J'ai apprécié mon passage à l'hôtel F1, après la lecture de certains commentaires, j'étais tellement inquiet pcq la réservation était déjà faite mais une fois sur la place. C'était top, la dame de la réception gentille, répond aux questions avec tact et rapidité... Un service de sécurité qui rassure et la la chambre familiale avec 6 lits... C'était une bonne expérience Le quoique, c'était les douches et toilettes commune mais celà fait partie peut être de la philosophie de l'établissement mais c'était propre et c'est l'essentiel. Et il y a un Mr qui travaille le soir... Hummmm, pas disponible pour répondre ou orienter les itinérant étrangers comme Mais en gros c'était super...

Für den Preis ok. Wir hatten ein 6 Bett Zimmer für 5 Leute gebucht was dann aber vor Ort nocht mehr frei war. Haben dafür dann 2 Zimmer, immerhin auf der gleichen Etage, bekommen. Parkmöglichkeit war da. Allerding in einer stinkenden Tiefgarage (wirkte sehr unsicher). Die umgebung war schrecklich, vor dem Hotel ganz viele Obdachlosen Zelte. Es stinkt sehr. Frühstück war sehr wenig Auswahl. Für uns, für eine Nacht, war es ok!

This hotel overlooks the Boulevard Peripherique which isn't everyone's idea of a place to be but I enjoy it, especially since it is near the Marche de St. Ouen. I had an ensuite room but the one problem was the shower, which was largely a miserable dribble. I used the communal showers in preference.

It felt like a glorified youth hostel with barely enough space to walk between the bunk beds and room. The shared toilets weren't cleaned regularly and hence remained blocked. The parking whilst safe cost a fortune of 69 euros for 3 days

Das Hotel an sich war ok, da wir es wirklich nur zum schlafen benötigt haben. Dass es Gemeinschaftsbäder gab, ist mir gar nicht bewusst gewesen. Zum Glück konnten wir unser 6 er Zimmer noch vor Ort gegen kleinere Zimmer mit eigenem Bad tauschen. Diese Zimmer waren aber wirklich klein, haben ihren Zweck aber erfüllt. Die Gegend ist wirklich gewöhnungsbedürftig, dreckig und es stinkt an jeder Ecke, auch in der Garage nach Urin

This was a decent location for a reasonable price. It is close enough to get to all of the main attractions. Hostel type environment with shared toilets and showers.

Baños súper sucios

The room was not terribly clean. I had booked a room that was meant to have a bathroom, instead had to use a communal bathroom that smelt awful and was not very clean at all. The toilets did not flush properly and the floor was consistently wet. Never again.

This property was filled with bed bugs who had just eaten and were huge. It was extremely noisy outside the property, dirty and the large amounts of homeless and intoxicated people on the corner near the hotel made the area dangerous and unpalatable for my family. The rooms were extremely small and dirty. The breakfast was poor, coffee machine was broken, and it way too expensive for the offerings.

Terrible, found bedbugs right after getting our room so had to leave

The room was in and of itself acceptable. But there were a lot of noise from the corridor and the highway so it was hard to sleep. The bathrooms were disgusting at worse and kinda gross at best. And someone threw up in the corridor... The hotel is located in the absolute worst part of Paris. You have to walk through skid row (where there are tent camps for the homeless) to get there and it is unadvisable to be alone outside at night.

The staff member i dealt with on arrival was lovely and very helpful. The room was cramped and very hot. The window could only open a crack because the blind only opened halfway. The noise from the road was really loud, this reduced with the window closed but then the heat was horrific. The bathroom was tiny, only just space to stand between the sink and toilet. No handsoap. We were booked for 2 nights but only stayed 1. When letting them know we wouldn't be staying the 2nd night, the staff member just said ok, didn't ask the room number, if everything was ok nothing.

WiFi was out and did not get fixed during my stay. Only one electricity outlet was working staff refused to change rooms.

Hotel propre, mais chambre petite, sans placard, peu eclairee (1 lumière sur 2), et douche et wc communs dans le couloir. Prévoir les tongs pour la douche. Bruit de la ventilation.

