Very nice property and room was nice. A bit strange with the TV inside a very low cabinet but that is OK. Surrounding area is nice. Good breakfast. Only negative for me at least is that there is no pool or exercise room. Otherwise a very nice place.

If you are looking for a getaway that resembles a stay in an Italian villa, then this is it! Beautiful views of the vineyard await you, gorgeous room, and 5 minute drive to the tasting room and all downtown Paso has to offer. Breakfast at the property is excellent and Sunday brunch offers a more expanded menu, all included in the price. Best of all, we were able to bring our dog (for a small fee)and morning walks on the vineyard trails were a highlight. We even had the vineyard cat come to say hello,

The rooms and property are elegant and really nice. The check in started with a bit of hesitation to check us in prior to 3pm with a suggestion to drive into downtown which is a fair distance for a tasting. Kinda odd that a tasting is not available at the property but we had plenty of wineries anyways we were headed to during the week. We were granted an earlier check in which was nice from the new FD gal. We did end up visiting the downtown tasting room later in the week and enjoyed the wine as well. The property seemed to only have a dining room for breakfast which was decent but that was it. Overall really nice place especially if you really want solitude.

The site is gorgeous! The architecture is breathtaking and the grounds are well kept. It was quiet, peaceful, and we took a very nice walk.The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi! Yes, the jacuzzi in the very spacious bathroom. The on-site breakfast was elegantly set up, the food was very good and the staff attentive and polite. A gorgeous site to have an event. We only wished the wine tasting would have been on-site and that they would have an on-site restaurant since surroundings are very dark at night.

We booked this room for an impromptu stay in Paso. The suite was spacious with great views of the vineyards. A delicious breakfast was included with our stay, as well as a complimentary tasting in downtown Paso. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful winery. The room was amazing but housecleaning could be better. Spiderwebs on the outside of the windows and wine bottle left on the balcony from the previous occupants.

Such a beautiful property and a peaceful stay. Feels like your own little private villa in the Italian countryside. Service was excellent, everything was really clean and we had everything we needed. The only surprise was that we expected there to be wine tasting on site, however, their tasting room is actually located downtown—but that was our mistake for not doing our research. I’ve seen a couple reviews complaining of the AC not working but ours was perfect the whole time and kept it really cool when it was in the 90s outside! Overall it was a really perfect and restful stay.

Breakfast was not good at all. Few options and those available didn’t taste good. Drip coffee out of a carafe. Seemed like a chore to staff to get syrup for the crepes. Several pincher bugs in the room. Front desk staff not cordial or helpful. All very surprising for a hotel at this price point. Room size was amazing but that was about it.

I’ve stayed at this property many years and have always given 5 stars for everything but the past 2 times we’ve been noticing that the bathrooms are not clean, we are missing toiletries, the TV doesn’t work, there is no onsite dining which is very inconvenient because of the location and the breakfast has gotten to be very minimal with almost nothing to eat for vegetarians. I waited to try one more time before writing this review and after having seen these conditions during 2 visits, I am writing this. Very disappointing as it’s my favorite place with the best views!

The property is beautiful. I think that the bonus in the rooms is the little balcony overlooking the winery and ours was pretty dusty which was disappointing. The breakfast is very good and staff is accommodating. If there was room service that would be a highlight and make it really nice.

We love this property and have stayed there many times. We love that they are pet friendly and there is plenty of areas to walk the dogs. The morning breakfasts are exceptional and the chef Mike is amazing. The vineyard and sunrise views from the balcony are breath taking. The rooms are well appointed. However we stayed in the Muscat Suite this time and I have to say that the mattress is in definite need of replacement. The bed was squeaky and the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Everything else was 5 stars.

What a special place. Photos online do not do it justice. Stayed in the Nebbiollo Suite, which was just amazing. The bathroom was huge! With only 8 suites and no event, it was really quiet and peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was great, with lots of options. Pancakes made upon request. Just a short drive into town.

The room was huge as was the bathroom. The courtyard was really really cute. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I think the only negative I have to say about this place was that the AC was super loud when it kicks on and always startles me-but luckily I am a deep sleeper. And the mattress was not all that comfortable-but didn’t really bother me for the 1 night stay.

Beautiful property with lovely rooms and an excellent breakfast. However, the only downside was the noise from a machine that woke us up multiple times. Our room was located above the laundry room, and we kept hearing loud machine noises throughout the night, which disrupted our sleep.

