Böden dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Bis spät in die Nacht Lärm vom Hoteldach wo sich eine nicht beschriebene Disco befindet wo man sich auch vor Betrug schützen muss Achtung! Sie gehört angeblich nicht zum Hotel. Lage ist zentral aber unerträglich.

Niemals ein 4 Sterne Hotel! Lobby ist luxuriös eingerichtet aber die Zimmer sind sehr alt und dunkel. Frühstückt war eklig keine Auswahl! Da es in Taksim ist, sehr laut. Es wird nicht beschrieben, dass sich eine Disco im Hotel befindet bis um 3 Uhr morgens sehr laute Musik ! Empfehle ich niemanden!

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location directly opposite Taksim Square. Rooms and decor are somewhat dated. Even the gym was a little bit dated. The rooms aren't very big. They do not claim to be a 5-star hotel...and they're not. It is basic and simple yet clean. You are really paying for the location!

Guter freundlicher Service. Fenster öffnen war nur schwer möglich. Fernsehempfang war schlecht. Roof top Frühstück war mit toller Aussicht. Beworbenes Schwimmbad gab es nicht, schade hatten uns gerade auch deswegen das hotel ausgesucht. Klimaanlage war nicht einstellbar, entweder war es zu warm oder zu kalt.

Hotellets beliggenhed var rigtig god, det lå centralt og var nok noget af det eneste positive at kunne komme med, belysningen i hotellet var forfærdeligt man kunne intet se, der var Rooftop bar/diskotek som man ikke nævner i beskrivelsen så der spilles musik til 01:00 om natten, og det med at værelserne ikke er det bedste når det kommer til at være lydtæt, gør det umuligt at falde i søvn med musikken og vibrationerne fra festen på øverste etage

This place is a three star place. Don’t ever choose to have their breakfast. First of all, there serve it on the 8th floor and you have to take the stairs to go up. The elevator takes you only up to the 7th floor. The breakfast has a variety of rubbish. Nothing is of even average quality. We paid for breakfast but ended up eating outside. They have a fitness center but only with a basic treadmill and some useless equipment. The amenities that come with the high room rate are very poor. Their electricity went out every single night. My husband sleeps with a CPAP machine and woke up gasping for breath. Their Wi-Fi is useless and you can’t go on to any website. I used my T-Mobile to communicate. They have a so called lobby which they lock up and I had to seat my visitors in the hallway on chairs on either side of the corridor. What is really annoying is they have variable rates for their rooms. I saw a woman who was bargaining and ended up getting rooms for a cheaper price. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The only plus point is it’s location.

Fantastic location on Taksim Square and a really really good gym but the hotel is so tired and dated. Stained bedding, shower rail coming off the wall. Really poor breakfast, no coffee machine just a large tin of Nescafe and hot water!!! Although the breakfast room has fantastic views over the Bosphorus.

2 aile olarak 2 oda konakladık, girişte temizlik için yarım saat bekledik, ancak istediğimiz gibi bir oda ayarlandı, resepsiyon nezaketli davrandı, ayrıca temizlikteki hanımda ricamız üzerine hergün odamızı temizleyip çarşaf ve havluları değiştirdi, genel olarak otel bakımlı ve temizdi, odalardaki mobilya ve yatakları eski bulduk, konum çok iyiydi, ancak taksimde kalacaksanız gece sabahlara kadar bağıran, kahkaha atan şahısları göze alarak kalın, huzurla uyumak mümkün olmadı maalesef, tekrar kalırmıyız bilmiyorum, çalışanlara teşekkür ederek ayrıldık.

Stay well away from this hotel. Firstly the parking is far away and not even sign posted where to go. Had to park in the car park next door. Secondly the rooms have 2 pin plugs come on we are not in a third world country. I am glad only one night was spent here. Room AC was not working. There is no Iron in the room and they provided one upon request with a broken cable. The lighting around the whole hotel is poor in communals and the rooms. It feels like you’re in prison. Who has rated this hotel a 4 star it is no more than a 3 star hotel. There swimming pool is out of service and the small print is way below in the description who ever scrolls all the way down to read the info. Furniture in the room is outdated and sofa bed is poor quality the room looks and feels so outdated. Carpets in the room are such bad quality and stained it’s like no one is looking after this place. The price for 1 night is an absolute joke. They are ripping tourists off specially if your from UK even outside of the hotel it’s the exact same. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL. It’s an absolute shame that my family and two young kids have had to experience this. The beds are uncomfortable and we have had a poor night sleep. The hotel should refund me something back as this is totally unacceptable. The staff are unapologetic and do not want to admit this hotel is no acceptable.

