Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT. We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!

We stayed at the Cliff Hotel for 4 nights recently and really enjoyed out visit. The property is extremely unique-taking advantage of the beautiful natural landscape on the coastline to enhance the guests' use of the water and land. We saw dolphins and a ray right out front and the sunsets were spectacular. Jumping off the cliff was a real treat and the snorkelling out front was satisfying. The staff are helpful and friendly and we felt well taken care of. The property is quiet and serene, so if you want a party scene go somewhere else. The ladies at the spa are well trained and provide very good treatments. The dishes in restaurant were tasty and portions were reasonable. Yes, of course we will return. Thank you Cliff Hotel Staff!

O hotel é perfeito. Para quem quer descansar e aproveitar o local recomendo muito. Além da piscina de água doce, há uma piscina com água salgada, simplesmente maravilhosa. O serviço de bar também é muito bom e o restaurante oferece um jantar sensacional.

Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again.

Property is gorgeous. Boutique feel with great service. Food was excellent. Cliff location was unique. Gym needs updating and is small. Pools are great. Great bar. Have to drive everywhere as streets not safe for walking.

Loved the location, the cliffs to jump off of, the life guards were very watchful and readily available. The property was always very clean, even though I did not see any trash cans around. The staff so nice and accommodating. Will definitely refer friends and family!

I came to Jamaica to celebrate my 40th birthday with friends and we all had an amazing time at The Cliff Hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant, and they even went out of their way to make a happy birthday sign with a Prosecco for my friends and I to celebrate. The property was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. And the sunset view was unforgettable. I would definitely come back and stay again.

Very beautiful and lovely property. Very clean and spacious and relaxing. Amazing staff and excellent service. The only thing that could make this any more exceptional would be if they became All Inclusive however I definitely will return next time with the crew

The hotel is beautiful, clean and updated. There could be 100 people there and it will feel like you’re the only one. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. My only tiny compliment is the pricing on food. It’s way overpriced for what you’re getting. You could drive down to Ivan’s (a restaurant at a different resort) get the exact same meal that is much more delicious, pay for cab fare to and from and still save $20. That’s the only thing they need to work on. We are our every lunch & dinner and ate breakfast out once but wish we had eaten breakfast away from the resort instead.

The Cliff Hotel is a gorgeous hotel! I loved everything about my stay! The staff is extremely kind and attentive and the facilities are spotless! Heads up, this is a very quiet hotel. I understand why some reviewers stated that it\'s "too quite"... so keep that in mind. For me, it was the perfect private, romantic stay for Valenite\'s Day!

Absolutely stunning property and vacation. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Superb food - not just good, superb - and far, far better than any of the standard Negril or MoBay resorts. Quite literally on a par with a 4-Seasons. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and fun - attention to detail is 2nd to none. We'll be back as soon as we can take the time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Cliff Hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful sunsets from the cocktail bar, great pool and spacious rooms. We ate out a lot and I highly recommend doing that if you’re comfortable doing so! So many fantastic local restaurants close by..

I LOVED this place. The property is just as beautiful as pictured and so relaxing. A nice contrast to a lot of the all-inclusive resorts that are typically busy and noisy. The staff is also so nice and welcoming. We met some amazing new friends and can’t wait until we visit again. Special thanks to Vernon and O’Neil for taking care of us!

One of the guests in our party had a wonderful massage by Carolyn at the spa that is partly outdoors where you can hear the sound of the waves - highly recommend this experience to anyone staying at the cliff hotel! One of us was celebrating a birthday and we were surprised with champagne and chocolates in the room - it was a touching gesture and we really appreciated it! Each and every staff member’s attentiveness to detail and care played a big role in making our stay so special - thank you!

The property is stunning and the staff is some of the friendliest I’ve met. It’s super quiet so if you’re looking to relax this is definitely the place for you. The chef was outstanding some of the best food we’ve had in Jamaica. Spa services were all good. My only criticism is that the price for food is a bit high and they will charge you for every glass of ice tea or whatever non alcoholic beverages you are drinking. It made a high end stay into a super expensive stay.

Fantastic property and rooms. Very friendly staff, good parking situation. A little further away from central Negril, and no beach access, but Seven Mile is reachable by car. Must be top notch and packed in the busy season. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. It is a bit far from all the actions in Negril and the taxi drivers try to fleece you. They demand exorbitant amounts for even a short drive. Please be mindful of this. I would kindly request the property to introduce a shuttle facility to at least Seven Mile beach either free of charge or at a reasonable price. This would definitely enhance the customer experience of staying at the Cliff Hotel. We had a very comfortable stay. Beautiful property and lovely views. Swimming in the ocean going down the ladder off the cliff was really an invigorating experience. Thank you Kayla at the front desk. You made our life easy. You are superb! Cheers!

