very disrespectful way and said my friend was not even allowed to visit me in the room at all. The way he spoke was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. On top of that, the staff behavior overall was rude, the service quality was poor, and the atmosphere of the hotel did not feel friendly or customer-oriented at all. For the amount of money charged, I honestly expected much better treatment and hospitality. Definitely not the experience I expected, and unfortunately I would not recommend staying here.

This was a decent property, cleanliness was fine, but the amenities were awesome. Lots of different restaurants and food options that allow everyone to find something they like, and having the mall close allows for even more options. The staff were always helpful and happy to assist.

The room is very small compared to the high price charged. Overall, the room condition is not good. The bathroom is extremely small, and even the plug point does not work properly. The TV is very old and not functioning well. Bathroom taps are also outdated and poorly maintained. The main issue is privacy — two rooms are connected with a door in between, which makes it very uncomfortable and noisy. Considering the price, the facilities and room quality are disappointing.

good clean rooms, mostly courteous staff. Mostly good and quality food options although the breakfast buffet was a big let down especially if you are looking for non Indian options.