Clean and tidy room, staff pleasant and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing - we only ate there once - Lots of places nearby to eat so we went out for breakfast. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that. Good comfortable nights sleep, a bit noisy with the main stretch of Taksim Square being so close. Lots of site seeing places close by so easy access to other places.

Otelin temizlik ve hijyeninde sorun yok hersey gayet iyidi fakat otel çok gürültülü otelin en üst katindaa bulunan eglence mekani gece 1 ekadar calişiyor ve ben 2.katta olmama rağmen cok rahatsiz edici şekilde duyuluyor, sabahlari kat görevlileri çok gürültülü şekilde calisiyorlar, son olarak balkon kapilari disardan acilmiyor benim gibi 45 dk balkonda mahsur kalabilirsiniz onun dışında hiçbir sorun yok, hee birde kahvalti çok zayif pek birsey beklemeyin.
Otelin temizlik ve hijyeninde sorun yok hersey gayet iyidi fakat otel çok gürültülü otelin en üst katindaa bulunan eglence mekani gece 1 ekadar calişiyor ve ben 2.katta olmama rağmen cok rahatsiz edici şekilde duyuluyor, sabahlari kat görevlileri çok gürültülü şekilde calisiyorlar, son olarak balkon kapilari disardan acilmiyor benim gibi 45 dk balkonda mahsur kalabilirsiniz onun dışında hiçbir sorun yok, hee birde kahvalti çok zayif pek birsey beklemeyin.

Das Zimmer war stark renovierungsbedürftig: alte, abgenutzte Möbel, ein unangenehm riechender Teppich und ein insgesamt heruntergekommener Eindruck. Es wurde offenbar schon lange nicht mehr investiert. Als Nichtraucher bemerkte ich sofort, dass im Zimmer geraucht wurde – sehr unangenehm. Das Fenster war defekt und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen. Zudem entsprach das Zimmer überhaupt nicht den Fotos im Internet. Statt einer ansprechenden Aussicht blickte man direkt auf eine Betonwand des gegenüberliegenden Gebäudes. Nachts war es sehr laut. Obwohl die zentrale Lage ein Vorteil sein könnte, wären besser schallisolierte Fenster dringend nötig. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass wir erst nach der Buchung erfuhren, dass der Pool geschlossen ist. Auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer Entschädigung wurden wir nur vertröstet. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Diese Unterkunft kann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Stay well away from this hotel. Firstly the parking is far away and not even sign posted where to go. Had to park in the car park next door. Secondly the rooms have 2 pin plugs come on we are not in a third world country. I am glad only one night was spent here. Room AC was not working. There is no Iron in the room and they provided one upon request with a broken cable. The lighting around the whole hotel is poor in communals and the rooms. It feels like you’re in prison. Who has rated this hotel a 4 star it is no more than a 3 star hotel. There swimming pool is out of service and the small print is way below in the description who ever scrolls all the way down to read the info. Furniture in the room is outdated and sofa bed is poor quality the room looks and feels so outdated. Carpets in the room are such bad quality and stained it’s like no one is looking after this place. The price for 1 night is an absolute joke. They are ripping tourists off specially if your from UK even outside of the hotel it’s the exact same. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL. It’s an absolute shame that my family and two young kids have had to experience this. The beds are uncomfortable and we have had a poor night sleep. The hotel should refund me something back as this is totally unacceptable. The staff are unapologetic and do not want to admit this hotel is no acceptable.