3 dias da estadia sem internet. Micro-ondas quebrado e não substituiram.

I booked the 1 Double Bed, Private Bathroom (Cabrio) room. The space was extremely compact, with a very minimal bathroom. The bed itself was fine, nothing special. The main issue was the lack of AC. I asked at reception and was told that the vents in the room only circulate air, they are not AC. Since I visited in August, with Paris reaching 34°C during the day, the room was uncomfortably hot at night and made it difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the hotel also doesn’t provide fans, which would have helped. Overall, it might be fine in cooler months, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer.

To small bedrooms

The hotel room was very small, I'm 6'3 and my partner is 5'1 and we both had a very hard time to stay here, it may be because we stayed in the tandem style room that's meant for 2 people, but even if I stayed here myself, this room was not enough for me alone. The staff was very kind thankfully, and realistically is the only benefit to the property, as it's the only reason they don't get a 1 star for my review. The area around the hotel was not the greatest and felt like it was difficult to travel alone there at night, even if you're in a group, but especially if you're alone. If you're coming here, it's because it's friendly for your budget, you need a list minute room, or you just don't know about it. Lastly, there is NO AC. That's a huge factor into staying in a place that's quite hot, and if you're coming from a place where you're used to AC, this place is nowhere near sufficient to keep you cool. I would not stay here again, not due to the staff at all, but just everything else about it as a hotel.

Check in took ten minutes to find someone at the Front Desk at 8 PM…. Good breakfast!

Le personnel a été plus qu’agréable et d’une gentillesse à toute épreuve.

Pas de reservation enregistrée a mon nom. Petite chambre pas de douche ni toilette dans la chambre. Tout est commun. Mauvaise gestion de lhotel. Des clients m'ont réveillé a 23h40 en disant que ma chambre leur avait ete attribué. Le lendemain matin jen informe lacceuil on me dis que ca arrive de temps en temps car leur systeme est hors service. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

bad service, bad location, bad security staff, bed not comfortable, room walls painted with different pictures and colors very crowded not match my style. very bad experience with security when checked out at noon i kept my bag in the lobby and after 2 hours to pick up them head of security started shouting to me why i left my bag and go.very very bad how he was so angry of me and started to throw my phone and hand bag outside. this is not fair he said to me next time if i do that he will throw my bag outside the hotel. of course there will be no second time at this hotel

Very very rude staff. They couldn't charge Expedia for my reservation and they forced me to pay them

Firstly the people working on the reception were very rude. We were supposed to check in at 2pm but she said it might take 30minutes or even more till the room was ready. She was then said she does not speak english and to speak french to her. We got a shared bathroom at first. It was disgusting and horrible. We upgraded to get our own bathroom which was okay. The breakfast was horrible. The people in the kitchen were rude every time. During the night we asked them for some hot water to drink, they said they can't provide anything and they don't even have cups but to go next door to ask for cups. When it was time for check out at 12pm, at 10am itself they started pushing us out of the room. It was just a horrible experience overall. They were not.

No geral, o hotel cumpre com o prometido com base no valor da hospedagem. Fiquei uma semana viajando sozinha. Pontos positivos: Fácil acesso a transporte, mercados e restaurantes. Quarto organizado e internet funciona bem para trabalho. Os atendentes da recepção são agradáveis. Pontos negativos: Trata-se de uma rede de hotéis. Já me hospedei em outros da mesma rede em que tive experiências melhores, aqui mesmo em Paris ou nos arredores . O café da manhã não tem opção de proteína e nem frutas. Apenas 2 tipos de frutas secas (que é basicamente açúcar). Nas outras unidades o café era melhor. Os atendentes do café são sempre agressivos e gritam muito logo pela manhã conversando entre si. Nessa parte o atendimento não foi bom. Outra coisa foi que por estar viajando sozinha deixei aviso pra não entrar no quarto pendurado na porta e o funcionário não respeitou. Simplesmente entrou no meu quarto (eu estava lá trabalhando, mas poderia estar pelada). Os banheiros são limpos todos os dias por volta das 9h30, mas acredito que o sistema automático tenha alguma falha porque permanece um mal cheiro. A região tem o mercado de pulgas ao lado e algumas pessoas em condições de rua, mas você pode tentar buscar outras passagens.

