The resort and surroundings could be a bit cleaner. Food is average but there are a couple of other dining options a few minutes away. Land and boat transfer were poorly arranged by the reservation office but we managed to transfer by ourselves (very easy, lots of taxis and boats available at/from airport to jetty). The best part is the gorgeous beach with crystal clear waters…a dream come true!

So, I loved this place. It was definitely worth splashing out for the ocean view room. The beach in high season was not busy at all. Best beach I’ve ever seen. Snorkling right on your own beach. Food was barely passable. Take a water taxi across to Long Beach to eat. They could improve this and it would make it much better. The rooms were a bit broken down but we didn’t mind at all. AC worked fine and we didn’t have any bugs and the beds were good enough. We were very happy here. They even have a tennis court (or what was once a tennis court). Staff were very sweet. Especially the male porters. Smiling and happy.

El hotel está viejo y encima la piscina en obras sin avisar. Hay hoteles por los alrededores mucho mejores, lo único que tiene muy bueno es que está a pie de la mejor playa de la isla

L'hôtel a un super potentiel car il est bien situé (très belle plage) et les espaces sont bien pensés (restaurant avec vue sur la mer/belles chambres). Cependant la piscine est hors fonctionnement depuis le mois de février 2024 et cela n'est pas mentionné sur les sites de réservation. Globalement cela manque de gestion et de maintenance. Le jardin à l'arrière n'est pas entretenu (déchets non ramassés). Un management laxiste qui forcément apporte un manque de service et ne donne pas satisfaction.

Emplacement fabuleux. Plage magnifique la plus belle des deux îles. Poissons requins tortues. Sable blanc pure et ultra fin demander un emplacement à l’arrière de la piscine exemple n 336. Calme vue sur le parc et animaux. Petit dej assez répétitif dommage. Transfert par bateaux vers d’autres points. Parfait. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel

el hotel vale lo que vale estar en este paraiso de playa. las cabañas son confortables pero están algo sucias y les falta una actualizacion. solo hay wifi en la recepcion y el desayuno es algo justo. las hamacas de la playa son bastante incomodas pero nada que impida volver a esta maravilla de sitio.

The beach where hotel is situated is the best beach on the island, and overal the hotel is better than I expected from reviews. Where things got really bad for me is: 1. No wifi and no reception (4G / 5G) coverage from my sim card in the room. I could not do anything in my room, had to go to the reception / restaurant area every time I needed to check anything. 2. Food in the restaurant was just horrible. I could not understand how a location in Malaysia could possibly make things like fried rice or noodles completely uneadible. It wouldn't even require extra costs to improve the food, just the bare minimal amount of effort and care

Unbelievable beach and the water was incredible! You can snorkel right from the beautiful white sand beach. Buy (or bring) a good mask and you are all set. Head to Long Beach for some better food if you wish. Book the beachfront rooms if you can...it is worth the few.extra bucks. Pool is nice. You will not be disappointed as long as you don't mind a taxi ride from one of the close cities and a 35-45 minute boat shuttle! Worth the travel there 100%! Enjoy!

Traumhafter Strand mit vielen Schildkröten. Aber die Zimmer wurden über 10 Jahre nicht repariert oder instand gehalten. Es fängt an beim Zimmerschloss, geht weiter mit dem Möbrln, oder einfach den Strandliegen. Am schlimmsten war aber die Erfahrung, dass wir in Zimmer 207 Bettwanzen hatten. Nach 2 Nächten habe ich erst realisiert, dass dies keine Mückenstiche sein konnten. Bei 100 extrem juckenden Bissen vergrämt es einen den schönsten Urlaub. Das war wirklich ein Alptraum, den ich in 30 Jahren weltweitem Reisen nie hatte. Es gab auch keinerlei Entschuldigung. Man hat dann immerhin auf meinen Wunsch die Matratze durch eine neue Matratze ersetzt. Ich war dennoch froh wieder abreisen zu können.

Hôtel très bien situé sur une superbe plage, le cadre est superbe. La chambre elle, n'est par contre pas extraordinaire, sol abîmé, propreté pas irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est bien par contre le buffet du soir n'est pas terrible ainsi que les plats à la carte et le service au restaurant est perfectible. Bref mieux vaut aller manger au restaurant de l'hôtel d'à côté.

Sejour parfait. Nous avons eu 2 chambres collées comme demandé et en plus face à la plage. Personnels d'une gentillesse incroyable !! Chambre confortable et propre. Plage magnifique, restaurant très bon soit self soit à la carte ( meilleurs je trouve que le self et beaucoup plus de choix que le self) Nous sommes restés 4 jours, nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps. Taxi Boat sur la plage mais assez éloigné pour ne pas être un point négatif. Activités pour enfants et grands.

