The location of this hotel is very good. The low rating is because the room we booked was not ready when we arrived (family room). We stayed in a smaller room the first night but had to really talk a lot to make them adjust our bill to show the smaller room. They did prepare the larger room the next day. One of the two heaters did not work, so they supplied a portable heater that worked well. . They also ran my card from my info online although I had requested to pay in person. Not a problem for us, but highly unprofessional. On the good side, the hot water was great.

It was weird that they gave me a dirty room until i asked if they could clean it. Then i left a tip for the cleaning lady and she cleaned the room a lot better after tipping the first time. Friendly staff but a bit sleek in that way.
