Strange place, our room came with a kitchenette including a sink and kettle but absolutely nothing else in it. We weren’t expecting plates and cutlery but at least a cup to have a glass of water. There was a kettle but no mugs or anything to make tea/coffee with. The soap in the bathroom had the last dregs in it and had already been refilled with water to bulk it out, also no bathroom bin for sanitary items. Staff were nice but although fine for one night we definitely wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer.

There was lots of dirt everywhere. Toilet and Shower on different floors and not clean. Bugs in the building. Outdated furniture. Everything very dirty and broken. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Friendly staff. Decent location. Only 1 mile from Olympic Stadium. Basic room but good value. On street parking free after 5.30pm to 8:30am. The rooms were extremely warm.

The toilet flush wasn't working and we got told to fill up a bucket from the shower (that was above the toilet) to flush it. As a result from that and the general cleanliness we went home after our evening and didn't stay the night (we left at 23:45). For the price of the room this isn't acceptable.

No hot water for a shower after the first night, after the second night the water was scalding hot without a way to turn the temperature down. You leave the key on the reception desk when exiting the hotel during your stay and the key is left there for anyone to grab. There may as well not be any windows as they do nothing to keep the outside sound out. Doors don't have an additional lock inside the room so anyone with a key has access while you're asleep.

Room is ok., its in basement but not bad. Hot water came without interruptions. Room heating good. Internet patchy., very limited network. Difficult to work from room. There were some sounds of people arguing. It was ok overall for the price.

Avoid!!! Friendly check in. My room looked nothing like the photos on the web site. The door to my room opened on to the reception area, the staff had a social get together in the reception area until 1am, despite me requesting for them to keep the noise down. Through the night the noise of doors banging etc. I once again asked about the noise, the receptionist informed me he was emptying the bins etc. I left at 4.30am to find the reception area finally in darkness and the night staff fast asleep in the reception area. My leaving didn’t even wake him. Second night also kept awake by general noise in the reception area. I left at 7.30 am. Once again the reception staff fast asleep. Parking only after 6pm up until then £9 per hour no parking on Tuesday and Thursday as it’s market day. (Don’t be fooled by the photos on the web site, they are far from accurate)

This is a terrible place to stay. Mainly the shower room was a wet room which seemed to be on a tilt, making the toilet area wet and the whole room smell of damp, rancid water. In the room there was a kettle but no tea or coffee and no cups! There was no light shade on the light, just a bare bulb and there was one pillow each, bith of which were completely flat. The curtain didn't fit the window. There was a full size fridge which I imagine was for the use of the poor homeless people or immigration overs

This “Hotel” was terrible. 1st of all when we entered the Hotel the receptionist was arguing with a customer. Secondary this hotel was closer to a crack house due to the wallpaper was pealing off the wall, the carpet was stained with black marks everywhere, the kitchen area had nothing at all, the cupboard doors were off the hinges and left to the side. The insects and bugs were disgusting they were in our room and in the lobby. The amount of arguments we heard during our 1 night stay was terrible the environment was not welcoming or safe what so ever. AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY

Awful, the worst place imaginable for a peaceful stay. The place was filthy, the staff rude, and the website promised many things like a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, etc. It was horrible. The neighbors mentioned the nightlife; the neighborhood was dirty, dangerous, and full of drug addicts and homeless people. I spent half my time sleeping there. I absolutely do not recommend it.

It was extremely dirty. We had to change our room after our first night and we couldn’t leave till 1pm cause the room changing time always changed. We weren’t comfortable leaving our luggage there. It was the worst hotel we ever had.

Bit of an odd place all in all. Checked in no problem and my room was pretty might right behind the desk. Toilet was really small and the whole room was the shower- floor would be soaking if you wanted to use it afterwards. Could hear the guy in reception watching TV at night. You had to leave your room key on the check-in desk when leaving and pick it up again yourself on the way back in. There was a half sized residential style fridge in the room, which was strange but great to have. Definitely not worth €120 for a one night stay, but it would be decent value if you could get it for €30 per night.

Room was ok - clean sheets and beds were comfy however the hotel overall is abit run down and needs work - some of the skirting was taped on with brown packing tape, and lots of marks on the walls etc, could do with a lick of paint, also our room was in the basement and smelt abit damp! However saying that we only wanted somewhere cheap to sleep as we were out at concert and didn’t get back to our room till midnight and we were up and out by 10am so for that purpose and for what we paid for the room it was fine , staff were friendly!

