Another enjoyable stay at this business orientated hotel. Although catering for conferences the Woodlands Grange is ideal for a short stay visiting the likes of Stoneleigh. Check-in was efficient and receptionist even helped with the EV Charger. Because of a conference/function the restaurant was closed but they did cater for us with Bar Meals in the bar. Limited choice but something everyone. Rooms are nicely furnished if a little on the hot side so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was excellent - hot & cold and plenty of variety.

Limited services available, dining room closed, bar closed at 9pm, items not acailable at breakfast, room had zero view other than roof tiles. All of this was apparently due to the fact that there were only a small amount of clients. BUT FULL PRICE PAID for LIMITED Services provided. Would not recomend this hotel to anyone, as i feel ripped off.

Lovely hotel. Comfortable beds, good sized rooms, excellent showers, good breakfast. One small complaint : only two disabled parking spaces, the other two have been turned into electric charging spaces.

The hotel is obviously first and foremost a conference facility so was quite empty when we stayed at the weekend. This was actually quite good as the games room was empty so had a few games of pool. The restaurant was also not crowded for the breakfast buffet.

Ample parking. Easy check in. Nice room with pleasant views over courtyard and fields but windows incredibly dirty. We only had 4 bottles of shampoo supplied no shower gel, heated towel rail that actually worked even when central heating not needed. Plenty of hanging and drawer space. I liked the idea of fresh water stations in communal areas instead of bottled water in room, there was tea & coffee in room with packet of biscuits. No restaurant menu in room to temp you to eat in-house so we went out. Would have been nice to have USB ports as well as electric sockets.

Nice room but spoit by dirty shower that was blocked and flooded bathroom if left on any longer than a few minute's, windw was complety broken and couldnt shut ad our stay was in February. Such a shame as oterwise nice hotel ! We let staff know on checking out as was too tired night of arriving on our stay and told them of issues very politely but didnt get a thabkyou or a sorry which was a shame as we were very amenable.

I've stayed at Woodland grange on a number of occasions and always been really pleased with everything. On this visit I'm afraid both lunch and the evening meal was poor and my room could have been cleaner.

A lovely hotel. Very clean throughout. The room was spacious and modern with a decent shower and quality toiletries. The bed was big and comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels provided. The bar area was comfy and drinks reasonably priced. The grounds were nice, with good outside seating. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The only very small downside was that the room was very hot, even with windows open. That said, we would happily stay there again.

Stayed for one night, check-in process was smooth, room fairly big and bed comfortable enough. More attention to cleanliness required, noticed big pieces of what looked like biscuit not hoovered on the carpet, and marks around shower / bathroom tiles that could easily have been wiped off. Food good, but similar issue with cleanliness in that there looked like a lot of dead insects around bottom of windows. Tried phoning reception to book table for dinner but no answer, so went down anyway but was told fully booked and to go back in 15 minutes which was fine, but hardly anyone in the restaurant. Several coffee machines around the communal areas of the hotel but only found one that was turned on, and this one needed to run through the cleaning process which took a good 20-25 minutes. Hotel has so much potential, think it just needs a good clean / bit of an update.

We booked two rooms. One had blocked bathroom. Other had its back window facing a busy road that was very noises throughout the night. Tried to ring reception several times to ask a question but no one picked up. This was around 11pm. Poor value for money. Good breakfast and clean. Interior decor is excellent. Overall won’t use again.

Room 110 is next to a noisy boiler/heater type unit as it hums all night. Avoid this room. Otherwise ok but the shower screen needs a plastic seal to prevent the water from flooding the bathroom.

Room 1,2,or 3? Room 1 was next to a busy road. Telephone in room was not working. Called from mobile no answer! Back to check in with luggage. Offered room no 2, on the ground floor but French doors were wedged together? Fire hazard ? Declined- given room on third floor. Very small, in roof and hot. Had fan on all night! Didn’t bother with breakfast as expected similar experience!

