l hotel est vieillissant; le lavabo était bouché, la chasse d eau fuyait, le bois était gondolé autour de la porte de la salle de bain, pas de couette sur le lit on a eu froid la nuit, des poils non à nous ont été trouvés, pas assez de linge de toilette pour 3 nuits, le personnel est sans extra, le matin à 6h30 le personnel est horrible, pas souriant, pas aimable, dur d avoir de la confiture!!, sinon hotel bien placé, mais parking trop petit, extérieurs top, et soirées festives, au final c est très moyen mais on a eu de bonnes vacances à Tenerife

Rooms were big but could do with updating. Good poolside facilities. Great location. Shampoo and conditioner not provided. You have to put down a deposit for towels and the safe in your room and can only get these back at the end of the week. Food is as expected. Overall great for a chilled holiday without luxury.

Amazing we were upgraded to a suite which was fabulous .Lovely comfortable bed everything was great.Breakfast was very good plenty of choice.Restaurant very spacious with great views over the sea..Excellent hotel..Both pools were nice.

Personeel was heel vriendelijk. Het eten was verzorgd, heel lekker en een ruim aanbod. Degelijk ontbijt, voor elk wat wils en buffet 's avonds bood heel wat variatie, ook met live cooking. We verbleven 3 weken in deze accomodatie waarbij het buffet wel herhaald werd na ongeveer 8 dagen, maar aanbod zo ruim dat het mogelijk was om telkens iets anders te eten, zelfs gedurende 3 weken. Minpuntje was de eetzaal, die nogal luidruchtig was, zou akoestisch beter geïsoleerd kunnen worden. Heel postief was ook het aanbod aan sportactiviteiten: verschillende work outs per dag: zoals aqua fit, pilates, yoga, step, aerobic, core & rug ... vooraf in te schrijven maar heel professioneel gegeven. Accomodatie is rustig gelegen met prachtig zicht op Los Gigantes en bushalte op 450m. Kamers zijn ruim, met ruime badkamer en strak ingericht. Kortom verblijf viel heel goed mee.

Absolut begeistert von allem. Top Service Personal, noch die so kompetentes Personal gesehen. Am Pool ist es sehr entspannt und leise. Wunderbares Hotel. Man kann sehr gut schlafen nachts. Die Schallisolierten Zimmer erfüllen ihren Zweck. Vom Flur und den Türen hört man natürlich ab und zu etwas aber nur Tagsüber da Nachts alle schlafen. Perfekt!

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Auswahl des Essen hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Wir sind keine Poolgänger, jedoch war zu beobachten, dass die Liegen mit Handtüchern reserviert wurden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Our room, with a terrace overlooking the mountains, also offered a stunning view of the town, the port, and part of the majestic cliffs of Los Gigantes. The hotel offers entertainment almost every evening, as well as a wide range of activities to enjoy during the day. The breakfast and dinner buffets are varied, generous, and delicious, with something to please everyone. Special mention for the crumble and rice pudding, which were excellent. Having breakfast while enjoying the sea view was an absolute delight. The only downside: drinks are not included in the half-board package.

This was our first resort hotel experience. We brought my mom here for an 80th birthday treat, and we loved it. My mom especially loved it! This hotel is especially good for older people. The buffet meals were quite good (though more vegan/vegetarian main dish and breakfast options would have been better for me), the on site spa, heated pool, lounging and relaxation places, concierge for booking tours, evening entertainment (best for an older crowd) were all good. The staff members are super helpful, friendly - muy amables! The rooms were spacious, with balconies. And, this hotel has absolutely stunning views of the sea, mountains, and La Gomera island. This is a wonderful location for a relaxing, lovely vacation. Highly recommended!

Hotel in guter Lage. Es ist zwar renoviert aber trotzdem schon wieder in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fitnessraum dunkel und miefig und die Geräte teilweise doch recht alt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist Massenabfertigung in 2h. Die Produkte von geringer Qualität. Und generell sehr “english” angehaucht. Ein bisschen Meer Kanarenflair würde man sich wünschen. Positiv: tolle Aussicht vom Balkon und das Bett war sehr bequem. Negativ: Kellner beim Frühstück extrem unfreundlich und gestresst. Eher ein Hotel für englische Pensionisten.

Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Urlaub mit einer superschönen Aussicht auf die örtlichen Felsklippen.

