Luxurious hotel at walking dustance of lake St. MORITZ. BUT NO LAKE VIEW DUE TO BUILDINGS BETWEEN THE HOTEL AND THE LAKE. ENTIRELY REMODELED. AMAZING ROOMS. LOBBY IS UNIQUE WITH 47 CHANDELLIERS. AMAZING FREE BREAKFAST. IF YOU STAU TWO NIGHT, THEY OFFER A FREE ENDIGAN BUS/TRAIN/CABLE CAR PASS TO ALL THE AREAS IM THAT REGION. (280 DOLLARS VALUE) WE WENT TO THE DIAVOLEZZA GLACIER WITH CABLE CAR. PARKING WAS FREE IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL if places available, OR 10 CHF in the uncovered parking lot. Absolutely fantastic stay. Highly recemmended for the price.

The hotel is 150 years old apparently but has been somewhat renovated. There is no AC in the rooms but the doors and windows in our room opened. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive and catered for all tastes. Biggest complaint is the restaurant is not open to regular guests in the evening. Only tour groups can eat in there in the evening of which there seem to be many staying here. There are other partner hotels nearby whose restaurants are open, but it would have been nice to eat in the hotel after a long day and not need to go out. Bus stops located nearby and the bus service is excellent. Pick your time of year to visit carefully l as in early June not all things are open.

Hotel incrível, bem próximo a tudo, tem o Guest Card, hotel lindo demais, eles tem serviço de transfer, porém não pontual, para levar até a ferrovia, a piscina não estava em funcionamento isso foi ruim, mas no resto, tudo perfeito.

Great location. Our room price included free, unlimited local bus transportation, gondola transportation, swim/health club use and a wonderful breakfast spread. A good price and a cool hotel. Highly recommended.

Pleasant enough, but a little long in the tooth, as they say, and it was all groups so you couldn't eat dinner there as it was reserved solely for the large groups. The bar, however, is wonderful and has a great staff.

Check-in with staff member Mark Tomic was excellent. He was a great help throughout our stay giving us superior services! This was a Victorian building that was mostly restored. Mouldings were clearly original. They had been recently painted but showed some damage from time. Second only to the staff, the best feature of the hotel was the spa across the street. While all of the Laudinella hotels have access to the spa, it was closest to Reina Victoria. That spa is an excellent facility with several pools, jacuzzi, etc.

Hotel in the "Grand" style with large spaces, good sized room. Bathroom OK but old-fashioned. Good breakfast. Shuttle to station available (mostly at no charge). Pool and wellness being refurbished (May 2025). No restaurant for dinner.

Wonderful hotel! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Very convenient for skiing and for the spa across the street.

Very mixed experience. Positives were comfortable beds, breakfast & shuttle service. When we checked in we asked what time the pool closed, was told 9pm & we’d need to go to reception first to collect a wrist band, towel and gown. Twenty minutes later after getting changed into our swimming costumes we went back to reception, spoke to the same person (unless she has an identical twin) and was told the pool had been flooded the previous day and we wouldn’t be able to use it. We then decided to eat in the ‘pop-up’ restaurant. One of us ordered a gin & tonic, the waitress said it wasn’t on their menu but they would get it sent over from the hotel (over 24CHF!). Someone else asked for a tap water but was informed there wasn’t any taps in the restaurant, they then asked for a tonic water and was told they couldn’t order a tonic water on its own. After the meal we asked if we could have some milk sachets for the room (there was only 2 small cream cartons supplied in the room and being 3 Yorkshire women, tea would be needed within minutes of waking up). The receptionist said she would sort something and call the room. Short time later we got a call to say they had some milk at a cost of 4.5CHF but we would have to collect it or they would charge extra to bring it to the room. Trudged downstairs to collect the small glass of milk to be told we’d have to go to the bar to pay for it. Everything felt like too much trouble and wouldn’t recommend booking.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The meal in the Tubbo was amazing. The hotel will pick you up and drop you off at the station. Everything was so clean and the staff were so helpful and kind.

What do I say about this hotel Shuttle pick up 5/5 Hotel lobby 5/5 Breakfast 2/5 - not much fresh stuff but rather stuff bought from the grocery store Room 0/5 Room has no shower cap, no shampoo, no conditioner, no amenity, no bathroom slippers 0/5 My room was very old and dirty 0/5 Steam and Sauna 0/5 No jacuzzi however if you want to use one you have to walk across the street into their sister property and pay 30 chf They do not bring luggage to your room

- room is very big and clean, bed sheet is very comfortable, ceiling is very high -staff are very friendly and professional -toilet is clean -would definitely book again if going back.