No air conditioning in the rooms ! Full glass wall and only little window can be opened 5cm. Even with curtains closed it was a greenhouse!! Ventilator sounded like air India and was not much of the help. Stayed for 3 nights and each time woke up with headache.. I was expecting air con in the rooms from 4 star hotel… but apparently it is only in reception and meeting rooms. If weather forecast is 20+ I would recommend avoiding this hotel. On the positive side surrounding is nice

The staff were so friendly!! From arriving and check in to the lovely lady that served me dinner in the bar. The food was also exceptional (dinner was a recommendation from the waitress in the bar) and it was genuinely some of the best food I’ve had from a hotel. I couldn’t fault it any interaction I had with the staff or the food. The room was also really spacious and clean.

A pretty average stay if I'm honest. The hotel has a very corporate environment, which I didn't realise when booking it. Everything is adequate, I have no real complaints. It's just that I know there are better places I could've stayed for roughly the same amount of money. We also had some issues with service; the TV wasn't working properly so we called reception unsuccessfully 3 times before trying again 30 minutes later when they finally answered. After explaining the situation we received a curt response explaining how to solve the issue and then an almost immediate hang up. It seemed as if the issue is a common one and that the receptionist was tired of having to explain it, but if that's the case why not get better TVs, or leave a note in rooms explaining it? On the positives, the restaurant is very pretty and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was actually above average. All in all I'd say it's unlikely I'd stay again, although I would recommend the venue to businesses or conferences.

Excellent place to stay in a rural location close to Leamington Spa in a quiet area in a countryside setting with excellent bus links. Will return again on my next trip to Leamington Spa.

This was a one night stay midweek. I have used this hotel a few times now and we always find the hotel staff friendly, the hotel clean and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Great hotel and only 10mins drive to Leam centre.

The hotel is in a good location for sight seeing. The breakfast was okay, hot and cold choices. Evening meal was not kept warm enough the food was cold and served on cold plates also not much choice.It is a conference hotel. The sink in the bathroom was blocked we reported it and they did clear it. The safe was not working it needed new batteries.

Limited services available, dining room closed, bar closed at 9pm, items not acailable at breakfast, room had zero view other than roof tiles. All of this was apparently due to the fact that there were only a small amount of clients. BUT FULL PRICE PAID for LIMITED Services provided. Would not recomend this hotel to anyone, as i feel ripped off.

Room too hot, tried to call reception several times, asked cleaner and went and spoke to receptionist after no pick up but still the issue was not addressed 2 nights of disturbed sleep. Food was undercooked on 1st night and then came back overcooked, 2nd nights pasta was disgusting with overcooked pasta.

The staff were so friendly!! From arriving and check in to the lovely lady that served me dinner in the bar. The food was also exceptional (dinner was a recommendation from the waitress in the bar) and it was genuinely some of the best food I’ve had from a hotel. I couldn’t fault it any interaction I had with the staff or the food. The room was also really spacious and clean.

Really like the hotel. Main downside is the lack of air con in the rooms. Doesn't matter how many small fans they put in your room, it's stifling and very little sleep was had.

The room was very spacious however the bathroom sink was cracked & the bathroom vent didn't work. The table in the room was unbalanced & most items just slip off. A little more attention to detail would have helped as there was also a mark on the pillow case. The actual room planning could have been better in my opinion. Although there was a generous length of hanging rail there were only 4 hangars & no full length hanging space available. There was 1 shallow draw along with 2 small draws in the bedside tables. Not enough room to put clothing in. There could have been more power sockets available for use. There was 1 comfortable chair although it was a double room & there was plenty of room for 2 chairs. The room was very hot as the window was in direct sun for most of the day. We left the curtains closed to block it but they were opened so the room was very hot again. However we would stay again. All the staff we had any interaction with were excellent. Friendly, polite & very helpful. The food was good although a limited menu. It would have been nice to have a plain pork sausage rather than pork & leek but that's personal choice. The location was very convenient for visiting in the area. Very quiet except for banging doors. Not a bad hotel but some further attention could improve the experience.

great stay, but needs air conditioning in rooms as too hot with sun blazing through and 32 degrees outside, even with curtains shut and glazed patio door open all night ( security risk I wasn't happy with as our patio door was accessible via a roof top from other rooms) a small fan provided but not enough to provide a good nights sleep unfortunately in hot temperature, we would of loved to stay again but probably wont if no air con available, which is disappointing as its a lovely venue in a lovely setting :-( .