Hotellets beliggenhed var rigtig god, det lå centralt og var nok noget af det eneste positive at kunne komme med, belysningen i hotellet var forfærdeligt man kunne intet se, der var Rooftop bar/diskotek som man ikke nævner i beskrivelsen så der spilles musik til 01:00 om natten, og det med at værelserne ikke er det bedste når det kommer til at være lydtæt, gør det umuligt at falde i søvn med musikken og vibrationerne fra festen på øverste etage

The stuff are so bad, they are trying to get your Money in a way or another. We asked if we can keep our luggages for 2 days then we Will come back to stay in the hotel. One person Told me around 5 15 dollars per person per luggage, then another one Said 4. And then the day where we were going to give them our luggages, they Said 5. And what is funnier, when we came back, the receptionist was asking us how much they told us, because he knows that there’s no fixed price, and he was pushing us to give him cash, and saying that this can’t be in the system, obviously so that he can get the money for themselves. And then at the end after a long conversation he accepted getting money by card and he was super mad about it! What a shame ! And maybe because of that, he gave us a room that smells sooo bad haha

This is a nice hotel in an excellent location directly opposite Taksim Square. Rooms and decor are somewhat dated. Even the gym was a little bit dated. The rooms aren't very big. They do not claim to be a 5-star hotel...and they're not. It is basic and simple yet clean. You are really paying for the location!

Clean and tidy room, staff pleasant and friendly. The breakfast wasn’t amazing - we only ate there once - Lots of places nearby to eat so we went out for breakfast. We didn’t use the spa facilities so can’t comment on that. Good comfortable nights sleep, a bit noisy with the main stretch of Taksim Square being so close. Lots of site seeing places close by so easy access to other places.

This place is a three star place. Don’t ever choose to have their breakfast. First of all, there serve it on the 8th floor and you have to take the stairs to go up. The elevator takes you only up to the 7th floor. The breakfast has a variety of rubbish. Nothing is of even average quality. We paid for breakfast but ended up eating outside. They have a fitness center but only with a basic treadmill and some useless equipment. The amenities that come with the high room rate are very poor. Their electricity went out every single night. My husband sleeps with a CPAP machine and woke up gasping for breath. Their Wi-Fi is useless and you can’t go on to any website. I used my T-Mobile to communicate. They have a so called lobby which they lock up and I had to seat my visitors in the hallway on chairs on either side of the corridor. What is really annoying is they have variable rates for their rooms. I saw a woman who was bargaining and ended up getting rooms for a cheaper price. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. The only plus point is it’s location.

La posizione era prossima a tutto, direi ottima. Le camere abbastanza confortevole. Colazione era turca, mancava della frutta dei dolci, torte varie e non avevano molta scelta, caffè era nescafe. Meritava una colazione internazionale.

Fantastic location on Taksim Square and a really really good gym but the hotel is so tired and dated. Stained bedding, shower rail coming off the wall. Really poor breakfast, no coffee machine just a large tin of Nescafe and hot water!!! Although the breakfast room has fantastic views over the Bosphorus.

Never again. Noisy rooms. Boiling hot rooms - temperature cannot be controlled by guests. Dirty. Staff is indifferent. Poor quality breakfast.

Place is in the heart of taksim. You can walk to anywhere.. which is faster than taking taxi:)! They upgraded my room to suite for free.. i was alone but thats so nice of them! Just across the street is the original wet burger😅 and the most busiest street is just 200m away😅. Overall its great

Overall very poor. This is not a 4star hotel. The interior was so bad & the internet connection was awful. If I could i would ask for my money back.

This hotel is very old dirty and it request full renovations it is not a four star hotel it shouldn't be given any star at all. The Internet connection is so poor it doesn't even connect for a few seconds if I had the option I will charge back my fee overall it's a terrible hotel. Avoid please don't make the decision on the some positive review those those critical comments are true. Never again.

3 gece kaldım, Taksim meydanının tam içinde olması çok güzel bir avantaj. Kaldıgım oda Ne çok iyi nede kötüydü, idare ederdi yani. Personelleri güler yüzlü ve yardımcılar, bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Yalnız Hamamda biraz hayal kırıklıgı yaşadım, Hamamı çok küçük ve Havlu , Peştemal veya Şort verilmiyor. Kendin götürmek zorundasın, bu konuda biraz daha özveri gösterilirse daha iyi olacak. Bidahaki Taksim konaklamamda yine kalırım yani
