I stayed here for a week, using the room mainly as a base for sleeping and showering since I spent most of my time out exploring. The room was comfortable and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. During my stay I had an unsettling incident with a local, and the team went out of their way to put me at ease, keeping me informed every step of the way. What really impressed me was that, despite having absolutely no responsibility for what happened, they proactively offered me a discounted taxi to the airport. A completely unnecessary but deeply appreciated gesture. I’ll definitely be booking with them again on my next trip to Istanbul.

The hotel is very old and urgently needs renovation, especially when it comes to mold cleaning. The bathroom was in terrible condition and had a significant amount of mold, which made the stay uncomfortable. The only positive aspect was the friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately, due to the poor room conditions, we did not complete our full stay and decided to move to another hotel.
