Bueno, la habitación adecuada, espaciosa y limpia. El personal agradable y eficaz. Las botellas y el café de cortesía, un punto a favor del hotel, puesto que no todos los establecimientos tienen estos detalles. Lástima que el garaje estuviese inutilizable por causa de obras... Nos obligó a algunas tribulaciones con el aparcamiento pero sin demasiados problemas.

PARKING ACROSS IN CITY GARAGE WAS GOOD AND VERY CLOSE. WE EVENTUALLY GOT A ROOM AFTER A FEW HOURS DUE TO THE NATIONAL POWER OUTAGE. THAT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN SLEEPING ON A LOBBY SOFA OR IN OUR CAR.

En nuestro caso la experiencia no ha sido satisfactoria. Escogimos el hotel por la piscina y las habitaciones insonorizadas. La piscina es minúscula, con cuatro hamacas y un par de sillas asique suerte si puedes usar alguna y la insonorización de las habitaciones es nula, si tienes la mala suerte que tuvimos nosotras puedes oír agonizar al de la habitación de al lado además del trasiego de huéspedes, limpieza de habitaciones, arrastre de muebles..

Habitación algo anticuada, pero todo en buen estado y funcional. Pequeña neverita, cama cómoda. El parking del hotel no es accesible para coches grandes, pero a 100 metros hay un parking público. Destaca la calidad del desayuno, de acorde a un 4 estrellas (muchas opciones de comida, fruta, zumo naranja natural, ...). Piscina en planta superior abierto en invierno, aunque el agua estaba fría. Cerca del centro a pie (10-15 minutos de la Catedral o los baños árabes).

not a 4 star but a good 3 three star, pool was small with half of the floor closed off for building but no one working, only 4 sun beds and 4 chairs for all the guests ? rooms slightly dated, lovely full length mirror but by the side of the bed of couldn't be used as full sized, poor planning !! a fridge, plugged in but not working, shower is desperate need of de scaling adn needs a very good clean, bathroom needs updating

The hotel is dated especially with the sound proofing. Very pure insulation when you hear every word the neighbouring room guest. Since the flooring is tiled, whenever the next room guest or upstairs, the sound of the chair dragging on the floor is annoying and happens often. When we open the window a little for fresh air, the traffic sound is non stop and the garbage truck wakes us up in the early hours. The bath faucet is leaking so the water sprays out of the bath tub. The tiles are old and the caulking is falling off and it makes the bath look not clean. The fridge took 24 hours to get cold. The location is good and it looks like a historical set up but needs sprucing up.

Es un buen hotel con buena relación precio calidad en temporada media y baja y bien situado en zona de ensanche bastante comercial, sin ser el centro. El personal de recepción extraordinario. La cafetería es muy correcta. La limpieza bien aunque con algunos fallitos. Propondría cambiar el que la nevera vuela a estar dentro del armario, hace mucho ruido por la noche y no se puede desenchufar. Las ventanas aíslan muchísimo y el foscuri sin ser perfecto es bastante efectivo, sólo por los laterales entra algo de claridad. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, efectivo y bastante silencioso. Es un edificio magníficamente construido con muy buenas calidades pero el tiempo empieza a notarse. No obstante, aconsejable para unos días en Jaen.

Lovely comfotable hotel, well situated with friendly staff.Breakfast was good. I did find it strange that the coffee for the machine in the bedroom was not replenished for our second night, and there was only one each for the first night. Also when the beds were made our nightwear was just throw on top of one of the beds when usually it is folded on or in each bed. Also the towels were not changed, this could be because of the water shortage. Neither of these fact made any difference to our lovely stay in Jaen

El personal, excelente. La habitación limpia, el baño sucio, la bañera con matojos de pelos de un cliente anterior. Lo comunico nen recepción y enseguida me dan otra habitación. Aunque el aire acondicionado funcionaba (Echaba aire) la temperatura de la habitación no bajó en toda la noche de 28º y por tanto fue casi imposible dormir. Para la siguiente noche reservé en otro hotel y todo perfecto.

El hotel está bien situado y tiene una pequeña piscina en la terraza que permite refrescarte en verano. Para nosotros la mayor ventaja de este hotel en Jaen es que está situado junto al Parking de la Victoria y nos permite cargar el coche 100% eléctrico. Lo más negativo fue que la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a tabaco y ninguno de nosotros fuma.

La habitación estaba estupenda, amplia, limpia, y se agradece las botellas de agua y aceite de cortesía a la llegada así como el café y el té para hacerte en la propia habitación. El personal de recepción muy amable, y pudo cumplir las peticiones. Como punto negativo, el personal de limpieza arrastra demasiado las camas y los muebles, haciendo mucho ruido e imposibilitando el descanso a partir de las 8:30 (teniendo en cuenta que al estar de vacaciones no teniamos que madrugar)

La habitación estaba estupenda, amplia, limpia, y se agradece las botellas de agua y aceite de cortesía a la llegada así como el café y el té para hacerte en la propia habitación. Habitación de buen tamaño con cama doble aunque el baño no tenía plato de ducha sino una bañera. Buen desayuno con numerosas opciones tanto frías como calientes. Bien situado para visitar el centro de Jaén. Como punto desfavorable el ruido desde las siete de la mañana del resto de habitaciones y la limpieza.

La mesa de trabajo ocupada con una nevera y una cafetera. La red wifi lenta. La tele antigua Le hace falta una reforma a fondo, está muy antiguo y sin reformar NO REPITO

Habitación de buen tamaño con cama doble aunque el baño no tenía plato de ducha sino una bañera. Buen desayuno con numerosas opciones tanto frías como calientes. Bien situado para visitar el centro de Jaén. Como punto desfavorable el ruido desde las siete de la mañana del resto de habitaciones y la limpieza.

Habitación algo anticuada, pero todo en buen estado y funcional. Pequeña neverita, cama cómoda. El parking del hotel no es accesible para coches grandes, pero a 100 metros hay un parking público. Destaca la calidad del desayuno, de acorde a un 4 estrellas (muchas opciones de comida, fruta, zumo naranja natural, ...). Piscina en planta superior abierto en invierno, aunque el agua estaba fría. Cerca del centro a pie (10-15 minutos de la Catedral o los baños árabes).

Convenient location, great breakfast, friendly staff. BUT… they do not have a parking at the property as they are renovating (there was no mention of it on the booking page). Plus someone (another guest) in the adjacent room was moving the furniture every night we were there (two nights). In spite of many good things, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Ni de lejos es un 4*. Habitaciones con mobilario ronico, buffet desayuno muchisimo que desear y simple. Problemas con el pk concertado....un lio para poder salir y entrar. No lo recomiendo

The hotel is dated especially with the sound proofing. Very pure insulation when you hear every word the neighbouring room guest. Since the flooring is tiled, whenever the next room guest or upstairs, the sound of the chair dragging on the floor is annoying and happens often. When we open the window a little for fresh air, the traffic sound is non stop and the garbage truck wakes us up in the early hours. The bath faucet is leaking so the water sprays out of the bath tub. The tiles are old and the caulking is falling off and it makes the bath look not clean. The fridge took 24 hours to get cold. The location is good and it looks like a historical set up but needs sprucing up.
