Very convenient hotel from the train station especially after a long travel day. Breakfast at the hotel was good but the exact same every day. The beds are rock hard that was our only complaint. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Fresh water station in the lobby was nice and amenities to choose from such as a skin care set to sample.

駐車場は事前に電話予約をしないといけなかったのを知らなかったのでコインパーキングに停めることになり割高になりました。それを他のレビューでも読んだような気がしましたが、web予約の際に駐車場利用を選択できないようです。コインパーキングはすぐ前にありますので探すことはないですが、、。無料朝食の食べ放題おにぎりがとても美味しかったです。

Convenient Hotel with really good location and really kind personell. Really good service with genuine onigiri breakfast and coffee. The coffee machine helped us during our time there which was operated almost every hours during the day.

It was very easy to get here by subway and the hotel staff were very friendly. Location was alright but may have been a red light distract? The building itself is quite outdated and the walls are very thin. The doors especially are very loud so you can hear your neighbours opening/closing their doors and talking across the hallway. The beds were also quite uncomfortable (you can feel the springs). It was quite hard to get a decent nights sleep so I wouldn’t stay here again.

朝のおにぎりが有り難かったです。二種類ほど違う具材が日替わりになっていて、具も大きく満足度が高いです。お部屋については、黒のティッシュボックスの上に白いダストが溜まっていました。拭いても翌日には溜まっていました。空調ですかね。改善されると良いと思いました。フロントの対応は、笑顔で親切で良かったです。

Good location: near the railway station and in the middle of an area with restaurants, drugstores, supermarket. Free and good breakfast. Room is large enough to open the suitcase, though it is still quite small because of the character of a city hotel in Tokyo. Will use next time.

チェックインのときに、機械だけでなく受付の方がいてくださったので、安心してチェックインできました。また、お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。何といっても、朝食がついていて、作りたてのおにぎりや味噌汁、スープ等があり、美味しかったです。機会があったら、また、利用したいと思います。

チェックインのときに、機械だけでなく受付の方がいてくださったので、安心してチェックインできました。また、お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。何といっても、朝食がついていて、作りたてのおにぎりや味噌汁、スープ等があり、美味しかったです。機会があったら、また、利用したいと思います。

Very convenient hotel from the train station especially after a long travel day. Breakfast at the hotel was good but the exact same every day. The beds are rock hard that was our only complaint. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. Fresh water station in the lobby was nice and amenities to choose from such as a skin care set to sample.

Convenient Hotel with really good location and really kind personell. Really good service with genuine onigiri breakfast and coffee. The coffee machine helped us during our time there which was operated almost every hours during the day.

無料の朝食がよかったです。手作りのおにぎり、味噌汁、パン、コーヒーまであってありがたかったです。朝6時半から利用できたのもよかったです。

Front desk staff always cheerful and helpful, even as an English speaker. Breakfast onigiri, pickles, and miso soup were a nice native Japanese offering and they also had western style pastries and juices all of which could easily be taken back to the room to eat. TV had streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube though it was in that strange off to the side mounting you see in some Japanese business hotels. Bed was a bit too hard and only had one pillow. Only three hangers provided. Elevator is small and slow so be prepared to wait in the morning when going to breakfast or checking out. Location was great, right next to Otsuka Station and several local izakayas and chain restaurants all within a five minute walk. For the price Toyoko Inn is definitely worth considering

Although the location is very convient for travellers, the room cleanness is OK and the stuff are acting professionally, I have two nagative comments on this Hotel: 1. the hotel's breakfast is not suitable for foreigners as it has very, very limit choice and every day is same - the main food is ONLY ony type: riceballs with Japaness soups! 2. it is understanable they are restrict for check-in at 3pm, however, they don't allow travellers to store luggages there if they arrive early. This is a really bad, unfriendly and unreasonable policy, compared to many other hotels.

チェックイン・チェックアウト共に非対面で非常にスムーズでした。（非対応ですが近くにスタッフがいて必要に応じてサポートしてくれます。）外出時やチェックイン・アウトの際の声がけもきちんとしていて気持ちが良かったです。部屋も清潔で必要なアメニティも揃っているので全く問題ありませんでした。朝食は手作りのおにぎりがメインで部屋にも持ち帰りしやすい上にすごく美味しくて朝から元気が出ました。デニッシュも2種類くらいありそれも美味しかったです。また機会があったら利用したいです。（おにぎり目当てですが。）
