Staff reception was cordial, but for $400+ a night, the cleanliness and amenities just weren't up to par—even the remote cabins on the island are cleaner. As a former manager, I get local pricing, but the quality here didn't match the rate. I’d appreciate management reaching out to discuss a partial refund.

Overall fine, but very far from the pictures on the site. Not an accurate representation of the rooms or overall vibe. It’s a small inn off the street. Zero views from the rooms, just staring into a wall. Can absolutely not see the ocean. Very small rooms. Tiny bathrooms.

Quite clean and well kept. The air con took us a second to figure out but cooled down the room really fast. Also the doors and outside could be heard in the room.

Room was small, no closet. Room was stuffy when we checked in, but after we turned on the AC it took about 5-10 minutes to get the room comfortable. We had a problem with the Gnats in the room. I think you call them drainage Gnats. We complained about them to the front desk and they said they would take care of them but that never happened. Carpet was quite dirty; my wife had some white sock slippers on walking around the room and the bottoms of them were quite dirty from the carpet. The hotel is about a 10-15min walk from the ferry dock and is located a block away from all the shops and restaurants which was nice.
