Une chambre très bruyante au premier soir. Par chance, les hôtes sont partis le lendemain. Très commercialement à mon retour, j'ai été surclassé Une mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner TRES diversifié. En revanche, je ne comprends toujours pas pourquoi il n'y a pas de thé earl grey.... Je suis allé au centre de remise en forme et là, un grand bravo pour la gestion, la propreté MAIS toujours pas de clim dans la salle (pourquoi ??) Massage exceptionnel : un massage Shiatsu parfait c'est rarissime et quand en plus c'est avec la gentillesse d'une masseuse souriante, on frise la perfection !

Nice room but we had a little issue with the pool area closed for a day for a wedding with just a little note at the Spa! But the manager was really helpful and comprehensive and offer us a discount as we had 1 day with no pool on only 3 days

Nice location by the beach. Got early checkin, which was highly appreciated. Very good breakfast. Modern hotel. Ok pool area. Rooms are not isolated very well, so noise from rooms next door can be loud. Friendly staff. A bit overpriced.

Please look elsewhere. Pool onsite to include a restaurant was inoperable. This Was not listed when booking or I would have stayed elsewhere . Photos do not show true aesthetics of currently maintained state of property. Grounds are dirty and need cleaning. Several rubble/rocks located near pool site and can render trip hazards to guest and staff. A mini pool that is not in use needs to be drained as it a breeding ground for mosquitoes. Seriously, not safe for the general public. My room was dirty! The property needs renovation. Please look elsewhere. I’m serious. Be advised that the spa has a pool that children can take advantage of during the hours of 8 am to 12pm. But be careful to use the correct door when entering or staff will scold you. The spa staff were unkind and unwelcoming. For this to be a “5 star property”, I would hate to see what the 4-star options look like. The front desk staff was kind and the lobby and front of the property is well maintained. I felt as though we were thrown into a poorly kept room with a questionable sea view. All in all, will not stay again. Please be advised.

Le centre est très joli, le service de restauration est remarquable. Le service est guindé cependant. Une rampe d’accès est endommagée menant vers la plage m’a valu une blessure. Douche froide le matin, faute d’eau chaude malgré les prétentions et le prix de l’établissement. Décevant.

Im sure the property was beautiful when it was first built but it seems like not much has been done since then. its in great need of updating. from the rooms, to the restaurant, lobby, spa, gym, pool area and the beach, everything is old and falling apart. The staff were very nice and friendly, but at times it seemed that they didnt have much direction on what to do and what was the proper way to deal with guests.

Tolles Hotel in traumhafter Lage Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. It was a fantastic opportunity, very clean, with professional staff who were also very friendly. I adored the view, how quiet it was, and the scent of jasmine everywhere in the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were amazing, and we really appreciated the birds flying around. A few small remarks to achieve perfection: Some lamps were not working in the room. It would be better to provide two pairs of slippers in the bathroom as the room is for two persons. It would be better to have tea and coffee readily available at breakfast, either through a self-service machine or ready to serve, instead of having to ask the waiter for a cup of coffee or tea each time.

Hotel was located in a good place. I'm quite upset with the hotel management because I had to change my flight and preponed it by one day. So I asked hotel to refund the 1 day that I am not staying, and they rejected (saying that I booked a nonrefundable room). Yes I did thinking I will not have to change my date. This was a business trip and I had emergency, plus in this environment, changes can be done. In the end hotel took money for 1 day that I did not stay. I travel globally and never faced this kind of unprofessinalism before. So be careful when you book a room in this hotel, in case you might need to change (and if you booked a nonrefundable room) no way you will get your money.

The staff was amazing from the receptionist Houssem to the chef concierge Adel and every single person was fantastic and super helpful. The hotel was beautiful and very well designed and decorated and situated in a great area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

J’aurais donné excellent partout si on n’avait pas eu une désagréable expérience avec le réceptionniste du soir. Autant pendant la journée Khadija était exceptionnelle (humainement et professionnellement) autant le soir on avait envie d’emballer nos affaires et de partir, le réceptionniste a demandé qu’on le paie à 23h passé alors qu’on venait lui demander des médicaments et de la façon la plus impolie qui soit. Franchement aucun professionnalisme.

Hôtel très beau Magnfique vu piscine intérieur chauffe Magnfique! Mais problème au niveau de la nourriture impossible de consommé de la nourriture de l’extérieur dans l’hôtel! Plus vérification des affaires à chaque entrée dans l’hôtel on dirait des animaux ! Demande une réservations d’une semaine dans une chambre avec baignoire, arriver sur place chambre avec douche avec aucune autre chambre baignoire disponible ! Sinon hôtel très beau avec jolie vu! L’hotel est luxueux Chambre propre et excellente nourriture Par contre le service n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoile. Le personnel est excellent mais leur nombre est insuffisant pour répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients surtout au restaurant l’attente est longues au buffet du matin.
