Lots of parking available with an overflow field. Staff was nice and got me checked in quickly. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and the place was very quiet. Washer and dryer available downstairs area.

They only gave us one room key. There wasn’t an option to close to water for my boys to take a bath. Breakfast was just cereal we ate out. No hangers in the room to hang out coat. Not sure if we need to ask but we didn’t. We did stay for two nights. Traveling with young allergy kids I always brings towels and bedsheets. It closer to winter and there was no comforter just a couple layers of sheets. But this is very common in other hotel like best western. The parking lot is very open and spacious. I just wish my kids could had taken a bath and they gave us two keys rooms. We might come back again next year if the price is right.

This is an odd property located next to a car dealership. It’s odd in the fact that there’s no bedside lamps, only a spotlight above the bed. Also, no Kleenex and I found hair on the counter and in the bathroom that wasn’t ours. That’s when my opinion of the facility went down. Once you get away from the motel, the neighborhood looks rough. Someone dumped trash by our car that we had the pleasure of picking up the next morning. On the plus side, the front desk staff was very pleasant and had fresh fruit and coffee in the lobby. And, the room was quiet.

The pool didn’t look clean looked all cloudy…

Room had a very musty smell. We can hear the upstairs guests every move. The ice machine was not working and the pool was locked not to mention the stains on our blankets.

There was hair on the bedding, pool wasn’t heated and there was minor junk in the pool. But other than that, I liked my stay. I’m guessing this is still an off-season for the hotel since the pool wasn’t heated or cleaned 💯. There was someone random who did knock on the door on the first morning.

Charges $17/day parking fee for the property surrounding the hotel. Required $300 credit card hold for paid in advance and in full room. Room wasn’t clean. Staff was rude.

Check in was fast and friendly parking was safe and liked that there was a security on premises. Room was big nice clean and smelled clean. Towels were a bit cheap thin and not absorbent. Liked the microwave and frig on the room. Great water pressure but cheap toilet paper.

There have to be better places. Cheapest, thinnest toilet paper. Soap and shampoo were super cheap. There were red hairs in the sink, and neither of us has red hair. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. Huge gap between the door and door frame, so you could hear everything outside. Cars starting in the parking lot sounded like they were in the room. Glad we were only there 1 night. I felt like they didn't care if people stayed there or not.

Everything good but bathroom smelled like urine badly horrible made the whole room smell

This place was dirty as hell for spending 180 very gross room floor hadn't been vaccumed, there was literally a box of eaten chicken in a to go box in the microwave, and the room was way smaller than the picture showed, no couch like it showed, i asked for the wifi and the owner threw a fit this guy definitely doesnt know how to run a business this guy should be embarrassed, this is a place ran by very lazy lazy people i highly recommend looking for somewhere else to stay

Super fast and easy check in. Clean rooms and the A/C blew so cold. It was nice.

The toilet was not cleaned at all before we checked in. We had to go to the store to get Clorox wipes just to feel okay staying in the room. There was literal vomit splash on the toilet SEAT when we checked in…?

Nice clean hotel

Very small room. The beds were hard and old. The check-in could only be completed through an outside window. No breakfast or any vending machines. A little overpriced.

TV didn't work the entire 3 rd night I stayed

Was a little worried about the location and safety, however it was lit and quiet no issues. The room with jet tub was small but clean! Would stay here again on date night :)

It was ok stay. The AC was extremely loud. There were people next door with vwry loud music late into the night. A service person entered our room without knocking as i was getting dressed. The stay was probably about what you'd expect for the price. It was clean, safe, and manageable for one night.

Check in went smoothly, upon going into the room that’s where it went downhill. First thing I noticed was a cigarette burns through the blanket mind you we got a room that was non smoking, to make matters worse I found a cigarette bud on the floor. Next issue the tv remote did not work, we called one of the staff members come to check it out and he was unable to fix it so he offered to give us another room, before getting offered a new room I mentioned the blanket and he said all he can do was give us a new blanket in the morning because housekeeping was gone but can give us sheets in the meantime… now moving into the next room everything seemed fine up until the toilet didn’t want to flush then the tub in the shower the water would just accumulate there while showering which is gross I had to stop 2-3 times to let the water go down. They did end up fixing the toilet issue. I would not stay there again, very disappointing.

Very helpful managers at the front desk!

Well when I arrived all my stuff was ready verified on my end and my itinerary I had as well as the app confirmation email when I get up there the guy pulls his eyes at me I can bother you to come to the window and then started telling me like oh I don't know if you paid for it it's not confirmed on my end so I'm trying to like show him how it's paid on my end and he just ignore me and then he's like well you can pay with cash and if it pops up that you already paid online then you can cancel if it doesn't even work that way if I pay you now and pay you cuz I already paid you on the app I'd be losing out on my cash so I don't know what to do it was late I know where to go so give him the money and he starts having me fill out the paperwork mind you 40 minutes already went by can you make money back and says never mind it popped up already I see right here barely you paid already...so the room was ok kinda smelled like body I odor the new ghbors on both ends were loud and all night being yelling bad words I didn't get to relax at all got lil sleep and after I tell the man in front office he says I'm now r going to be stay over then I'm very not going to have a problem then and kinda laughed .. I want my money back and can't believe I was treated do badly

Nice clean hotel within close proximity to where my appointment was. Also close to shopping, dining, and entertainment options in the area. Also close to freeway exit and entrance.

Close to neighborhoods we were visiting.

Great location - close to Ontario Airport and where I had to meet my friends in Claremont. Average looking hotel - if you are for a room with the bare necessities- this is the place. I stayed one night...great price for the visit. Helpful reminder, they have smoking rooms which I was giving initially- so beware if you are a non-smoker like me.

This place is very clean and the staff was amazing the room are big and the pillows I really wanted to take home with me the only fall back was that on the websites it says that they have breakfast but they don't and no coffee but there's a few fastfood places right there in walking distance