Everything was so nice but when we were there in February and the spa was broken, we booked the room that day to enjoy the jacuzzi and when we called the front they called maintenance and didn’t reply back to us until my husband followed up a couple hours later. The breakfast was great. This was our second time at the winemakers villa and the first time we were there it was amazing!

The rooms and property are elegant and really nice. The check in started with a bit of hesitation to check us in prior to 3pm with a suggestion to drive into downtown which is a fair distance for a tasting. Kinda odd that a tasting is not available at the property but we had plenty of wineries anyways we were headed to during the week. We were granted an earlier check in which was nice from the new FD gal. We did end up visiting the downtown tasting room later in the week and enjoyed the wine as well. The property seemed to only have a dining room for breakfast which was decent but that was it. Overall really nice place especially if you really want solitude.

Breakfast was not good at all. Few options and those available didn’t taste good. Drip coffee out of a carafe. Seemed like a chore to staff to get syrup for the crepes. Several pincher bugs in the room. Front desk staff not cordial or helpful. All very surprising for a hotel at this price point. Room size was amazing but that was about it.

It was my birthday trip so I called twice to confirm our stay. Nobody replied to my call. When we arrived, they led us to a room in the corner on the first floor. The view was ok but definitely not their best choice. Not only there was nothing special to say about my special day, but also we were expecting a queen bed which turned out to be a much tighter smaller bed. We couldn't sleep well due to the size of the bed. The interior was good, not excellent. The bathroom was the best. Overall their service is a little cold and their choice for us was not good for my birthday at all. I was expecting a warmer and better stay overall.

Absolutely loved it here and can't wait to go back. Felt like I was transported to somewhere in Europe. The grounds are stunning and the rooms are amazing. I'm planning another stay in December. The staff was beyond helpful, so kind and just a pleasure to be around. We were the only ones who attended breakfast one day, and the chef cooked us up an amazing meal, truly the best breakfast potatoes I've ever had and made beef bacon for my partner (something he had never tried). Memorable experience and 10s across the board.

We were only in Paso Robles for one night. Very thankful that we came across CaliPaso winery. The woman at the front desk was amazing, the breakfast was fabulous, and we will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely stunning! Was like an Italian villa in the middle of wine country. The room had everything you could need, bathrooms were beautiful and the balcony! Feels like you are out in the middle of nowhere but it’s only 5 minutes from downtown paso. Will definitely be staying here again!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful. Convenient access to all things Paso Robles. Only minor issue was comfort of the mattress (which is often very personal). Would definitely stay again. A real gem.

Perfectly tucked away in a quiet, serene location while still just minutes from the heart of downtown—truly the best of both worlds. The mattress was a bit firm for my preference, but that was a small trade-off for such a cozy and welcoming space. And the breakfast? Loved the stay very quiet Friday night. The winery is away from town but not to far if you don't mind going out. Free extended breakfast was good, the staff was nice and professional and we were able to buy a bottle of wine to enjoy in our room. It would have been nice to have a option for entertainment or drinks at the winery on a Friday night it seems they have the ability but was not offered. The would be a plus being that the property is away from town. The room and property is beautiful I would stay there again and again. The price when I book was very reasonable for the quality of rooms.

What a special place. Photos online do not do it justice. Stayed in the Nebbiollo Suite, which was just amazing. The bathroom was huge! With only 8 suites and no event, it was really quiet and peaceful. The complimentary breakfast was great, with lots of options. Pancakes made upon request. Just a short drive into town.

I’ve stayed at this property many years and have always given 5 stars for everything but the past 2 times we’ve been noticing that the bathrooms are not clean, we are missing toiletries, the TV doesn’t work, there is no onsite dining which is very inconvenient because of the location and the breakfast has gotten to be very minimal with almost nothing to eat for vegetarians. I waited to try one more time before writing this review and after having seen these conditions during 2 visits, I am writing this. Very disappointing as it’s my favorite place with the best views!

This was like a vacation home. The room was huge with a fireplace and a large bathroom with two sinks. We could sit at the balcony overlooking the vineyard sipping champagne. Generous complimentary breakfast also includes an egg station. Highly recommended!

Entering the villa was a bit confusing since the lobby isn’t located at the front. The place also felt very quiet—there were only two occupied rooms at the time, including ours. The water fountain wasn’t working, which added to the slightly empty atmosphere. Once we entered the room, we were impressed by how spacious and beautiful it was. The main reason I’m giving this a 3-star rating is the bed. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable—I could feel the springs all night and didn’t sleep well. The mattress definitely needs an update.
