James Place Inn Bed and Breakfast

Sean and Charlie, the owners, do an amazing job. The James Place Inn is cozy and quaint. Located just a 5 minute walk from the outlets and shopping, it was the perfect place for us. We spent the day locally and exploring, and could also get to the lakes and the coast for a scenic drive and walking trails. The room was meticulously clean with welcome candy and water in the room. We utilized the outdoor fire pit every night we were there. That was my favorite as we bypassed our camping trip this year. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. I think it was her favorite part of waking up,…not sure what Sean was going to make, but knew ot was going be perfect. We stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved it. We can’t wait to come back and see where you two take this place. Great stay all around. Keep up the amazing work. It’s gonna pay off. Chris and Jen

Our stay was wonderful! Shawn was amazing. The room was great and the breakfast spectacular. The location is super convenient to downtown. We will be back!

James Place is beyond charming. Beautiful historical home, impeccably kept. Rooms are furnished with everything you need and are spotless. Hosts are so accommodating -and the homemade breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely recommend.
