When we chekcin , the room has very bad smell so , we request to change room . The bed sheet has hair on it . Ground has small trash didn't clean well. The next morning, staffs cleaning are noisy, talking and use walkie talkie loudly as well

Room is ok, air con works alright. The hot spring pool for the spa and swim is excellent. A good place to relax and free ur pressure.

We had an impromptu overnight stay from Taipei and found this place on the Expedia app. The place was very clean, the staff very solicitous, the breakfast buffet was inexpensive and delicious. Best of all, my family absolutely loved the pools.

We didn’t plan for a trip to Yilan. It was a last minute decision, and I’m glad we chose this hotel. It’s a nice place to spend a night.
