Staff very friendly and helpful, location great very close to station. Reception area and breakfast room pleasant. Room was basic and tram line right outside which was fine had we not had to open window as air con not activated by hotel until later in the year. Bathroom was very small but clean as was the room. Breakfast was plentiful and good value.

Gave me a very cold room with no heating & air conditioning in the first night. It was too cold to take off your clothes to sleep, not to mention taking a shower. Even reluctantly to give a room with heating the second day after I requested to cancel my reservation. Absolutely should not treat hotel guest like this!

Horrible hotel! It's very loud! They turned off the AC because it's below 20⁰c and they expect you to sit in a room with no air moving unless you're willing to fight off the mosquitos and tune out the horrible noise all night! I slept better on the train leaving town than I did at the HORRIBLE excuse for a hotel! Avoid it unless you're desperate! You'd still sleep better on a bench!

A 200 metri dalla stazione e vicino al centro, posizione comodissima per girare a piedi la città. La mia camera era confortevole, con letto comodo e mobilio essenziale ma in ordine. Purtroppo però era molto piccola, giusto lo spazio per girare intorno al letto; stesso problema per il bagno, davvero minuscolo, con box doccia angusto e bidet a 10 cm dal muro - e una mensola porta-oggetti sarebbe stata gradita. L'edificio è d'epoca e anche le finestre, che lasciano passare spifferi e rumori esterni. C'è un solo ascensore per 5 piani, all'ora di colazione bisogna armarsi di pazienza. Pur con questi difetti, compensati dalla pulizia impeccabile e dal personale cortese, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buono.

En tout premier lieu je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’avais réservé, a priori un malentendu entre ce que communique Expedia et l’hôtel, après la baignoire qu’on évoque n’est pas vraiment une baigboire, l’ascenseur est réduit, et enfin c’est le type d’hôtel ou la femme de ménage tape à la porte à 10:58, oui parce que le check out est à 11h et le check in à 15h…

Good and central location. Rather old and filthy with hairs lying around on the floors and in the shower. Bathroom very small, so that it is hard to have the door closed while sitting on toilet. Very noisy both from traffic on the street and hallway and other rooms.

We have stayed in this hotel several times before, and therefore were expecting a comfortable, pleasant stay. The bedroom was large, but only had a single socket available for use. The bathroom was terribly small, only 18cm between the front of the toilet and the shower meaning you had to sit sideways. which made it very difficult to use. The shower was tiny, 60cm x 60cm and you had to pass through the shower door sideways. Even worse was the black mould that was apparent on the tiles, and around the soap dispenser, as well as the encrusted dirt and hairs on the shower basin edging. Overall a very dissapointing stay.

The hotel is very close to the train station and you can get there easily and quickly. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent and the staff who serve it are extraordinarily helpful.

The hotel is conveniently close to Torino Porta Nuova station, but is also tucked away enough that it isn't busy. My room was clean and very comfortable with a spacious washroom. All must see tourist attractions are within a comfortable 15 minute walk, and delightful restaurants abound. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me find a coin laundry. I would definitely book again when I'm in Torino!

Ottima la posizione, buona la colazione, l’unico problema della mia stanza era l’ubicazione della tazza del gabinetto praticamente difronte la doccia per cui era quasi impossibile sedersi , a volte mi chiedo questi architetti che progettano dove hanno studiato .

The hotel is fine but there is a terrible issue about the noise which make the doors when people open or close. There is no appropriate groom and hence every time some one gets to his room, one can hear the doors slamming too loudly or hard. It was very difficult to get to sleep.

Camera datata, piccola e con un bagno ancor più piccolo. Per rendere l'idea, il bagno era approssimativamente delle dimensioni di quelle di un Frecciarossa. Le camere lungo la strada sono martoriate dal passaggio dei tram, che sferragliano ad una decina di metri dalla struttura. Le camere che danno verso l'interno non hanno questo problema. Personale non particolarmente solare ma comunque efficiente. Colazione da rivedere

My 3-night stay at the Green Class Hotel Astoria was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, the food (breakfast) was delicious, and the hotel is very conveniently located to Porta Nuova train station (a 2-minute walk for us). Even when I received a text from the airline that my flight to return home was cancelled and I had to scramble to work out how I would get home, the Green Class front desk attendant gave me some very helpful tips. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I should return to Turin.
My 3-night stay at the Green Class Hotel Astoria was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, the food (breakfast) was delicious, and the hotel is very conveniently located to Porta Nuova train station (a 2-minute walk for us). Even when I received a text from the airline that my flight to return home was cancelled and I had to scramble to work out how I would get home, the Green Class front desk attendant gave me some very helpful tips. I will definitely stay at this hotel if I should return to Turin.

All must see tourist attractions are within a comfortable 15 minute walk, and delightful restaurants abound. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, even helping me find a coin laundry. I would definitely book again when I'm in Torino!

This hotel is in the ideal location for anyone looking to visit Turin or any of the surrounding cities considering it is right in the center, walking distance to everything, and also right next to the train station for easy access to all trains. Staff were super nice, breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful! The room was a little tight, but fine for the purposes of just sleeping. I would stay here again! I came for a business trip and stayed for a pleasure weekend.

Camera tripla essenziale ma comoda e pulita, dotata di un armadio, una grande tv fronte letto e un piccolo bagno. Colazione molto buona e ricca, fruibile anche dagli intolleranti a glutine e lattosio (forniscono su richiesta latte senza lattosio e latte di vegetale). Personale alla reception cortese, anche se la persona che ci ha accolto è stata un po' rigida e ingessata, poco empatica (avevamo chiesto via mail la possibilità eventuale di un check in anticipato e ci era stato cortesemente risposto che, se ci fosse stata la possibilità, sarebbe stato consentito ma la receptionist, al nostro, arrivo, si è limitata a dire che il check in sarebbe stato solo alle 15, senza aggiungere altro e senza nemmeno un mezzo sorriso)...viaggiando con un bambino con problemi di salute, sarebbe stato gradito un approccio più "carino". Il personale delle colazioni, invece, davvero squisito e solare. Posizione strategica, a piedi in 10 minuti si raggiungono tutti i punti più importanti del centro.