Stay away from the old rooms. They are very old and haunted. I had to pay more to stay in the newly refurbished rooms

It’s an older property with lot of character. There are some pro and cons. Let’s start with pros: Beautiful property with good public transportation link and about 10 min from main train station. Breakfast was good with lot of options. ( did not try their restaurant or bar) Staff is very polite. Other than bathroom, rooms were in good condition and comfortable. Cons: I booked a family room and the pictures on Expedia site shows large rooms and bathroom with tub shower and bidet. What got was a family room with 6x6 washroom ( no bidet, no tub and a shower enclosure of max 3.5 x 3.5 ft). Toilet had stain and when I went to reception to mention this, I was actually told that I was actually upgraded to a better room ( so what I got should be better than what the picture shows. Real hard to understand). Also there was supposed to be balcony with sitting space as per the pictures but what was there was a Julian balcony that too in dire need of painting. Will add pictures if Expedia allows.

Hotel is very tired and needs updating

Pretty hotel. Very roomy. Our only trouble was the tiny shower in the huge bathroom. We were not big people and it was very hard to shower! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super nice!

The hotel is very spacious. The rooms are very nice and clean. Bathroom shower a bit tight. Staff very nice. Breakfast was lots of variety hot and cold and very good.

Large lobby area is very nice & comfortable. Spacious room with a lot of storage space. Nice big washroom. Nicely decorated.

I can’t say enough about how nice our stay was at the Hotel Reine Victoria. The hotel is very elegant, the rooms are large, and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Thank you very much for such a nice visit to St. Moritz!

Staff very happy to help with errands and the shuttle service

The hotel was lovely and very helpful in booking dinners, rentals and lift tickets.

My overall experience at The Reine Victoria Hotel was good, marked by comfortable accommodations & delightful breakfast. However, my positive impression was significantly marred by the disappointing service we received from the front desk representatives during check-out. Upon check-out, we explicitly requested transportation to Samedan’s Hertz rental car location. Unfortunately, the front desk staff disregarded our request and instead assumed we needed a ride to the train station. Despite our clear instructions, they arranged for us to wait for 20 mins for a hotel shuttle, only for the shuttle driver to inform us he wasn’t traveling to Samedan and only operated within St. Moritz area. Adding to our frustration, we spent more than 30 mins attempting to request an Uber, which proved unsuccessful. This situation could have been easily avoided if the front desk staff had listened to and acted upon our specific needs. As a result, we had to arrange and pay for our own taxi to the Hertz rental car location, despite having already saved the hotel the trouble and cost of our taxi from the train station to the hotel the night before. Another issue worth noting is the language barrier we encountered. Although we communicated in Eng throughout our stay, 1 of the female front desk reps persistently spoke to us in French, which was confusing and unhelpful. Despite the excellent accommodations and breakfast, the lack of attentiveness / care during our departure impacted our experience.

The staff were fantastic and even arranged a shuttle to the train station when we were running late! Very good service and clean rooms.

Irina made this stay for us. She helped me plan my time and surprise for my fiancée in st moritz and everything was perfect because of her. I will return because the service was amazing- thank you Irina

Excellent, professional staff

The hotel was very expensive for what it was. The rooms were nice but in need of some modernisation, especially the bathrooms. It also irked me that all of the decent facilities were in the sister hotel which we’d have rather stayed at. The staff were all lovely but some of the information we were given turned out to be wrong and when we had an issue with a private taxi they had booked for us they weren’t helpful at all. The also didn’t tell us that there would be works going on during our stay which included the table and chairs being removed from the lobby and the carpet being covered!

Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van. We waited about 15 minutes after it was scheduled to leave and no one ever came. It was at checkout time so the lobby was very busy and we didn’t have time to stand in line to talk to someone at the service desk. We missed the train we originally planned for, took the bus to the station, and it delayed our return trip to Milan. It was a frustrating experience. Overall, the stay was lovely but that was a sour note to end on.

Quaint st Moritz heritage property close to Signal gondola

It is a beautiful old hotel with lobby large enough for big groups gatherings, or visiting with friends! Great location close to cable car station and many bus stops in front of the hotel. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful! Beautiful dining room serving great breakfast! We enjoyed our stay!

Great place with easy access. Away from core of town.

Felt like a rich edwardian staying in this lovely old hotel. Big room, big bathroom, wide corridors and vast lounge. Great breakfast with sweet, attentive staff. Close to the lake. Shuttle to and from the railway station a godsend. Staying 2 days, we received a free gondola and transport pass. Switzerland is of course very expensive, but provided quality, efficiency and cleanliness everywhere we visited.

Sehr gastfreundliches Team. Vor allem der Service im Restaurant Tubbo war Spitze. Und das Essen auch. Die noch nicht renovierten Zimmer im 4. Stock sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen!
