It was a great experience at this hotel. Location was excellent... near train, buses, shopping. Staff were nice and helpful.

水壓不夠，冲厠要按數次，冲凉也不暢快。空調不夠凉，我5月入住三晚，每晚都是到天亮才感覺有冷氣。 床鋪很乾淨，大部分員工都友善！

The location was good, not super close to the metro station but was very close to the bund and Yuyuan garden by foot. There is a construction site just across the street with machines that only stop from 11pm to 8am or similar, so if you are not a heavy sleeper I'd avoid it, Breakfast was nice, with Chinese and Western options. If you have a Chinese phone number the price is super convenient.