Arrivé et très bien accueilli, un service rapide et courtois! Service de sécurité pour l’hôtel (très agréable vu l’endroit de l’hôtel), j’ai demandé une impression qui m’a été autorisé et je l’ai reçu que quelques minutes après !! Franchement nous vous recommandons vu le prix et l’emplacement sur paris car à seulement 25 min du centre en transport !

Für eine Nacht war es okay, Umgebung war nicht so schön, viele Obdachlose und die gemeinschaftlichen Duschen und Toiletten könnten sauberer sein (Zigaretten und Toilettenpapier in den Duschen und generell altmodische Duschen). Im Zimmer gab es auch ein eigenes Waschbecken, was jedoch komisch roch und schlecht ablief. Ebenfalls liegt das Hotel direkt an der Stadtautobahn was eine deutliche Geräuschkulisse bedeutet, jedoch ist die Aussicht bei Nacht besonders mit dem Blick auf die Sacré-Cœur, welchen man in unserem Zimmer hatte ganz schön. Für den Preis 26€ pro Nacht war es schon in Ordnung, wir haben keine großen Erwartungen gehabt. Gut gefallen hat uns der einfache Check in und Check out (Code für die Zimmertür, keine Karte zurückgeben …) sowie die für den Stadtrand doch solide Anbindung a den Nahverkehr. (Tram in der Nähe mit nur einer Haltestelle zur Metro sowie eine Bushaltestelle noch näher am Hotel)

Het is een hostel. Veel jonge mensen en ook gezinnen met kinderen. Ik was er met mijn zoon van 13 jaar oud. We zijn samen naar Parijs gefietst. We konden de fietsen in een berging in het hotel achterlaten. Montmartre is op loopafstand, en daarmee ook diverse leuke restaurants.

The F1 is an excellent value hotel conveniently located just outside the périphérique intérieur of Paris… close enough to the centre that all but the laziest guests can walk to the Sacré Coeur. Sure the rooms are small by American standards… but not for a Paris or London hotel. And yes… for many rooms the showers and toilets are a short walk away. But they are plentiful and when I stayed (twice in two weeks) were clean. And that’s the price you pay for a hotel that offers this value and convenience. Some of the other reviews make me laugh. People who have chosen a budget hotel are reviewing it as if they paid three times the price. The service I received was friendly and efficient, but again this is Paris… adjust your expectations. As for comments that the area is dangerous, or that some of the characters are shady… these comments tell me some tourists are not travellers. Or that some guests feel more comfortable around white people. The hotel is in a bustling inner city suburb… people here work jobs that start early, and finish late, many of those workers are not white. But they are just city folks getting on with their lives. Nearby there are homeless people… but they are just people that society has failed… not muggers and rapists. When I walked back to the hotel late at night after a concert, there were old women alone, and groups of young girls walking near the hotel without a care. It’s a safe area.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und einfach gestaltet. Frühstück leider nicht für veganer geeignet. Die Gegend um das Hotel herum ist sehr unsicher! Viele Obdachlose und Müll herum. Alleine kriegt man da schnell Angst. Ist wohl bekannt für die gegend. Personal ist sehr Hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Overall the hotel is a bang for your buck. It’s good for a one night, two night max stay due to the lack of closets or anywhere to put your clothes. The room is very small in general, but it is very affordable and convenient. The area around is very shady with multiple homeless people sleeping in their cars a few feet away from the hotel and people sleeping in tents under the bridge a bit further down. The hotel is roughly a 20 minute Uber or Taxi ride from the Eiffel Tower and the city center. I’d probably stay there again.