My husband and I have traveled all over the world, and The Cliff Hotel is one of our favorite places we've ever stayed. Sitting at a lounge area on the cliffs will make you feel like you're at the edge of the earth, and you'll never want to leave. The rooms, grounds, staff, amenities, and food are all top-notch, and the peace and quiet of the setting is so restorative. We originally booked a hotel on Seven Mile Beach for our trip, and we debated whether or not to cancel that reservation and stay at The Cliff instead since we hear that the vibe on the beach is very different than on the cliffs; we kept our original reservation, and after one night there we realized we'd made a mistake and booked to spend the second half of our vacation at The Cliff Hotel. Arriving at The Cliff and ending our vacation here redeemed everything that went awry during the first half of our trip, and we are already looking at dates to return next winter. If you are wanting a peaceful, luxurious Caribbean getaway, look no further--this is heaven on earth.

Property is gorgeous. Boutique feel with great service. Food was excellent. Cliff location was unique. Gym needs updating and is small. Pools are great. Great bar. Have to drive everywhere as streets not safe for walking.

Absolutely peaceful and relaxing! The staff did their best to make comfortable. Cliff jumping was fun. Drinks were expensive. The property arranged for a driver whenever you needed on to take you to dinner or 7 mile beach. We will definitely stay at The Cliff Hotel again.

Loved the location, the cliffs to jump off of, the life guards were very watchful and readily available. The property was always very clean, even though I did not see any trash cans around. The staff so nice and accommodating. Will definitely refer friends and family!

Excellent getaway for my wife and I. The restaurant is excellent and we enjoyed many different breakfast, lunch and dinner experiences. They had top notch bartenders and we recommend the swim up pool bar with Dino and LT. We already plan on coming back and bringing friends. This is the best place to stay in Negril!

We stayed at the Cliff Hotel for 4 nights recently and really enjoyed out visit. The property is extremely unique-taking advantage of the beautiful natural landscape on the coastline to enhance the guests' use of the water and land. We saw dolphins and a ray right out front and the sunsets were spectacular. Jumping off the cliff was a real treat and the snorkelling out front was satisfying. The staff are helpful and friendly and we felt well taken care of. The property is quiet and serene, so if you want a party scene go somewhere else. The ladies at the spa are well trained and provide very good treatments. The dishes in restaurant were tasty and portions were reasonable. Yes, of course we will return. Thank you Cliff Hotel Staff!

The food could be a little more authentic. But everything else was great. Maybe also advise your guests the service charge on every bill is the tip given to the staff so that your guest does not feel obligated to tip on every bill.

Absolutely stunning property and vacation. Quiet, comfortable rooms. Superb food - not just good, superb - and far, far better than any of the standard Negril or MoBay resorts. Quite literally on a par with a 4-Seasons. Staff is wonderful, friendly, and fun - attention to detail is 2nd to none. We'll be back as soon as we can take the time!

The hotel is beautiful, clean and updated. There could be 100 people there and it will feel like you’re the only one. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. My only tiny compliment is the pricing on food. It’s way overpriced for what you’re getting. You could drive down to Ivan’s (a restaurant at a different resort) get the exact same meal that is much more delicious, pay for cab fare to and from and still save $20. That’s the only thing they need to work on. We are our every lunch & dinner and ate breakfast out once but wish we had eaten breakfast away from the resort instead.

We had a positively wonderful stay at the Cliff Hotel. We hated to leave the property as it was so nice. Julian, our butler, was absolutely the best! She was so attentive and helped us arrange transportation, meals, etc. And she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with special touches. My only suggestion might be to add a more casual type snack bar to grab a sandwich and a coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was perfect!

From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was special. The owner personally welcomed us, and the doorman was sweet—honestly, everyone working here was topnotch. They take care of everything you need. The Welcome & Dining: We checked in early & offered wine upon arrival, and dinner at the restaurant was yum—tasty food with a stunning ocean view. The restaurant attracts international travelers; we met guests from Spain and France stopping by for lunch, which added to the atmosphere. The Room & Amenities: Our room was large & clean with comfortable beds and a balcony perfect for sitting in a swing. Don't worry too much about booking an ocean-view room—ours had one, but the cliff-side umbrella and chair setup is so good that you can always walk down to the ocean and sit there. The fridge was large enough to hold all our snacks and special food items we brought from home, and the staff even offered to store anything needing cold storage in their kitchen. The turndown service was amazing, and the WiFi worked. Location & Activities: The hotel is quiet and is on the quieter end of Negril but close to everything—an easy walk to restaurants, Rick's Café, and lots of great shopping. The place isn't full of loud events, parties, and music, but you're near all kinds of things when you want them. There's an amazing pool good for toddlers and a great gym for getting some exercise. Thoughtful Service:Lifeguards on duty support you if you feel a little worried about jumping in the sea

We spent 2 days in Negril. The hotel is in good condition ad the staff were superb. The waitress sering us breakfast was exceptional she went out her way to serve us. The food isa bit pricey but we enjoyed it.
