Hôtel situé dans une petite ville. Facile à trouver. Parking souterrain appartenant à l’hôtel compris dans le prix. Chambre correcte sans plus; sans Clim.

Camera bella e pulita, ma notte insonne per l'aria condizionata rotta. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte. Nota positiva: esteticamente la camera era davvero bella, moderna e molto pulita. Purtroppo, però, l'esperienza complessiva è stata pessima a causa dell'aria condizionata non funzionante. Al nostro arrivo ci è stato comunicato che il guasto risaliva già a lunedì. Trovo inaccettabile che un dettaglio così importante non venga comunicato in anticipo ai clienti. Essendo reduci da un lungo viaggio e non essendoci altre alternative disponibili in zona a quell'ora, siamo stati costretti a restare. Abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore, ma funzionava a malapena e, con il caldo di questi giorni, è stato praticamente impossibile dormire. Quando si prenota e si paga una camera, il corretto funzionamento del riscaldamento e del condizionamento è il minimo sindacale, o quantomeno il cliente ha il diritto di essere avvisato prima del check-in. Non ci torneremo.

Big and clean room, however, apparently there is no room service on Sunday, as the room wasn't tidied up. Location and parking are very good, but room need some maintenance e.g. electric sockets properly fixed, lights next to the bed are not working, fun extractor makes a terrible noise etc. Staff friendly. Restaurant (Hosteria) is excellent, with fantastic food and large choice of wine and other drinks.

Leider ist es in dieser Unterkunft viel zu heiß. Es gibt hier nur eine Lüftung, aber keine Klimaanlage. Man hat pro Zimmer eine Flasche Wasser bekommen, jedoch kann man keines nachkaufen, wenn man mehr Bedarf hat. Wir sind an einem italienischen Feiertag angekommen, sodass der Supermarkt in der Nähe geschlossen war und man auch dort keine Getränke kaufen konnte. Das WLAN ist sehr schlecht bis gar nicht vorhanden.