L’hébergement était très calme, climatisé, à côté de la forêt et à 5 min de la plage. Pleins d’animaux dans le jardin.pas de moustiques. La literie très confortable. De nouvelles serviettes et bouteilles d’eau fournies chaque jour, un buffet pour petit dej copieux. C’était top et paradisiaque.

Hôtel acceptable, les chambres sont fonctionnelles et disposent de la climatisation. En revanche l’état général est assez ancien et aurais besoin de rénovations…. Porte de travers pouvant laisser entrer les insectes et animaux, salle de bain avec des traces etc… Le point fort est l’accessibilité et le cadre, il n’y a rien à dire, les chambres sont pour la plupart à 2 pas de la plage.

Lo mejor del hotel es sin duda la playa que tiene, las vistas y el entorno. Atencion correcta, desayuno buffet mejorable. Las instalaciones, habitaciones, zonas comunes, etc están muy deterioradas. La limpieza de las habitaciones a la entrega de las mismas era prácticamente inexistente. Volvería a la playa sin dudarlo pero no al hotel

El lugar es un paraíso si te acompañan días de sol. Cuatro días son suficientes para relajarte y disfrutar de la isla, ya sea a través de jungle trecking o con los taxi boats. La gente es muy agradable y sonriente. El hotel tiene que renovarse, las habitaciones están avejentadas en su mobiliario y requieren mejor mantenimiento, aunque son lo suficientemente cómodas para dormir que es el único tiempo que pasas allí. La climatización en nuestro caso funciona perfectamente y hay frigoríficos con agua de cortesía que enfrían perfectamente. El buffet es muy limitado y no es de calidad. El paraíso del lugar y su ubicación en una playa paradisíaca disimula las carencias del hotel.
El lugar es un paraíso si te acompañan días de sol. Cuatro días son suficientes para relajarte y disfrutar de la isla, ya sea a través de jungle trecking o con los taxi boats. Hotelværelse 119 fantastisk dejligt - opgraderet med toiletpapir hvilket der ikke var på det første værelse vi var på. Fantastisk terrasse med forrygende udsigt. Kan kun anbefales. Gå udenom de “ gamle” værelser som er ildelugtende og uden toiletpapir.

Food was barely passable. Take a water taxi across to Long Beach to eat. They could improve this and it would make it much better. The rooms were a bit broken down but we didn’t mind at all. AC worked fine and we didn’t have any bugs and the beds were good enough. We were very happy here. They even have a tennis court (or what was once a tennis court). Staff were very sweet. Especially the male porters. Smiling and happy.

The beach where hotel is situated is the best beach on the island, and overal the hotel is better than I expected from reviews. Where things got really bad for me is: 1. No wifi and no reception (4G / 5G) coverage from my sim card in the room. I could not do anything in my room, had to go to the reception / restaurant area every time I needed to check anything. 2. Food in the restaurant was just horrible. I could not understand how a location in Malaysia could possibly make things like fried rice or noodles completely uneadible. It wouldn't even require extra costs to improve the food, just the bare minimal amount of effort and care

Hôtel acceptable, les chambres sont fonctionnelles et disposent de la climatisation. En revanche l’état général est assez ancien et aurais besoin de rénovations…. Porte de travers pouvant laisser entrer les insectes et animaux, salle de bain avec des traces etc… Le point fort est l’accessibilité et le cadre, il n’y a rien à dire, les chambres sont pour la plupart à 2 pas de la plage.

Unbelievable beach and the water was incredible! You can snorkel right from the beautiful white sand beach. Buy (or bring) a good mask and you are all set. Head to Long Beach for some better food if you wish. Book the beachfront rooms if you can...it is worth the few.extra bucks. Pool is nice. You will not be disappointed as long as you don't mind a taxi ride from one of the close cities and a 35-45 minute boat shuttle! Worth the travel there 100%! Enjoy!

The resort and surroundings could be a bit cleaner. Food is average but there are a couple of other dining options a few minutes away. Land and boat transfer were poorly arranged by the reservation office but we managed to transfer by ourselves (very easy, lots of taxis and boats available at/from airport to jetty). The best part is the gorgeous beach with crystal clear waters…a dream come true!

