Renaissance Zurich Tower Hotel

The hotel is perfectly located near the tram and train, and I enjoyed the lovely sauna and fitness room. The staff was also friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was good and had nearby metro or tram to everywhere We had access to lounge and some food all the day and coffee The staff where nice and helpful The bed and pillows so comfortable

Property is very close to a train station. Too bad they didnt show me how to get there when I got off the train. They say they have a work out room, would have been nice if they had told me about it and when i tried to get in I couldn't. Day two, they gave me a map, would have been nice to get that day one too.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our stay in Zurich. I liked the location. It was less than 15 mins drive from airport and less than 15 mins from old town Zurich. The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. If I had to say anything negative, it would be parking. The parking spaces are limited. You can still park in front of the hotel in non parking spaces but at your own risk. We parked in front of the hotel despite the staff telling us not to, our car was not towed or fine. The restaurant at the hotel was nice but had very very limited options for vegetarians. I don't think paying for breakfast buffet was a good idea. The breakfast is the same everyday with very limited options. Overall, I would pick this location in Zurich again.

Tired coming from LA. Staff were nice and friendly. Im hyped up with the steam and sauna room. Gym was excellent but didnt have time to workout out!

Um es kurz zu machen. Bademäntel für die Sauna haben Löcher und zum Teil sind die Schlaufen gerissen. Diverse Einrichtungsgegenstände defekt. Der Schlauch für kaltes Wasser konnte nicht in die Halterung gesteckt werden und liegt auf dem Boden. Das Personal ist wenig freundlich. Zum Teil stehen Mitarbeiter am Empfang ohne Halle zu sagen oder jemanden zu bedienen. Wartezeit beim Check in …. Länger habe ich noch nie gewartet. Im Zimmer viele Schönheitsfehler die repariert werden sollten. Während unserem Aufenthalt waren sehr viele Reisegruppen in diesem Hotel untergebracht. Ich denke das Hotel ist durch diese Buchungen betriebsblind geworden. Es wird nicht mehr darauf geachtet das der Gast sich wohl fühlt und das Hotel dem Preis entsprich, da die Reisegruppen sowieso buchen. Ein Tipp an alle die hier buchen wollen. Schaut euch das 25hours an. 300 Meter von diesem Hotel entfernt. Sauna viel besser . Service um Längen besser. Restaurant vom feinsten. Und das für die die Hälfte des Preises.

No ice for 175+ rooms! Terrible phone and room service communication…. Request for towels forgotten once… Nice people… Don’t always understand English…

Stayed at the executive suite! Beautiful large rooms and bathrooms! Premium Bedding - Access to club lounge with Breakfast buffet and free snack and evening drinks! Highly recommended. Do try the next door Asian or Thai Restaurant Aangour!

Definitely not 5 star, I would say high 3 to 4 star, - All staff helpful and friendly, they try their best - Cleaning could be better though, reception area could do with a clean and update, dust, fingermarks on back of computers on display etc., If your gong to have a large book art display in lobby then keep it tidy and intact, please don't brush off food residue from the dining tables on the floor! - Hotel needs updating in public area, carpets definitely need changing in all hallways, painting and decorating needed on walls, brightening the atmosphere around hotel as its dark and dull, the rooms are ok but bathrooms need attention to decor also, outdated interior - AC is rationed as the country try to reach net zero, not great when your on holiday and can't breath in the humidity!, so AC is obviously limited in public areas, perhaps they need to focus on using less plastic etc., and explore other ways to reduce carbon footprint, poor staff sweating in hot restaurants etc ! - Tourists are told AC not working, they must think tourists are stupid...perhaps they should warn tourists before we visit the country! - Birds enter hotel lobby, roam freely in dining breakfast area doors left open, I informed the staff they seemed to accept it was normal, flies and insects buzzing around breakfast buffet too, sitting on the food, awful really, I could not eat there, very poor if they think they are 5 or even 4 star, I don't expect that in a one star hotel. - Hotel management need to

Wir waren am Abend in der Maag Halle an einem Konzert. Das Hotel eignet sich ausgezeichnet für eine Übernachtung, da es nur wenige Minuten entfernt liegt! Wir wurden an der Rezeption sehr freundlich empfangen, das Zimmer war gross und sehr sauber, das Frühstück ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Zimmer; bequeme Betten; freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal; Parkplätze und hervorragendes Frühstück.

It was a really good experience for our family! Service was excellent! Everybody at the desk was helpful and kind! Breakfast was really good! We stayed in the recently renovated room, it was clean and nice! Highly recommend the hotel!

No AC in the property! Swiss government rules apparently. Pillows not good enough for the price and rating. Room dirty in various places.

O quarto grande moderno, elegante e muito confortável. Estadia incrível o atendimento da recepção foi ótimo. café da manha maravilhoso, e um ótimo restaurante. Era aniversario da minha esposa e ela ganhou chocolate e bolo da equipe do hotel. Super indico.

Sauber, ansprechende Einrichtung, große Frühstücksauswahl, nettes Personal, hervorragende Lage für Events im Stadion Letzigrund, einziges Manko war ein miserables Sofabett im Familienzimmer. Bei einem Zimmer für 4 Personen sollten alle 4 ein anständiges Bett haben… die Nacht war die Hölle!

Très bon accueil, mise à disposition d'une très grande chambre ultra spacieuse, très bon niveau, belle literie, très calme. Très bonne situation pratique pa rapport à notre lieu de réunion.

An unpleasant and incomprehensible experience at all, we arrived at the hotel, booked through Hotels.com and paid in full. We were charged upon arrival at the hotel again and when I went to inquire I was charged again, meaning I paid 3 times by credit card, if you hadn't noticed the charge would have remained I'm still waiting for a refund in the hope that it will be refunded

The hotel is in an area about 10 minutes from downtown Zurich which was easily accessible by tram which is a block away. The room accommodations and property were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The staff was pleasant, professional and accommodating. Upon check-in, we were offered water and provided with a local map indicating transportation and nearby dining options. Another rep was helpful in assisting me to print out a voucher needed for a tour when the hotel's sole guest computer wasn't functioning. Following departure, my request for my final charges was promptly answered as well as follow up regarding a lost item. They even called me from Zurich to discuss potentially shipping the item which I consider going above and beyond in customer service.

The property has shown a lack of integrity and has destroyed client trust. I was unable to check in due to an accident that occurred within 24 hours of arrival. I reached out to the property for assistance — at first, they were polite and advised me to contact the booking channel. However, when I followed their guidance, my request was rejected, and I was charged in full. This experience demonstrated no empathy, no customer service, and no act of kindness during a difficult situation. I plan to visit Zurich again, but certainly not at this hotel.

While located near to a train stop, it was not 'easy' to find. But the hotel was great.

The property is located in a business zone, but is near to several restaurants. It is conveniently located near the train station. the staff were informative about what amenities are available and provided assistance when needed.

Love the location in relation to the trains! Very easy to access.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

Hotel stay was fine, breakfast was below average. I would not recommend having breakfast there.

Such a great location! Short walk to the train station and so easy to get all around Zürich and other parts of Switzerland. Not far from the airport, restaurants and other conveniences. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent club and restaurant. Breakfast buffet was great! Safe, clean and very enjoyable!