I was originally planning on solo travelling as a 20F and i’m very grateful my boyfriend decided to join me last minute. the hotel is entirely pleasant, has multiple option depending on your type of trip and budget (e.g hostel stay or bedrooms with private baths), however it is on the exact border ringroad of the cutoff for central paris. the 5 minute walk to the metro is a little scary, especially speaking as a woman, and i would not recommend going there at night alone. however, for a budget stay with a group/couple of people in your party, could be a perfect option for a budget trip.

Lo Consiglio, c’è l’essenziale, il personale molto disponibile, super pulito e c’è molto rispetto! Nonostante il quartiere intorno fa pensare tutto il contrario, supermercato vicino e anche metro! Super consigliato e ben collegato! Grazie

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kommt schnell in die Stadt von Paris. Mit dem Bus kann man sich da mal noch das Leben auf den Straßen ansehen. Insgesamt war es ein super schöner Aufenthalt in Paris.

La habitación estaba impecable y todos los días va personal de limpieza, tiene buena ubicación y está cerca de la estación de metro y hay tiendas y lugares para comer cerca.

Staff were helpful enough, area surrounding the hotel was filthy, breakfast choices were very limited although I paid for breakfast I never actually had it as my food allergies prevented me from having any of the small selection.

Esta muy chiquita, no hay donde poner la maleta, lo demás me gustó, la cama comoda, y el agua de regadera excelente. Lo que venden como desayuno no vale la pena.

Es gab auf der 4. Etage nur 4 Duschen und 3 Toiletten für etwa 30 Zimmer. Die Toiletten waren meist verstopft oder stark verschmutzt und in zwei der Duschen gab es nur extrem heißes Wasser. Zum Frühstück gab es Croissants, Baguette, Pan Cakes und Müsli. Sonst nichts. Ein Kaffeeautomat war auch vorhanden, sowie Apfel und Orangensaft. Aber vor allem gibt es 24/7 Security Dienst inkl. massiver Videoüberwachung. Man fragt sich, warum braucht dieses Hotel mehr Sicherheitsleute als anderes Personal? Ansonsten zwar ein Waschbecken im Zimmer, aber nicht mal Seife. Totaler Fail!

Ambiente limpo e bem conservado, funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Serviço de quarto. Café da manhã com bastante opção (máquina de café, baguette, croissant, bolo, creme de avelã, pão de forma, várias geléias e yogurte natural, granola de dois tipos, dois tipos de suco, torradeira, manteiga, e chás) Quarto de casal com espaço ok, e vista para o parque, suíte cabrio 512. banheiro com box, pia e chuveiro com água quente e fria, pressão da água boa, deixam toalha nos quartos e você pode pedir mais depois. Janela grande no quarto, dá para abrir, tv em francês, é claro. Mas não tinha ar-condicionado, no dia que fez um pouco de calor, deixamos a janela semi-aberta e dormimos muito bem, já na noite que chegou a 6º fechamos ela e a coberta da cama nos esquentou bastante, é daquelas bem fofinhas, sabe? e sempre trocavam no serviço de quarto. À noite quando fica mais tarde fica um pessoal do lado de fora do hotel, fumando e tals, mas ninguém tentou me abordar (mas não dê bola se você for mulher e estiver sozinha) No geral a vizinhança é muito boa, várias estações de metrô próximas, restaurantes e boulangeries, recomendo a La atelier Gabriel que fica a uns 4 min, andando. Vi várias pessoas comentando coisas terríveis sobre o hotel e fiquei com medo. Mas a verdade é que eu tive uma estadia muito boa. O chuveiro era ótimo, o quarto tinha aquecedor bom, a recepção foi maravilhosa, o café da manhã era bem simples mas muito bom

The hotel is a very budget feeling hotel. Most rooms do not have their own bathroom, it’s like camping or old uni accommodation. Twin rooms are in fact double beds with the hardest mattresses but softest pillows ever 😩 The booking said breakfast was included. The hotel refused to honour this as they said for the price we booked at, we should have realised it wouldn’t be free, despite it clearly saying on the booking. Not impressed.
