O hotel é bom e oferece uma estadia agradável, porém acredito que há pontos importantes a serem melhorados. Pelo valor da diária, eu esperava uma experiência mais completa e um padrão de qualidade superior. As toalhas de banho deixam a desejar, pois são muito finas, ásperas e aparentam estar bastante desgastadas pelo uso. Também senti falta de uma limpeza mais cuidadosa nas camas, principalmente na bicama. O banheiro é bem pequeno e o chuveiro poderia ser melhor. O fluxo de água é fraco e apresenta falhas durante o banho, o que compromete o conforto. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos que mais me decepcionou. As opções são bastante simples e limitadas para a categoria e o valor do hotel. Além disso, faltam identificações nos alimentos. Não havia plaquinhas informando o que era cada item servido, o que dificultava a escolha e até mesmo saber o sabor de alguns produtos, como os bolos. Outro ponto negativo foi a necessidade de escolher previamente um horário para o café da manhã. Acredito que um sistema mais flexível seria mais confortável e conveniente para os hóspedes. No geral, o hotel possui qualidades, mas acredito que melhorias nesses aspectos tornariam a experiência mais compatível com o valor cobrado.

Quarto limpo, cama macia, roupas de cama cheirosas e de boa qualidade, ar condicionado excelente, boa localização, vagas para estacionar o carro, café da manhã bem completo, e saboroso, atendimento de todos os funcionários, inclusive das camareiras excelentes! Todos sempre sorridentes e sempre a nossa disposição. Tudo nessa pousada é feito com muito amor e carinho. A proprietária sempre está presente cuidando de cada detalhe para que nossa estadia seja agradável. Só falta oferecer toalha para piscina e praia ( mesmo que cobrando por elas). Levei meu pet e foi super bem recebido. Chegamos super tarde e o Felipe nos recebeu com muito carinho… e nos ajudou a levar nossas malas para o quarto, super prestativo. Recomendo e em breve retornamos.
