Very nice moderate price hotel. Rooftop restaurant very nice. Buffet breakfast generous

Nice hotel and vety clean spacious room. The area around the hotel is not the greatest. Not many dining options once walking outside the hotel. Great acoustic music on roofdeck but ONLY on Sat nights. On Friday night VERY LOUD music with a band playing volume unnecessarily too high.

As a hotel within the city, it is impressive! It is clean, comfortable & felt luxurious for its location. The rooftop bar was such a plus, and worth going to.

We enjoyed our stay at Harolds, the hotel staff were great and my daughter was extremely pleased with the great Mocktails created by Christian at the Roof Deck. We were at the hotel during the earth quake, and I would like to compliment the staff on the professional manner in which they conducted themselves and ensured the safety of all guests.

Room space was excellent and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast and Bar was excellent. The hotel location was accessible to anywhere in the city. Whenever we are in Cebu we always go back to this hotel.

I had a couple of issues with the staff there not communicating things properly. Specifically, I had asked the front desk staff about the closest pharmacy. The staff said they would go get the medicine for me, but I was left waiting with no update, until I finally checked on it about an hour later. Turns out, it's against hotel policy to go run an errand like that. Completely understandable, but as soon as they were told they could not follow through on what they told me they would do, I should have been informed so I could go get the medicine I needed for myself. This was the biggest issue I had. If you stay here, you have to go enjoy the roof top restaurant/bar. Sometimes, they have live music and it's a really nice experience, including great food and drinks.

Great hotel! The staff is the highlight as they are friendly, professional, and helpful. I walked most everywhere and felt safe day and night. Clean property and a great rooftop restaurant with a view of the city. Highly recommend.

Generally fine for the price range but there were two items that were non-negotionables for me. Towels were very old to the point where they looked gray instead of white. Idk how sanitary they were it was hard to tell. Also hotel staff did not replace them every day. Additionally there was an extremely foul smell like sulfur coming from the elevator and lobby that could have been due to maintenance. Definitely a budget hotel for those who withstand those items but I’d personally look for other properties.

Everyone was courteous and accomodating.Our room had a small leakage from the ceiling and the toilet was not flushing,my husband had to fix it so the water will fill up. Shower curtain was filthy.. Rooftop restaurant's food was a disappointment. However the supervisor that I've talked to about these issues was very attentive and thankful for the feedback.

Rommet var OK. Men badet var tydelig preget av slitasje og svarte fuger mellom fliser i og rundt dusj sonen generelt. Rommet hadde utpreget mugg lukt. Så mulig det var muggsopp på badet / rommet. Jeg er sensitiv till muggsopp så reagerte på det. Alt i slt forferdelig opplevelse. Syntes hotellet var dyrt med i hendhold til tilstanden. Lobbyen var fin og bar preg av eksklusivitet. Men det er det eneste positive. Klagde ikke til hotellet der og da siden vi bare skulle være der 1 natt uansett. Vi kommer ikke til å bestille dette hotellet igjen!

We stayed in a suite for two nights and it was exceptional thr experience. Friendly staff, spacious toom and super comfy bed. The only downside is the water is not quite hot, so we weren't able to take a hot bath after an exhausting day.

Its a very nice hotel. Itd be better if the shower was hotter and the rooms seem a bit old. However its only 4 blocks from Ayala. Its close to I.T. Park. Mango square is only about 70 pesos taci ride. The bed was super comfortable and the air con unit was awesome in the room.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was large and very clean. The food was delicious and well prepared and well presented. Merry Christmas!

従業員の方は皆さん非常に親切で良かった。 日曜日に宿泊したが、2階のパーティ会場で夜の10時頃まで爆音で演奏をしていた。部屋がちょうど3階だったので、会場にいるくらいの音量で早朝に予定があり、早く寝る場合は注意が必要。 （パーティは毎日はやっている訳ではないので運次第？？） ホテルの近くにあるHouse of Lechonが美味しかったです。

My stay with Harolds is pretty decent. I was a little bit disappointed because I booked a Superior Room, 1 King Bed but the room looked dated. The flooring near the desk was damaged and was a tripping hazard. The room did not have a blowdryer and hair conditioner which is what I believe to be a norm in hotels. The room was spacious enough to accommodate all my belongings and the AC was really cold, which is super ideal. Staff members were quick to respond to requests - very commendable. Also, the breakfast options were really good and tasty. Overall, it was a good experience and I will consider Harolds next time I visit Cebu.