Bra service både fra resepsjonen og poolbar. Nydelig rundt bassengområde.Culinarum middagen var en stressende opplevelse. Rengjøring på rommet var nesten fraværende.

Un sitio de relax muy limpio con un servicio excelente!

La struttura è un po' datata essendo stata la prima in assoluto ad essere costruita in questo luogo. Però è ben tenuta, pulita, gli ascensori sono in ammodernamento. La cucina è un po' piatta, anche se abbondante.

Ocean view rooms fantastic sea view, very clean everywhere, good sized rooms big bed, two lovely swimming pools. Sadly the one night tried the dinner buffet got a very bad stomach for several days but was assured this is very unusual. Reception gentlemen efficient and courteous, helpful if not smily. No book swap area bit of a shame as other hotels do. And no bar-snack in evening only option is to go out or take the full buffet. However a wide choice of eateries right next to hotel. Hope to return.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, clean and enjoyed the perks that we received during our stay. Would definitely come again and recommend this to anyone that wants luxury and comfort.

El hotel en si bien pero me he alojado varias veces y esta vez lo vi más abondonado falta mantenimiento limpieza en las zonas comunes la habitación k nos dieron ahora no nos gusto mucho la E014 pero los empleados chapo x ellos esperamos repetir

Piacevole soggiorno di 4 notti in questo hotel fronte oceano in una bellissima zona dell'isola. Personale cortese e preparato, stanza ampia, pulita e luminosa con bellissima vista montagna e oceano, colazione e cena abbondante e varia. ci tornerò volentieri.

Het ontvangst was erg warm en welkom. We ontvangen een glaasje champagne en konden blijven zitten terwijl er voor ons werd ingecheckt. We hadden een kamer met uitzicht op de zee en dat was echt heel mooi! Verder is de kamer zelf wel erg verouderd en gehorig. Het ontbijt was prima maar het avondeten mocht wat mij betreft wat verrassender. Wat wij persoonlijk erg storend vonden was het feit dat hotelgangers om 8:00 uur sochtends al hun zwembadstoel gingen/mochten claimen net hun handdoek om vervolgens pas rond een uur of 11/12 of later te gaan liggen. Verder viel het ons op dat 90% van de bezoekers al best wel op leeftijd was. Voor een jong koppel zoals ons kan dit wel minder zijn. Het hotel is gelegen op een leuke locatie om te verkennen. Overall was het een prima hotel met fijne service.

Great location and beautiful surroundings . Lovely Hotel with amazing pools but a few things were not 4 star! Deposit required for very old threadbare pool towels that could only be changed 3 times a week between 10-1pm !! We were out 2 of the 3 days in these times!! Deposit required for a safe key that was not big enough to fit an iPad and then had massive key to take out with you ! All 4 star hotels have electronic safes!! King size bed was 2 single Mattresses together that really need replacing as middle of each one had lost all support so had to sleep in middle of bed on outside of both mattresses !!! Lead to a bad back .

Fantastic views, friendly and responsive personnel. Unneeded lecture at check in, not enough lights and sockets in the room, cumbersome parking.

Schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Das Haus steht aber ja bereits seit Jahrzehnten. Doppelzimmer ein wenig zu klein. Keine Fächer für Bekleidung, nur kleine Schubladen im Schrank. Angebot an Speisen mehr als ausreichend und von guter Qualität. Geburtstagständcjen durch das Personal ist ein witziger Einfall.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue excelente. El trato del personal ha sido inmejorable, haciéndonos sentir especiales en todo momento, sin duda es un valor añadido por ser un hotel relativamente pequeño. Buffet bueno y con variedad y el bar de la piscina con un servicio y unos precios muy competitivos.La habitación era amplia, bien equipada y con una cama muy confortable. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Ietwat gedateerd hotel, weliswaar netjes en proper. Sterkhouders zijn zeker het vriendelijke personeel en het uitermate verzorgd, erg gevarieerd en lekker ontbijt en diner.

This Hotel is the worst as I've ever stayed in Tenerife over the past 7 years. Starting with the false advertising of a free parking (there is no parking, period) and the room with no working toilet, non-working refrigerator and A/C generating hot air. To make the matters worse, the front desk clerk - Jesus, was very rude, harassing me and demanding a bribe for allowing my female friend to visit me in my room. He even called me in the middle of the night to inquire if my friend was still with me and threatened to charge me 140 euros. During the checkout on the 8th of April, another clerk - Ruben, has continued the harassment, started by his counterpart earlier. He demanded 60 euros and threated to call the Police. Needless to say that I didn't budge and left this Hotel with a bitter feelings of my vacation being ruined. Avoid this Hotel at all costs.

