The Property is good and the staff was extremely helpful. I would specially like to mention Ms. Usha, Ms. Sunita at the Spa and one gentlemen in the FO. The quality of food and space was good too. Have been staying in this property atleast 2 twice a year since 2023 and look forward to more such comfortable and pleasant stay there.

Clean. Friendly staff and good facilities inside the Manipal campus. Just a note that they don’t tell you that the room service buytons don’t work and you have to find iut what to dial. Also, some of the plug points in my rokm were not working. Otherwise great!

Staff are warm but room not satisfied, bathroom is very small and ac control is not good and for the same cost we need to get 2 washrooms and one living room also but we got only one room I feel it is expensive.