The water was not hot and even after we informed them about it, it was not that hot, also the bath is very smooth and I also slid without soap and miraculously nothing happened to me.

Room service was horrible and losts of issues with the wifi on the first day.

Everything was going so well. One of the bathroom glasses slipped out of my hand and broke. Such is life. Charged PHP 200. The desk clerk agreed that the charge was pathetic and childish but deployed the Nuremberg Defence "it's just my job". FWIW PHP 200 is ten times the retail cost of the item and this hotel is not cheap for the traveller. Petty and exploitative, but this is the Philippines.

Staff was very nice and accomodating, tended to all of our needs in a timely manner. The restaurant staff were also very nice to talk to.

Cenamos un pollo Inasal, chop suey y sisig de pescado y tres cervezas cada uno que no estaban muy frías a un precio de 119 pesos, mayor que hoteles de la misma o superior categoría, y dos daiquiris mango.La decisión de tomar cerveza caliente a ese precio fue nuestra y los platos estaban deliciosos. Dormimos estupendamente, la cama amplia y cómoda. Desayunamos bien. Al hacer la salida en la recepción una de las empleadas nos dijo que teníamos que esperar cinco minutos para comprobar la habitación. A los diez les dije que teníamos prisa pues teníamos que coger un vuelo, que no podíamos seguir esperando. A los quince me dice que la limpiadora ha encontrado algo y que debíamos pagar un cargo por ello. Me enseñó la foto de una toalla con una mancha que parecía de excremento. Le dije que no sabía que era esa mancha pero que era la primera vez que intentaban cobrarme por ensuciar una toalla. Bajó la señora de la limpieza con la toalla y la recepcionista hacía ademán de entregármela para que se la pagara. Me negué a que me cobraran la toalla y que, si querían que llamaran a la policia, que les hacía responsables de la pérdida de nuestros vuelos. Me dijo que había avisado al manager del hotel, en esto el grab que habíamos pedido no paraba de enviarme mensajes de que se iba.Le dije a la rececionista que no podíamos seguir esperando ahora al manager. Nos contestó no teníamos que pagar nada pero que la próxima vez nos aseguráramos que en las toallas no quedaban manchas. No volveremos!

部屋も清潔で、周辺には歩いて行ける範囲で、レストラン多数。コンビニもすぐそばで便利。 駐車場も広くて良い。 お湯の温度が低いのが残念。 朝ごはんのビュッフェも美味しそうではあったが他に食べに出てしまい食べることは無かった。

Had an awesome stay at Harold Evotel. We stayed 4 nights at the suite room and find it very comfortable, quiet and spacious for 3 people. They provide most toiletries from razors, toothbrushes to cotton buds which i find very helpful when traveling.AC works well. Room well lit when needed with couple of full body mirrors Located in a very convenient location and walkable to ayala mall. Taxis readily available. Staff were all extremely helpful. Special mention to Honey Jade-Reservations Assistant who’s been very prompt in answering emails for all my questions. Breakfast buffet was delicious with very courteous and attentive staff with manager I believe checking if everything is okay. I can’t remember their names but I can’t single out as they were all very attentive. Front desk staff, bell man very all very pleasant and helpful. Thank you Harold Evotel for an amazing stay.

Property is ok. The area around isn’t great as the walk to Ayala is still 15 minutes away. A lot of traffic around.

The staff was as helpful as any place I have stayed in the Philippines. The rooftop restaurant and bar have limited food options, but the one meal we had there was very good, with excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also limited and some of the food was cold. The rooms were good.

The only downside was the breakfast, not too much options, I hope they can improve this. Overall, it was a perfect staycation. Highly commended the staff and the free Sinulog tshirt!