So, I loved this place. It was definitely worth splashing out for the ocean view room. The beach in high season was not busy at all. Best beach I’ve ever seen. Snorkling right on your own beach. Food was barely passable. Take a water taxi across to Long Beach to eat. They could improve this and it would make it much better. The rooms were a bit broken down but we didn’t mind at all. Sejour parfait. Nous avons eu 2 chambres collées comme demandé et en plus face à la plage. Personnels d'une gentillesse incroyable !! Chambre confortable et propre. Plage magnifique, restaurant très bon soit self soit à la carte ( meilleurs je trouve que le self et beaucoup plus de choix que le self) Nous sommes restés 4 jours, nous aurions dû rester plus longtemps. Taxi Boat sur la plage mais assez éloigné pour ne pas être un point négatif. Activités pour enfants et grands.

Overall wonderful experience. My daughter picked going here again over other vacation in SE Asia. Just after booking the trip, my wife broke her ankle. The paths are not scooter friendly, but that was not a top priority when we were picking a vacation spot. She healed enough before we left that she was able to swim, and see her favorite animal, the sea turtles. Which was our top priority. Excellent local wildlife on land and in water. Very convenient snorkeling out your front door.

The location is paradise and great for a few days but the property is tired and needs a lot of work. The food at the restaurant was so average we went to the big island for dinner. If this resort was tidied up it would be a truely magical place to go as the beach is stunning with turtles straight out front .

El lugar es un paraíso si te acompañan días de sol. Cuatro días son suficientes para relajarte y disfrutar de la isla, ya sea a través de jungle trecking o con los taxi boats. La gente es muy agradable y sonriente. El hotel tiene que renovarse, las habitaciones están avejentadas en su mobiliario y requieren mejor mantenimiento, aunque son lo suficientemente cómodas para dormir que es el único tiempo que pasas allí. La climatización en nuestro caso funciona perfectamente y hay frigoríficos con agua de cortesía que enfrían perfectamente. El buffet es muy limitado y no es de calidad. El paraíso del lugar y su ubicación en una playa paradisíaca disimula las carencias del hotel.
El lugar es un paraíso si te acompañan días de sol. Cuatro días son suficientes para relajarte y disfrutar de la isla, ya sea a través de jungle trecking o con los taxi boats. AC worked fine and we didn’t have any bugs and the beds were good enough. We were very happy here. They even have a tennis court (or what was once a tennis court). Staff were very sweet. Bien situé en face de la mer (snorkeling au pied de l'hôtel). personne a la réception pas vraiment agréable. 2 nuits passés, et chambre non faite. vraiment pas digne d'un resort. Buffet moyen. Petit déjeune moyen également mais , heureusement , il y a d'autres restaurants pas trop loin . Honnereux pour le service.

Hôtel très bien situé sur une superbe plage, le cadre est superbe. La chambre elle, n'est par contre pas extraordinaire, sol abîmé, propreté pas irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est bien par contre le buffet du soir n'est pas terrible ainsi que les plats à la carte et le service au restaurant est perfectible. Bref mieux vaut aller manger au restaurant de l'hôtel d'à côté.

“Séjour très agréable, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage ici. La plage est magnifique, avec des bébés requins, quelques tortues et de nombreux poissons. Des bateaux emmènent les touristes en mer pour observer les tortues et les requins, car la plage de Perhentian Island est un site réputé pour cela. J’ai également été agréablement surprise par la qualité de la nourriture du restaurant, qui était très bonne.

Lo mejor del hotel es sin duda la playa que tiene, las vistas y el entorno. Atencion correcta, desayuno buffet mejorable. Las instalaciones, habitaciones, zonas comunes, etc están muy deterioradas. La limpieza de las habitaciones a la entrega de las mismas era prácticamente inexistente. Volvería a la playa sin dudarlo pero no al hotel

So, I loved this place. It was definitely worth splashing out for the ocean view room. The beach in high season was not busy at all. Best beach I’ve ever seen. Snorkling right on your own beach. Food was barely passable. Take a water taxi across to Long Beach to eat. They could improve this and it would make it much better. The rooms were a bit broken down but we didn’t mind at all. Unbelievable beach and the water was incredible! You can snorkel right from the beautiful white sand beach. Buy (or bring) a good mask and you are all set. Head to Long Beach for some better food if you wish. Book the beachfront rooms if you can...it is worth the few.extra bucks. Pool is nice. You will not be disappointed as long as you don't mind a taxi ride from one of the close cities and a 35-45 minute boat shuttle! Worth the travel there 100%! Enjoy!

id been this hotel 7th times.in front of there that beach has much many kind of fishes and turtle! therefore named turtle beach.but this time we couldnt c leaf monky nothing there.7years ago many leaf monkey there.very cute. missing.near beach tour feeding too much.made water to dirty.not national park already.im very sorry.
