Executive Inn And Suites

I was assigned room 222 tucked away in a corner enclave. Besides the usual air leaks around the door and a/c it was ok..however the wifi signal was so poor I connected but had no Internet access. I stepped outside and I had a good signal. Stepped back inside and no signal so I went to the office. You have to communicate thru the window because they don't allow guests into the lobby. Doors are always locked. The lady said there is no problem with the wifi and too bad. I asked for another room. No more rooms. All full. I disagreed because there were only a few cars in the parking lot. Makes no difference. No more rooms. I asked for my money back and I'll go elsewhere. No. Take that up with who I made the reservation with. I'm getting nowhere and being treated like a fool here. Another lady appeared and they spoke a different language and suddenly another room is available. Wow... I took the room and got my work done on the Internet. Left the next day and I'll not be returning nor will I ever stay with Executives Inn and Suites again. I was lied to about no other room and treated like a fool. Not even an apology. She wouldn't even check the Internet access in room 222 herself to investigate the wifi lack of signal problem.

First im so upset because I didn't stay where i was at because you guys had me booked in Texas while im in Florida i had to pay for my room in Marianna Fl in never got my money back from the error you guys made from Texas i would rather have another night at The Executive Inn in Marianna Fl please it's only fair

Rooms clean and quiet property is quiet and peaceful a lot of stores and food options around

Loved it

Room was big but no closet. I found the towel bar rod behind the dresser and the toilet paper holder was missing too. The coffee came out brown water. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Low noise on the weekend but Monday morning we could hear a lot of road noise early.
