A few things about this hotel were good, while a number of others were problematic. The view from our room was very nice. The room otherwise was okay - though without much convenient room for luggage. However, there was no air conditioning and the bathroom was run down with some brown and deteriorating grout and caulk around the tub/shower area. The towels were very thin and scratchy and only two of each were provided. The gym was adequately sized but not clean. The stairs to the gym were sticky with dirt and the yoga mats were extremely unacceptably dirty. The staff were a mixed bag. One woman at check in was extremely rude, while the man was more polite. When we asked about a few problems, like a nonworking blowdryer and nonfunctioning air conditioning, we were just ignored multiple times. We had to keep asking until they finally put a fan in our room never admitting that there simply was no functioning air conditioning. The bartenders were friendly but the drinks were very average if not low quality.

Great location. The Arlanda Express is right outside the hotel. They let us check in at 9:00 am! Didn’t try the restaurant or lounge but they were crowded. The room was well appointed. Comfortable bed. Modern bath with lots of hot water and water pressure. Thing we were lacking was coffee. You have an instant coffee setup in the room, but nowhere downstairs to get brewed coffee without visiting the restaurant.

The Hotel was really great: a very nice interior, quiet rooms with a great view! We stayed for 3 nights during a short/weekend vacation and for that purpose the location of the hotel was perfect: we landed in Arlanda-Airport, took the Arlanda-Express and walked less than 5 mins from the track to the hotel. And that’s only one of the many public transport options within a 5 min walk from the hotel: trains, subways and trams are all leaving from the nearby Stockholm Central Station, bringing you to the most tourist spots within 5-10mins (This station is also very clean and we felt safe all the time). I would not recommend travalinf by car to the hotel, because the parking space is limited and very expensive (50€/night). The staff was super friendly, helped us out with a restaurant reservation and gave us plenty of valuable ideas where to go for the best “Stockholm Experience”. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

Good location next to the train station and walking distance to the old town as well as shopping. Had to get a new room upon arrival because our first room was dirty with hair stick to the wall in the shower and left over soft drinks in the living area. Replacement room had a broken bed lamp light and the television kept turning off at random. There are many hotels in the same area. I would pick another one.

Check in very friendly and nice clean room with good view over towards the town hall and Riddarholmen. Room does lack storage space though, unlike other Radissons we've stayed in. Just ten hangers on an open rack and one small cupboard scarcely bigger than the in-room safe. Not adequate really for two people staying a few days.

Can highly recommend this hotel,Gi Gi was a superb receptionist, her level of customer care was second to none. Also the hotel gave us a gift one evening of a plater of fruit and plate of Belgium chocolates. Location of the hotel is perfect for those arriving by rail.

Während meines Aufenthalts, ist mir der Zimmerpreis doppelt von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht worden. Ich habe den Umstand noch an der Rezeption angegeben und den Hinweis bekommen, das man das rückgägig machen wird. Es hat mich 1,5 Monate, unzählige Emails und Telefonate gekostet bis ich das Geld wieder hatte. Die Angestellten waren stets freundlich dennoch ist es nur schwer zu verstehen wieso es solange dauert einen Fehler der im Hotel begangen wird, zu lösen. Nach all diesen Stunden, die ich damit verbracht habe Emails zu schreiben und mit der richtigen Person am Telefon verbunden zu werden, hätte ich mir neben einer Entschudigung, eine anderwertiges Entgegenkommen bzw. Entschädigung erwartet. Das Hotel ist sehr gut, hat ein wunderbares Frühstück und die Zimmer sind komfortable. Dennoch werde ich das Hotel in Zukunft bei meinen regelmäßigen Stockholm Aufenthalten meiden.

Förekom allvarliga missar: tvål fylldes inte på, room service tog oerhört lång tid, nyckelkorten laddades inte för hela vistelsen. Personalen i receptionen var som tur är lyhörd och hjälpsam och bidrog trots dessa palavrar till att vistelsen blev godkänd. Hade dock hoppats på mycket mer.

The buffet breakfast and lunch options were excellent. The room was fine for my son and me and had a lovely waterfront view. The restaurant staff, especially Piotr, were great, as was Lucas at the front desk, who helped us with ferry travel logistics. The one downside was the room temperature was quite warm and we could not open a window. But they did get us a fan, which we appreciated. Would definitely stay there again. The location next to the station is super convenient.

Self checkin machines are terrible (takes extremly long) and the staff is not of any help. After wasting 15 minutes with the checkin machine to check myself in and create a key card. I had to go to reception anyhow to get a printed invoice, which I told them in the first place. Paying 350 EUR for this services is a waste of money. Carpets in the room are not really clean and should be removed. Good is that the hotel is close to Arlanda Express.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral um die Stadt zu erkunden und vom Flughafen ist es somit perfekt mit dem Arlandaexpress zu erreichen, Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer groß und sauber. Bei unserem Aufenthalt hatten wir nur eine Kleinigkeit zu bemängeln: wetterbedingt wollten wir freitags und samstags abends im Hotel essen und es gab an beiden Abenden das gleiche Buffet….da hätten wir mehr Abwechslung erwartet. Ansonsten waren wir rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

The food was outstanding and instead of going to excellent restaurants outside of the hotel which we always do we dined at the hotel 3 out of our 4 nights. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful and the room was impeccable. It was a great four night stay
