Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, in der Nacht muss man das Fenster (hin zur Hauptstrasse!) offen lassen. Der hoteleigene Garagenstellplatz für das Auto war eine Zumutung. Fortgehen und Heimkommen nach 22h ist gefährlich, Schlüssel sperrt nicht auf, man muss Glück haben dass Personal noch da ist. Leckeres, karges, günstiges Frühstück (ein Kipferl und ein Cappuccino) für 3€. Personal versteht "Gastfreundlichkeit" anders.

Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place.

climatisation démarre fin après midi et impossible de l’arrêter ni de la régler du coup elle tourne toute la nuit et elle est très bruyante. pas de rideaux aux fenêtres donc réveil très très très tôt. ménage pas fait dans la chambre pendant notre séjour. pas de téléphone dans la chambre .

This hotel was ok, spacious bathroom, very helpful staff, and reliable housekeeping. The bad parts were a small bed and despite central heating, it was somewhat cold. But my 5 Vie stay wasn't a problem - getting there was. It is better for those that have a car. If you are taking a train and/or bus, please get there as early as possible. Due to late trains, I got in to Bergamo after 7. Missed the last bus, and finding a taxi (including using Uber) was impossible. I ended up walking for three hours all the way to the hotel! And it was brutal. And after the Sunday checkout had to walk almost a mile to catch the last bus back to Bergamo. So don't end up like me, and you'll be fine. I want to thank again the gentleman who opened the door for me at 1am(90 minutes after the check in deadline) And the housekeeping lady too. Highly doubtful that I will be back, at least it wasn't worse.

This hotel was ok, spacious bathroom, very helpful staff, and reliable housekeeping. The bad parts were a small bed and despite central heating, it was somewhat cold. But my 5 Vie stay wasn't a problem - getting there was. It is better for those that have a car. If you are taking a train and/or bus, please get there as early as possible. Due to late trains, I got in to Bergamo after 7. Missed the last bus, and finding a taxi (including using Uber) was impossible. I ended up walking for three hours all the way to the hotel! And it was brutal. And after the Sunday checkout had to walk almost a mile to catch the last bus back to Bergamo. So don't end up like me, and you'll be fine. I want to thank again the gentleman who opened the door for me at 1am(90 minutes after the check in deadline) And the housekeeping lady too. Highly doubtful that I will be back, at least it wasn't worse.

Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place.

Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, in der Nacht muss man das Fenster (hin zur Hauptstrasse!) offen lassen. Der hoteleigene Garagenstellplatz für das Auto war eine Zumutung. Fortgehen und Heimkommen nach 22h ist gefährlich, Schlüssel sperrt nicht auf, man muss Glück haben dass Personal noch da ist. Leckeres, karges, günstiges Frühstück (ein Kipferl und ein Cappuccino) für 3€. Personal versteht "Gastfreundlichkeit" anders.