Just had the most amazing stay at city view. Everyone was very friendly. It was quite lively at times. The shower was hot, the beds were comfy the TV worked. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot. Would definitely stay again.

They were quite rude on arrival and I needed ID which they had not stipulated on booking. I do not carry I ID but luckily I had a photo on my phone. The room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. There was quite a lot of noise outside and the room was not well sound proofed. It was very hot in the but it did have a fan. The toilet was in the same place as the shower so this was not the best experience.

I was dumbfounded to be inside a closet with no windows. That was not what I saw in the pictures they showed previously. Next day they changed me to another very tiny space with a window but if I opened the curtains the family could see me inside this little space. There is no possibility to speak to your platform and to change the hotel that I had already paid. Not satisfied at all. Nest time I will be more carefut and try not to pay in advance. I'd like to show the pictures I have taken...

This “Hotel” was terrible. 1st of all when we entered the Hotel the receptionist was arguing with a customer. Secondary this hotel was closer to a crack house due to the wallpaper was pealing off the wall, the carpet was stained with black marks everywhere, the kitchen area had nothing at all, the cupboard doors were off the hinges and left to the side. The insects and bugs were disgusting they were in our room and in the lobby. The amount of arguments we heard during our 1 night stay was terrible the environment was not welcoming or safe what so ever. AT ALL COSTS STAY AWAY

Friendly staff. Decent location. Only 1 mile from Olympic Stadium. Basic room but good value. On street parking free after 5.30pm to 8:30am. The rooms were extremely warm.

Just had the most amazing stay at city view. Everyone was very friendly. It was quite lively at times. The shower was hot, the beds were comfy the TV worked. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot. Would definitely stay again.

The property was falsely advertised it was disgusting and scary . We were given a room next to the reception desk and the staff kept talking loudly all night till 2am we were unable to sleep. The room was disgusting bed covers were unclean bathroom looked like from a third world country . Felt very unsafe

They were quite rude on arrival and I needed ID which they had not stipulated on booking. I do not carry I ID but luckily I had a photo on my phone. The room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. There was quite a lot of noise outside and the room was not well sound proofed. It was very hot in the but it did have a fan. The toilet was in the same place as the shower so this was not the best experience.

Avoid!!! Friendly check in. My room looked nothing like the photos on the web site. The door to my room opened on to the reception area, the staff had a social get together in the reception area until 1am, despite me requesting for them to keep the noise down. Through the night the noise of doors banging etc. I once again asked about the noise, the receptionist informed me he was emptying the bins etc. I left at 4.30am to find the reception area finally in darkness and the night staff fast asleep in the reception area. My leaving didn’t even wake him. Second night also kept awake by general noise in the reception area. I left at 7.30 am. Once again the reception staff fast asleep. Parking only after 6pm up until then £9 per hour no parking on Tuesday and Thursday as it’s market day. (Don’t be fooled by the photos on the web site, they are far from accurate)

Awful, the worst place imaginable for a peaceful stay. The place was filthy, the staff rude, and the website promised many things like a private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, etc. It was horrible. The neighbors mentioned the nightlife; the neighborhood was dirty, dangerous, and full of drug addicts and homeless people. I spent half my time sleeping there. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Forferdelig sted. Ikke anbefales. Bad står til stryk. Gulv på rom ødelagt. Døren til rommet er ikke tett. Det var full fest i resepsjonen hele natten utenfor rommet jeg hadde. Når jeg dro kl. 06:00 søndag morgen lå det 3 karer og sov i resepsjonen mens brennevin flasker og glass stod på bordene. Jeg har reise mye men dette er det desidert dårlig stedet jeg har vært på. Anbefales overhode ikke.

Avoid this hotel. The room and bedding were unclean, and I became itchy after touching the bed. Staff were rude when I raised my concerns. I also had concerns about the hotel making and retaining a copy of my passport. I took photos and videos as evidence and had to find alternative accommodation.

Stayed for one night and was perfectly functional for a one night stay. I stayed in a more budget room (105) and the downstairs did have a damp smell but nothing too bad. It was during a heatwave and I can’t speak highly enough of the aircon as i had a better sleep than I’ve had at home for awhile. The bed was ok, a little hard but as I say slept well. Had to go 2 floors up for a shower (through reception) which isn’t ideal but just a downside of the budget room. The shower was cold and couldn’t work out the controls but that may have just been me, the cold shower was very welcome that day anyway. I would reccomend for solo travellers doing a one night stay, probably not for family trips. The staff were really friendly.
