Property was in a great location with a receptionist to help with check-in and any questions about the area. A/C did not work however. My bed was extremely uncomfortable and firm. There were two indents on each side of the bed and (with what felt like) a metal bar in the middle.

Position is fabulous. Close to all major attractions. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise and the apartment did not disappoint. Reception manned until 7pm and always friendly and helpful. Small kitchen allowed us to stay in if we chose. Highly recommend this accommodation.

Lot noise at morning! Elevator out of service! Need go to 6 floor . No Ac . Front desk was nice and friendly.

Location was good for our needs. Property is quite run down. Insisted I use an App and then the App didn't work, confusing timings from text messages and the App about being able to check in. No air conditioning is a big issue for a property in this price point.

The kitchen was equipped for limited cooking. There was an oven/microwave combo but the microwave was difficult to use. We were able to heat up food but we certainly couldn’t cook a meal . The room was clean . Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the neighborhood and easy access to Green Park tube and buses .

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable! The kitchenette is tricky.. could not figure out the oven and stovetop without help. The only negative was that no one was on duty for my 4:00 pm arrival.

These rooms are wonderful. Its like a home from home. Very competitively priced too. Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. We stay in this part of London (Mayfair) quite a bit, and hotel rooms are expensive and often small, which isnt relaxing. These rooms are like being in your own apartment. A large lounge with wall TV, sofa, table & chairs; bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. There's a king-size bed with Egyptian Cotton linen; fluffy white towels; a full array of teas, coffees & fresh milk in the fridge. Yes, due to the age of the building, there is a tiny lift with a metal gate closure, which is really quaint. Other guests have complained about it being tiny and impractical, but it is in perfect working order, and represents the age & character of the building. Definitely better than walking the stairs up 5 floors! The decor in the bedroom is a little dated, but the other positives more than make up for it. Very clean, spacious and homely. Loved it and would book again.

The location is perfectly situated next to our favorite Shepard Market neighborhood with many lovely restaurants and pubs nearby. The unit was nicely appointed with a small balcony overlooking Curzon Street. Unfortunately the elevator was not working. It was not a problem since we were moved to the first floor. My only complaint is that the internet connection was very slow and many times non-existent - particularly in the afternoon when we needed to do a little work online. Oh, and the pillows were rock hard. Otherwise a nice place.

The apartment was walking distance to lots of London attractions and so much food. We had a good stay. The apartment was comfortable but needed some work. I would stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for four nights and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Whether it was shopping centers, restaurants, or tourist hotspots, everything was just a stone's throw away. This allowed us to make the most of our limited time and explore the city effortlessly. The room itself exuded a cozy ambiance, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch, and we appreciated the attention to detail put into ensuring our comfort. We had a wonderful 6 night stay at this hotel! The location cannot be beat, in walking distance to green park tube line that connects to other major tube lines. making getting around very easy. If you don’t want to take the tube you are also in walking distance to most London landmarks! The hotel receptionists were very kind and helpful. We were given a beautiful one bedroom apartment (extremely greatful for this upgrade). It was very well designed with a living room facing the main road, a small kitchen with everything you would need on your trip, with the exception of cutlery. The bedroom was at the back with a very large bathroom next to it. This room was more than anything I could have expected or wished for. Housekeeping came daily and always left coffee for the next day! I thought the « older » design was very charming and made me feel like I was in London. The only negative I would say and really would not deter me from booking here again was that it can be noisy on the Main Street. Luckily due to the layout of the apartment this never interfered with sleeping, but it could be an issue for the studio apartments. Great little shops and restaurants close by and having a Tesco at the corner was a huge bonus! We got all of our breakfast items there! If I am ever in London again I will not hesitate to stay here again and I have already recommended it to family that will travel soon to London.

It’s weird..I missed this property after we left it. It felt like I had a cute lil English flat from back in time. There’s an old caged elevator, the windows slide open for fresh air, it’s old but comfy and felt like home. I have 4 stars because the floor was lumpy, a bit weird. But overall- I loved it.

A short walk to various transport options and generally very good central location. The bedroom is a the back so for such a location relatively quiet. Generally well thought out and practical. A return visit for us and one to consider again for our next visit.

Very nice small apartment in Mayfair. Only complaint is the noise from nearby work started very early in the morning.

Perfect for a central London stay, close to everything. Apartment could do with a make over but this did no affect our stay, and would stay again.

A lovely building with gorgeous and spacious apartments. 2-3 minutes walk away from St. James Park and Hyde Park. Lots of cafes along the same street the building is on and a Tesco’s store virtually a few doors down on the corner and open early and stays open very late. A fantastic and classy place, lovely and helpful staff on the front desk. The bed and bathroom is great. We highly recommend this place!

A great area - close to tube. Alot of business men and women, so many places to eat. The place is in an old building and has been renovated. Not a new or 5 star hotel, but quaint and cozy. Twin beds or king, excellent shower and hot water!! Old lift that is enchanting.

Staff was great. Wonderful location. Easy walk to tube. Nice place to come back to after a long day of seeing the sights. Very close to Buckingham Palace.