Beautiful view and lovely staff! Had an amazing stay here

Arrived on a Sunday which may have been a bad plan. The town of Los Gigantes was exceptionally busy. We pulled up to the hotel barrier multiple times but were ignored. I called the hotel over and over again and they just repeatedly answered and killed the call so that was intensely frustrating. For most of our stay the 'free parking' was completely full as was the overflow carpark on the lower level. It was impossible to park anywhere in the town so we ended up driving around for an hour. When we finally did manage to find parking a the top of the town and walk down to the hotel, they asked us why we didn't honk the horn of the car when we were at the barrier!!! Frustrating and off-putting. The room was very spacious and perfectly clean but the hotel felt like a school canteen. The pool area is beautiful and again immaculate but it certainly didn't feel like a boutique style experience. All in all, I have very mixed impressions of the hotel and couldn't hand on heart recommend it as a luxury experience at all.

The service level offered by this hotel is outstanding! One minor suggestion for improvement is the quality of the coffee at breakfast.

Nice place, however not much to do close by

Struttura eccellente a Los Gigantes a due passi dalla spiaggia del posto e dal porticciolo. Siamo stati in bassa stagione. Personale eccellente e disponibile. Colazione e cena continentale buona. Vista mozzafiato. Parcheggio difficile.

L'endroit est magnifique, avec a proximité plage, piscine naturelle, restaurants... L'hôtel en lui même est très bien. Seul bémol pour nous a été le manque d'ambiance pour le soir. Population très britannique de soixantaine.

Beautiful place, super cool pools with nice views. Friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets, beach and bus stop close by. They could improve their bar food and drink quality tho.

A beautiful hotel with the added bonus of a visit to the Cullinarium for the tasting menu which was incredible breakfast was superb and the views incredible all in all a brilliant stay I

Très bel hôtel avec une vue magnifique, 2 piscines très agréables et des repas riches et variés, seul petit bémol, malgré la demi-pension, il faut payer les boissons le soir ! Personnel très accueillant ! Séjour au top !

Lovely hotel with great views. Prices of food and drink very reasonable. Food generally ok, but breakfast was let down by watered down baked beans, and a huge sign warning people not to take food out of the restaurant. Live cooking stations were good and tasty.

Hotelzimmer war sauber, Personal bemüht. Für über 400 Gäste 20 Außentische, Abendessen gab es bis 21.30, allerdings wurde ab 21.00 nichts mehr nachgefüllt. An der Live Cooking Station (das einzig gute) war dann auch nichts mehr. Das Gleiche beim Frühstück. Bis 10.00 Frühstück, aber ab 9.00 waren verschiedene Obstsorten schon leer. Im Saal kam man sich vor wie in einer heißen Kantine. Diese war leider auch extrem auf die englischen Gäste ausgelegt. Für Festlandeuropäer glich das Essen ebenfalls eher dem einer schlechten Kantine. Unglaublich laut und die Belüftung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wenigstens enthielt das Salatbüffet wirklich mal frische Zutaten und konnte so zu einer gesunden Ernährung beitragen. Nachtische konnte man sich durch viel zu viel Zucker sparen. Am Pool waren die Liegen ab 8.30 spätestens alle belegt, das Fitnesstudio war durch die schlechte Luft quasi unbenutzbar, weil einem schon ohne Sport der Schweiß das Gesicht runterrann. Insgesamt leider bis auf das Zimmer eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Die abendliche Beschallung durch zwei Bars auf der einen Seite und dem Entertainment des Hotels auf der anderen Seite konnte man dann auch jeden Abend erst gegen 0.00 Uhr einschlafen. Am alleeschärfsten war dann, dass Expedia uns einen Tag Hotel zu wenig gebucht hat, sodass wir dann noch eine zusätzliche Nacht buchen mussten um unseren Flug am darauffolgenden Tag zu nehmen. Das einzige, was wirklich jeden Tag die Stimmung aufhellte, war der Ausblick aufs Meer.

Excellent hotel, pool. Quiet, large room with good air conditioning. Great breakfast and evening buffets, and very, very friendly staff. Nothing not to like here.
