Classic Inn is by far one of the best budget hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was quick, taking no more than five minutes, and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, and all the sheets and towels smelled amazing. Our only complaint during this stay was the ice machine not working in our building, but it wasn’t a big deal. Another thing we noticed was the disability parking spot is a little too tight and could benefit from being expanded a little bit to make it more accessible. Overall, we feel extremely satisfied with what we got for our money. When we come back, we will stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Adorable little hotel for the traveler who is not looking for all of the extras and wants to save money. The room that I stayed in was a double queen bed room, the room was massive! Probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I ever stayed in! The only downfalls, extremely limited electric outlets in the room, and tight parking, especially if you are handicapped or driving a large vehicle. You are in the middle of accessing everything and anything that you can in the area. The hotel is only a half a mile away from the outlets, as well as Dutch Wonderland. I particularly enjoyed staying here due to the lack of noise from children, and not being able to hear noise above me.

The outside of the 2 buildings was unimpressive, but our 2 queen bed room was huge, nicely decorated, and well-equipped with desk & chair, dresser, table with 2 upholstered chairs, microwave, and fridge with freezer. There were no nightstands, but there was a large low table with shelf and drawer that could be pulled next to one bed or the other. The sink with good - sized counter was in the bedroom. There was an unexpected grab bar in the tub/shower combo, which we appreciated. The towels were thick, and linens were changed every day. There were chairs and benches outside the rooms, as well as a little picnic area. The only negatives were that there were no USB ports, limited plugs near the beds, no parking outside our rear room (although the walk was about average) and the door was a bit tricky to open at first. The price was very reasonable (less booked online through Expedia) and we plan to stay here on our next trip.

Does not have many amenities, such as pool, breakfast, etc, but the beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, and staff is very friendly. It was perfect for our short stay and we would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet and overall value for the price. The office smelled strong like cigarettes, which made me feel uneasy at first. However, I was relieved once I got to the room as it was clean and had no smell. Convenient location, really close to Dutch Wonderland. High traffic area, but could not tell once in the room.

Wonderful family owned business. The man who met me at checkin was very nice and helpful. He had called me just a few hours prior to us areiving to find out when we would be checking in and let me know what time someone would be in the office. Our room was spacious and very clean. It is a dated establishment but we found it to be part of the charm. The bathroom was very clean as well. The beds were a bit more firm than we are used to but that is a hit or miss no matter where you stay. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and Dutch Wonderland. Very reasonable rates. We have stayed here one time before and in looking at the many places to stay for one night, decided to come back as we loved it the first time we came. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much for the hospitality.

I booked based on reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The location was convenient to resturants and shopping. The room was clean and the shower was hot. There was a small microwave and refrigerator. Since there wasn't breakfast i would have liked a coffee maker in the room. I will stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

The property was clean and not overly priced. The worst thing was getting in late from concert and being suddenly awakened at approximately 3 in the morning by a trash truck picking up and grinding trash. Scared us to death sounded like a plane was landing in our room.Then couldn't go back to sleep and kept hearing all the trucks on the highway. Very noisy.

My experience was a good one. Especially for the price. The front desk person was kind and check in was smooth. the room was clean and sheets were too. The room we got was very spacey (2beds). The only think is that it couple use a bit of updating. We stayed in Lancaster, PA for one night and we will probable stay here again if we stay in Lancaster.

Overall, we feel extremely satisfied with what we got for our money. When we come back, we will stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

Classic Inn is by far one of the best budget hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The check-in process was quick, taking no more than five minutes, and the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and polite. The room was clean, and all the sheets and towels smelled amazing. Our first time staying here. They were very accommodating and leaving us a key in the mailbox since we did not get in until 1:30 AM. Room was clean and comfortable and check out was easy.

This property was perfect for what we wanted - good reviews with just the basics (since we hardly spent any time at the hotel, we just wanted a place to sleep and have our own space while visiting with family who lived very close by). We blew a fuse in the bathroom trying to plug in a nightlight(???), but that was taken care of easily and quickly the next morning when I called the front desk.

The staff were very friendly and super understanding about my fiancé having his service animal. We wound up staying longer than we anticipated but they were very accommodating and the room was very clean and quiet.

On a business trip of 4 days and happy I selected Classic Inn. Front office staff was very professional and friendly and obviously take pride in the facilty. The property is well cared for and accommodating. Will be my go to place on future travel to the area as well as recommending to friends and associates.

I liked the fact that the vanity area and showeer/toilet are not visible from the front door. A couple of the outlets didn't work, but the management and staff were so friendly and accomodation that I can't complain! Will definitely stay there again!

Adorable little hotel for the traveler who is not looking for all of the extras and wants to save money. The room that I stayed in was a double queen bed room, the room was massive! Probably one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I ever stayed in! The only downfalls, extremely limited electric outlets in the room, and tight parking, especially if you are handicapped or driving a large vehicle. You are in the middle of accessing everything and anything that you can in the area. The hotel is only a half a mile away from the outlets, as well as Dutch Wonderland. I particularly enjoyed staying here due to the lack of noise from children, and not being able to hear noise above me.

Clean, quiet and overall value for the price. The office smelled strong like cigarettes, which made me feel uneasy at first. However, I was relieved once I got to the room as it was clean and had no smell. Convenient location, really close to Dutch Wonderland. High traffic area, but could not tell once in the room.

The property was clean and not overly priced. The worst thing was getting in late from concert and being suddenly awakened at approximately 3 in the morning by a trash truck picking up and grinding trash. Scared us to death sounded like a plane was landing in our room.Then couldn't go back to sleep and kept hearing all the trucks on the highway. Very noisy.

The accommodations were vintage but were clean, comfortable and roomy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was central to several restaurants, shopping and close to the American Music Theater. We were able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and enjoyed a show at the American Music Theatre which was less than a mile from the hotel. We would recommend the Classic Inn and would definitely stay there again!

I booked based on reviews. I wasn't disappointed. The location was convenient to resturants and shopping. The room was clean and the shower was hot. There was a small microwave and refrigerator. Since there wasn't breakfast i would have liked a coffee maker in the room. I will stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

Large and spacious room. Good location. Would have been perfect if they had breakfast and in room coffee pot. Coffee was available in the lobby but the lobby didn’t open til 8:30 well after I am up and out for the day.

Ok listen, if you’re looking for an upscale resort room forget it. The room was big and clean. No coffee pot in room but had a fridge and microwave. If you want a hot beverage bring your own appliance. Soap and toilet cheap. Bring your own. We were only concerned about cleanliness. The bed was firm but sheets and blanket were clean and smelled of nice fresh bleach. Man at front desk was from the Bronx and he was a delight. They have Roku dedicated tvs which are a nightmare to figure out but the office staff was able to fix it for us. Coffee and hot tea available in office. So all said it’s a big clean room period and that’s fine with us.

The room generally appeared clean, but the room had a very musty smell and the bathroom smelled like they were trying to cover up an unpleasant odor with strong cleaning chemicals. The musty smell was mostly resolved by leaving the door and window open and running the AC on high for a while. Nothing helped the bathroom odor.
